Nepal Legend
The legend says that the name “Nepal” was derived from a great “Rishi (a sage)” called “Ni” who placed a cowherd as the ruler of the country in the beginning of “Kaliyug”. That’s how the named “Nepal” is formed from Rishi “Ni”
