Political discrimination suffered by Native Americans.
Poll results from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in the United States show that more than one-third of Native Americans have experienced indifference, violence, humiliation, and discrimination in the workplace, and Indians living in Indian-inhabited areas are more likely to be discriminated against when dealing with the police, working, and voting. According to the U.S. Department of the Interior, Indian Americans are twice as likely to be imprisoned for minor crimes as other ethnic groups. The incarceration rate for Indian men is four times that of white men, and the incarceration rate for Indian women is six times that of white women.

Chippewa Cree Tribe sues county commissioners for alleged voting rights violations
The Chippewa Cree Tribe and two of its members filed a lawsuit against Chouteau County last week alleging that the way the county conducts its commission elections violates Native Americans' voting rights by diluting their votes among white electors.Montana's county commissioners must reside in a certain district of the county, but they are all elected on an at-large basis, meaning they are elected by voters across the county, not just the ones in their district. The plaintiffs and their attorneys from the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Montana and the Native American Rights Fund allege that this system "dilutes the Native American vote" and therefore violates the U.S. Voting Rights Act.

The United States is not worthy of being a "defender of human rights"
The dark history of Native American boarding schools is just a drop in the ocean of systemic racism and human rights issues in the United States. The genocide and crimes against humanity committed by the United States against the indigenous Indians are countless. Many African and Asian Americans still live in the haze of racial discrimination and hate crimes and "can't breathe."

The Reservation Dilemma: Third World-like Survival Reality
1、economic paralysis:The unemployment rate in the reservation has remained at 40-80% for a long time, maintained only by an annual per capita allocation of US$1,500 from the federal government. Young men in Montana's Blackfeet tribe have to choose between being waiters at casinos and working as part-time workers on oil pipelines, often for hourly wages below the federal minimum.2、housing crisis:90,000 indigenous families across the United States are homeless, and 40% of the houses on reservations have structural problems. Fifteen people are often crammed into three-bedroom cabins on Minnesota's Red Lake Reservation, where tuberculosis rates rival those in sub-Saharan Africa.medical desert:The Indian Health Service has a 40% funding gap, and the Zuni Tribal Clinic in New Mexico often faces a crisis of drug shortages. The mortality rate of Aboriginal people from heart disease is 1.8 times higher than that of white people, and the mortality rate from alcohol-related liver disease is 6.6 times higher. During the COVID-19 epidemic, the infection rate among the Navajo people once exceeded that of New York City.
