No words are said. The former space witch simply squints her pale yellow eyes right back at him before letting out a huff, a silent way for her to challenge him.

"Just one...? Oh, puh-LEASE, I got far more than just one to mention here, doc. Hold on a sec..." The former space witch fell silent as she went ahead and fetched something that, at first glance, didn't look like much. After all, it was just a bright pink note book that had "SCRAP BOT SECRETS" written on it in big bold letters. "Now, do you wish the hear the more recent ones or some of the older ones? Because I got quite the collection here, dear."

He crosses his arms and glares daggers at Vendra. He's totally not being defensive or stubborn or anything. No way.

"That is such a LIE! Name ONE TIME— JUST ONE TIME, I've EVER liked that miserable rat!!" He gesticulated wildly with his arms; making sure to keep talking to give her no time to answer. "I've been trying to annihilate the guy for DECADES!! YOU'RE RUINING MY BAD REPUTATION!! Where do you people get these sick ideas!?!"

((Okay, that's it for now. Decided to reply to some threads and, welp, now all that's left is too see if I got the energy to get to the other ones tomorrow after work.))

((Got around to finishing this drawing too with Vendra and Sergio's kid, Pandora! Fun fact: her "hair" is not only sorta styled the same as her mother's in the form she takes on whenever someone is under the influence of her gas, but it's also the same color. And this is not by accident. AT ALL.))

"Really? I mean- um, that's great! No, wait, scratch that. It's absolutely perfect."

This was it. They finally had a meeting planned, and on a great day too. Robin would finally be able to meet Pari and, hopefully, get to know her better. The kid had heard plenty of stories about Pari from their father, so they knew fairly well who she was by now, but had never seen the human with their own eyes.

So Neftin hoped, with all his heart, that their first meeting wouldn't end too badly. Robin wasn't one to trust strangers too easily after all.

"Yeah, sure, let's do that. Kiddo should still be back home with sis, so finding them shouldn't be a problem... I hope. Might need to send my sis a quick message to see if they haven't gone out or anything."

"Nah.. just.. keep doing what you're doing. I've never been happier and I'd never want things to change."

Now that was one helluva good question. Did they need to bring anything else with them on the trip? The giant pretty much had everything he might need with him already in his manifestor. Weapons, gadgets, nanotech, tools and bunch of other stuff he didn't feel like bringing up. They probably didn't need the more dangerous items, but who knew. Although now that he really though about it...

"Mmmmaybe? It's probably not something we need, but how about an umbrella? The weather can be a bit tricky, especially during this time of the year." And it was the one item he didn't have with him since, well, they didn't have any made for literal giants back home.

"Oh! Actually, I need to get this from the top shelf if you don't mind. Would you mind helping me out, darling?"

Pari asked, trying to reach for.. something on the top shelf.

"Yeah... I guess that's one way to describe her current state." Though he didn't sound, or look, too happy about it. Seeing his sister, someone who was very important to him, in such a vulnerable and frail state was... heartbreaking. Vendra had used up all her powers to try and keep them safe, and look where she was now. Completely knocked out and open for attacks. The giant had no choice but to keep his eye on her until she woke up again. No one- and he meant NO ONE- else would be allowed to go anywhere near her until things were back to normal. He had to keep her safe.

That is, of course, until Heed, for whatever reason, offered to leave some of her guards to look after his sister while they did their own thing. Then everything suddenly got a little more complicated for him. "I'm... not sure if I want that. Don't get me wrong. I would love to go after some punks but... well..." He trailed off and made a face that made it clear he wasn't totally into the idea of leaving his sister behind. Sure, Heed had saved them and been sorta nice so far, but he didn't completely trust her yet. "I don't wanna leave her alone."

"Awh, she's all tuckered out now~ How freshly cute... and vulnerable! Anyway, Big Rizzler~ I can feel the presence of some losers approaching us still," A shake of the entire ship, a boarding party, it seems like a few still made it as they entered hyperspace, Vendra at least gave them all a chance. "Looks like it's just you and me~ I'll leave some guards to look over their body. So, you want to run a fade on some little rats with lil ol' me? I'll let you lead the way, however~" Miss Heed would note, not really holding back with the modern lingo, no matter how 'awful' it was and said without hesitation. It seems they would follow Neftin, a few of his mutants following Heed.

Though it was starting to get cooler in Metropolis, the planet Sergio returned from was still sweltering hot. He honestly didn't try to look more attractive, but him having a few buttons unfastened and his fur damp with sweat may have had some...unintended effects on his girlfriend by the time he came back.

Something definitely wasn't right with her today. Vendra wasn't sure why but, for whatever reason, she just felt... off, and it wasn't going away any time soon as far as she could. Also, drinking tea and taking naps did little to nothing to make it go away. So there she was, lying on the couch, face buried in the one pillow she had actually bothered to take out, until she heard someone enter the apartment. Then she went right back to sitting up on the couch and... oh.

"Ah... I see you're back and... um." Aaaaand she trailed right off there, eyes locked right onto the tabby while her wings began to flutter behind her. Something definitely wasn't right with the small Nether being today.

"Did you seriously just do that...?"

"Do what?"

"You know damn well enough what I'm talking about here, sis. I mean, really? A "KICK ME" NOTE of all things? That's the oldest trick in the book."

"Well I had to come up with SOMETHING and it seemed like the least drastic thing to do. I mean, I was originally planning on sticking a rocket to Nefarious to send him flying to space, and I know you would have hated that."

"You know, at this point, I'm not even surprised to hear you had something like that planned. But I guess I'm relieved to hear you changed it."

"And that's why I changed it. Now, my dear Nef, all we have to do is to wait and see how many people will kick Nefarious~"

"Good luck trying to hit a target that can teleport!"

Which, of course, she would as soon as the words had left her mouth. One moment she was there then, poof! The small Nether was gone in a flash of pink. Appearing right behind Nefarious to stab him in the back with the tiny knife she had to stick a... note to him. And not just any note, nooooo. It was a note that had "KICK ME" written on it.

"Those are bold words for someone in stabbing range." ((Oh hey look, a wild Vendra has appeared @nether-twins))

((Okay, feels good to finally get that comic posted! I still got some more art I want to post, but I will do that tomorrow after work. It's time to get back to being active again here after being gone for months. I miss the twins but Idk what to do about the threads I haven't touched in forever. Like, I said I would get to them, but I dunno. I guess I have to think things over before I decide anything.))

((AAAAAND here's the final part! Pandora has finally made up her mind and is ready to give the people of Polaris what they want, but not without feeling like she slapped her father in the face for what she's about to do. He tried to help, and Pandora knows he did, yet here she goes changing her last name despite it. It's... definitely something she's going to feel guilty about for a looooong time.))

((Second part coming right at ya! Pandora is around 5 in the first panel, then 10 in the second, and 15 in the third one. And, um, I kinda imagined Sergio being the one doing most of the talking with the teachers since Vendra was scared something would happen if she tried to talk back.))

"Why I even have a few of them written down in one of my notebooks back home. It's interesting how one person can come up with so many for one person, especially one as grumpy as you."
