Tomorrow is feast of Corpus Christi, Catholic feast, but also state holiday. Everyone in Poland knows that businesses are closed, but for You dear customer - Nettigo is closed on Thursday, May 30th.
We will return to work on Friday, but since this is again a "long weekend" pickup of packages can be disturbed. We will prepare all orders, but despite that it may happen they will be sent on Monday.

Corpus Christi in Poland
Corpus Christi, known as "Boże Ciało" in Polish, is a significant Catholic feast celebrated on the Thursday after Trinity Sunday. It commemorates the belief in the Real Presence of the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ in the Eucharist. In Poland, it is marked by elaborate processions through the streets, where the consecrated host is carried in a monstrance under a canopy. The faithful follow, singing hymns and praying, and altars are set up along the route, decorated with flowers and religious symbols. This public demonstration of faith is one of the most visually striking and spiritually significant events in the Polish Catholic calendar.

Short break on Aug 28th
On Aug 28th we won't be working in Nettigo. No emails, no phones, no order processing. The break will be short, just Monday. On Tuseday Aug 29th we resume normal operations.

May is almost here... In Poland we have two holidays at May beginning. First one is Labor Day and on second one we celebrate Europe's first codified national constitution - Constitution of 3 May 1791.
This is so called 'majówka' - most of us will take break from work, schools are closed. How it will impact Nettigo work in incoming days?
May 1st and 3rd - we are closed
May 2nd - we are working, however we are unsure if courier companies will perform pickups as usual - so we can not guarantee packed orders on May 2nd will be sent that day
May 4th & 5th - we are working
Since Post has pickups from our warehouse only on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and May 1st & 3rd are on Monday and Wednesday so no Post until Friday 5th. Last time before majówka we will send Post on Friday 28th.

Epiphany
January 6th is public holiday in Poland. We celebrate the Epiphany, so on Friday no order will be shipped. We will be back on Monday, Jan 9th. It may take a day longer to ship all orders.

New Year work schedule
Since New Year is on weekend this time, we were to work normally during next days. However, it turns that most courier companies will work in limited scope on Friday. Thus we have decided Friday, Dec 30th we will not send orders. We will be back on Monday, Jan 2nd 2023.

Work in a limited scope - 14-22.06
From Jun 14th till Jun 22nd we are working in a limited scope. Orders are processed but if You want to have them shipped fast, use PayU as payment method. Orders with other payment methods (PayPal, pro-forma invoice, wire transfer, CoD) can be processed one or two days longer than usual.
We will try to answer to emails, but probably only to the most urgent ones. Rest of emails will be processed after Jun 22nd.

Short break
Due to the accidental misfortune of our employee, we had to stop sending parcels. Due to random mishap of our employee, we had to stop sending packages. Normally somebody else had replaced him for few days, however due to vacations few persons who could replace him are fare away from Warsaw.

Christmas time
It's Christmas again! And immediately the New Year! Let this time give you peace of mind and hope for the coming year.
We won’t be working on Dec 24th (Christmas Eve in Poland is a very special day, You can read about the traditions of this day). Dec 25th and 26th are holidays in Poland, so again - no order shipping.
Next package will be sent by us on Monday, Dec 28th. We will work till end of year. Usually on courier companies/Post on Dec 31st are working with special, shorter schedule. We will let You know if we will be sending orders on Dec 31st later. If not - next packages will be sent on Monday Jan 4th.

Change in Luftdaten (Sensor Community) kit
Recently our kit with all parts to build Luftdaten sensor (now called Sensor Community) become popular among users in countries other than Poland.
So we decided to change installed language on those sensors from Polish to English. You can still change language on any from supported but we think it will be easier for non-polish customers to configure sensor with English interface. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, Polish Post has suspended most of it international services, so we can not send Your orders. As for March 20 we can send orders to following countries:

Working hours in upcoming week
It is Christmas!
It is again this time of the year. In Poland 25th and 26th are state holidays. Also 24th despite is not official holiday it is special day in Polish tradition. Thus we will be also closed on 24th.
23rd (Monday) we will work and ship orders as usual. Friday 27th - we won't ship most orders, but there is huge chance we will shipp all Post packages on Friday.
Starting from Monday 30th we will be working as usual, only on Jan 1st we will be resting after celebrating New Years Eve.

We are closed from Dec 24 till Dec 26 (Dec 25 and Dec 26 are holidays in Poland)
We are back and working as usual from Dec 27 (Thursday)

We are closed in incoming days
Beginning of May in Poland is time when everybody goes on short vacations. It is called ‘majówka’. In Poland May 1st and May 3rd are state holidays, and in 2018 both are in middle of the work week, so... You take 3 days off and have 9 days to plan some adventures :)
Nettigo is small company, that means if we want to take a break from work we have to change our working schedule. So, this year:
Thursday, Apr 26th - we work as usual
Friday, Apr 27th, we work as usual, but no order will be ship using Post. So if You want order to be sent to country other than Poland, it will wait until later. Shipping to address in Poland with delivery method DHL and Paczkomaty - will be done on that day
Starting from Monday Apr 30th till Thursday May 3rd no order will be shipped
Friday May 4th - we are back and will sending all pending orders
