NOPE. I’M BRINGING THIS INTO THE FANDOM TAGS BECAUSE I HAVE REWATCHED STUFF AND I NEED TO TALK ABOUT THIS.

I’ve seen the “Victor is Chaser” theory multiple places, and I’m not sure exactly where it came from or what evidence it has. Maybe it’s already been proven canon and we’re just waiting on confirmation.

But I’m starting to think something different.

The two scenes I went back to were when Chaser informs M that Vanora has awakened, and where M asks Chaser about what it would take for them to stop loving someone. And there are some…very odd statements here if it is Victor.

Chaser tells M that they heard Vanora was alive from “a reliable source.” Really? Because Victor was THERE when she turned up. He by that time had welcomed her into the house. If he’s playing double agent, I can see why he’d want to cover his tracks, but still…it’s weird. Especially since the email sent to M indicates that they’re looking for something “on her” (which now likely has to do with her memory power). Victor had such an easy opening to just…bring her in, if he were working this.

But then there’s the question of what it would take for Chaser to stop loving someone. M asks Chaser if they have someone they love, and Chaser replies by deflecting the question and calling it stupid. Then giving answers that indicate, yes, there is SOMEBODY. I feel like at this point everybody at Myers knows that Victor and Vincent are a nigh inseparable duo. Why would M ask Victor that question when he KNOWS the answer is yes? And why would Victor deflect when he knows M knows?

There are tons of possibilities here. Maybe it is Victor and he’s really trying to cover his tracks. Maybe it’s Draco, who was there at the time. Zalmona? Maybe! Can’t rule it out! Claude? We know nothing about him, so might as well be!

But…I’m starting to get a feeling. And this might be my bias toward a certain character. Hoping against hope. This is either going to be spot-on or the most laughably wrong theory you’ll hear in this fandom ever.

As of chapter 4…there was an Easter Egg that kinda just got brushed off. But I don’t think we should have. Because…this might literally be a photo of M with his Chaser:

Look. I didn’t think Albert was going to show up here at all. I thought he was just going to stay contained to TWDAK, and that’s the biggest thing holding me back - there’s no Easter Egg for using his name as Vanora’s alias, so I’d thought that was a confirmation that for all intents and purposes, he doesn’t exist here except as worldbuilding.

Until Chapter 4 referenced him three times. Once in that image. Once in an RMU flashback when Victor asks Vincent if Albert pissed him off again. And once when Victor and Vincent went on their date and one of their prominent conversation topics was making fun of Albert and his FISH FACTS.

And again. This could just be me wanting my murder dork to show up. It could just be a series of elaborate cameos for the Albert crowd. But if he is Chaser…well, let’s take a look at those two conversations again.

Chaser heard “from a reliable source” that Vanora was on the move? TWDAK ends with Albert calling Vincent to basically ask what’s up. If Vincent didn’t know Albert was involved with Myers somehow, he could’ve said something to the effect of “I’m dealing with an amnesiac woman, and promise not to tell, but I trust you with this…”

Chaser was asked if they loved someone. Chaser deflected the question, called it silly. Albert claimed over and over again he wanted nothing to do with Vincent until Taylor called him out as a liar on that fact. In any case, Vincent certainly doesn’t seem interested in him anymore. He’s with Victor now.

Chaser was asked: if that someone’s body were destroyed, would you still love them? Vincent’s body was in fact destroyed, so this implies Chaser has some connection to Vincent.

But then…M asks what about the loved one’s memory. And he doesn’t just say total amnesia. He says if the loved one forgot about all your time together.

What we know about Albert is that he went to the graduation party that Vincent and Victor skipped out on. He was fixated enough on Vincent to draw him several years later, and Vincent never showed up to that last party to bid him goodbye. Not even to insult him. We know he did maintain this fixation. Vincent…basically forgot about him.

M asks: if the loved one’s body was beyond repair and they forgot about your time together, would you still love them?

In other words: your Vincent is not only a cyborg now, but he doesn’t care about you anymore. So don’t bother going back to him.

There are a couple other things that stand out to me, though. All this time, M has been the CEO of Myers. Victor and Vincent were his underlings. Albert was the CEO of an entirely different corporation. It’s more likely for Albert to have met M on his level - at social functions, etc. - than either Victor or Vincent, which at the very least explains the heck out of the photo.

M was also working on not only cyborgs, but the ability to read people’s thoughts and memories. He acquired Voorhees because he needed the bioengineering tech to make the cyborgs. But I wonder. Was Voorhees also a specialist in the neuroscience Myers needed? All they ever mentioned was bioengineering. You know what corporation did in fact do some groundbreaking things with neuroscience? Krueger. Because Albert figured out how to get into people’s dreams and make them question reality. It seems very possible to me that Myers also reached out to Krueger to network and borrowed some of Albert’s advancements in that field to create entities like Vanora.

And going back to the photo - we have M being all smiles while Albert appears to be dead inside. Chaser, to me, seems very…oddly subservient to M. He’s almost afraid to answer some of the questions honestly. That’s…kinda the dynamic I’m seeing in that photo. The overboss, and the guy who has to like him or else. Remember that back at RMU, Albert was usually the ridiculous one and Vincent the one who was just absolutely done with his shenanigans. And here, he’s…sullen. Exasperated. It could be a friendly teasing thing, but it really doesn’t seem like the persona he presented when talking about how he would consistently best Vincent.

I wonder: were we basically led to believe Albert would stay in his lane and his own game so that we wouldn’t suspect him as the identity of an anonymous character?

Finally, this isn’t evidence per se, but TWDAK ends with Albert finally figuring out how to send emails, and VTSOM begins with Chaser sending an email. Hilarious if true because M would be like “Huh. I didn’t know he could do that.” but also is this poetic symbolism?

I’d jokingly said to a fellow fan “Well, maybe if Victor and Vincent had invited him on their date, he wouldn’t be taking selfies with their mortal enemy.” But…what if that’s the entire point? His favorite person abandoned him on the last night they could’ve seen each other, and if he considered Victor a friend, Victor skipped out on him too. Maybe Vincent’s not the only person looking for revenge in this saga.

-apart from Elias, Clef is the second biggest ally. He respects that you may not want everyone to know you're trans, so he keeps his support for you a lil secret.

-He'll leave you emails, texts and notes supporting you and encouraging you to beat the shit out of anyone who tries to be transphobic.

-if anyone is ever transphobic to you in front of him they're going missing. Simple

-he probably has a lil trans flag on his ukulele for ya lol

-he calls you weird lil names like 'Y/n boo boo bear' or 'cowboy'

••Iceberg••

-Iceberg is an asshole but he isn't a monster

-he supports and loves you unconditionally, and is definitely a guy to glare anyone down that says shit.

-His way of supporting you is kinda funny, he'll just send you stuff that looks like the trans flag and go 'hey x this reminded me of you'

-or he'll randomly give you stuff that looks like the trans flag, so now your office is probably decorated with as many blue, pink and white stuff that he could find

-if someone's transphobic to you he's decking them in the face. He doesn't care, they're getting decked

-he likes to just call you 'babe' or 'baby' very simple sociopath man

••Dr. Kondraki••

-Konny is very supportive of you but won't really show it.

-again he is very VERY supportive of you, but he's just a shrug it off kinda guy.

-he'll address you as however you want, neos? Cool, xenos? Okay, he/him? Alright

-if anyone's transphobic to you they're on 682 duty for the rest of the month.

-if you want top surgery or a binder he's paying for it, he insists

-Draven adores you no matter what you are, when you first come out he's very caring towards you and even asks what he can do to help make your journey easier

-if anyone says any sort of transphobic shit to you he just kinda looses his temper

-he'll yell at them probably even go as far as to knock them out if they continue to say awful shit to you

-he will always reassure you and remind you that you are a man and he'll always love you

-Talloran is non-binary themselves so they ofc support you, and they help you with your transition

-they have some money saved up to help with your top surgery if you wish to get it

-Whenever someone is being transphobic towards you Talloran will just take your hand and lead you away, and they'll let you vent to them about how that person was

-gives you constant reassurance and love

-calls you 'love' and 'dear'

-i'll admit it kinda took Mikell a lil to get used to the change, but whenever he fucked up he'd always correct himself

-he may accidentally call you by your dead name but he'll immediately correct himself, if he does so in public he'll correct himself with a "oh shit, hey Y/n my bad thought you were someone else"

-if anyone says shit they're pretty much dead, after all he's an 05 who's known as 'agent cowboy' so he's not to be messed with nor is his partner.

-he pays for your top surgery no discussion

-he likes to call you 'darlin'' usually

Please share this!!!!! As you resident vitiligan and fellow artist I am here to educate people on how to properly create a character with vitiligo and other things to keep in mind about the disorder.

Only 1% of the entire world’s population has vitiligo but I see so many artists making characters with it when they sometimes don’t even know what vitiligo is and pass it off as “skin pigmentation”. Like— what does that even mean??? XD

It’s not an aesthetic and it won’t get you “diversity points” so stop romanticizing vitiligo!

John Loves You AU notes

So I'm awake now and I've been seeing this Swap AU concept everywhere, so naturally, I wanted to contribute by bringing my own little interpretation of things to the table ❤️

Big credit to @zzoupz and @salmonandsoup bc they formed the basis for a lot of these ideas and I just wanted to build on some of the concepts bc they are insanely cool and inspiring ✨

John Ward - Charismatic, well-spoken, manipulative, but quite spineless and cowardly otherwise, John is a priest who can’t help but look at the world with scorn. He is of the belief that humanity is irredeemable in its current state. That no amount of prayer and penance can save mankind now. The only way for there to be salvation is for the world to effectively be “reset” by God once more. Much like Noah and his Ark, John feels that it is his mission to gather all those that are still able to be saved and are destined for the new world. Once he has gathered them all in his temple, The Ark, he intends to initiate a ceremony to unleash a “flood of angels” into the world. He believes that God will not be able to ignore such a sign and will “wipe the slate clean,” after which he and his followers will emerge in a new Eden and rebuild the world as God intended. Also, he wields a dagger in the shape of a cross (because that idea is cool as hell and I’m obsessed with it.) His cult features iconography of hoofed animals, especially lambs, goats, and deer.

Lisa Pearson - John’s right-hand woman and chosen “vessel.” If he is Joseph, then she is the Mother Mary of the Cult of the Ark. Having known John since childhood, she had no reason not to trust him when he told her the world would soon end and that he needed her help, especially when he was inaugurated as a priest and claimed: “it was God’s will.” She trusts John wholeheartedly to protect her and save her soul. She is loyal to him and utterly adores him, and she will stubbornly deny that she is with him against her will. She genuinely loves John, and she’s very kind and sweet, and non-hostile, unlike John and the rest of the cult. One should tread lightly though, as she is very perceptive, and she is very much a tattle-tail. Any perceived threat she sees will immediately be reported, and John will respond with full force to defend her. Even if that means having to stab someone himself. She helps John run the abortion clinic and harvest “young, pure souls” to use as messengers to God.

Father Garcia - Garcia is considered the guardian of John’s flock. He’s referred to as the Shepherd by John’s followers, the Angel by John himself, and the Reaper by all outsiders that try to lead his lambs astray. A senior priest, John took advantage of him during the lowest point in his life after the death of his wife. He deceived a grieving Garcia into believing that he could find peace again or perhaps even see her when the world was reborn into a new Eden, and all he had to do was play the role of Shepherd for his flock of chosen ones. Garcia was all too happy to accept in his desperation to find purpose and faith again, gladly taking up arms and fiercely defending John and his cult. He’s a stern, stubborn old man who has bought completely into John’s rhetoric and cannot be swayed, for he has nothing left to lose. He’s former military and he speaks candidly of how he served in Vietnam in particular. He’s also a hunting enthusiast, so he knows his way around traps and guns and will use this knowledge to keep outsiders at bay.

Amy Martin - Displaced just before she turned 18, Amy ended up being taken in by Miriam. Her family and she frequently got into arguments and fights about the fact she worked at an abortion clinic. Her parents threatened to throw her out so Amy went a step ahead and left on her own after they tried placing nonsensical rules and restrictions on her. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise, as Amy’s family became the first victims of John and his cult after they refused to join his cause. He believed they would be easy to indoctrinate on account of their grief over their lost twins but they resisted. As such, he ended up having them killed and used their corpses as part of a summoning ritual for some “angels.” Amy never learned the truth past the fact that her family was murdered. She’s furious and bitter and demands to be included in Gary’s mission to take down the cult.

Michael Davies - Left in the care of Father Garcia by a family who mistook his albinism for demonic possession, when Garcia joined the cult he brought Michael with him. Michael was originally planned to be used as a vessel; “a mouthpiece for God.” (Aka, he was going to be possessed by a demon.) Somehow, he managed to escape and was offered sanctuary by Miriam until Gary could properly exorcise him. Unfortunately, Gary was unable to do so and Michael ended up escaping their care. Now, Gary’s mission is to find him, free his soul, and destroy John’s cult before they find him first and unknowingly complete the ritual that will open the world to a flood of demons.

Tiffany Robinson - Tiffany is Gary's childhood friend. She was often the only one who stood beside him when others picked on him for his status as a bastard child. As they got older, they stayed very close despite their significant differences. While Gary went on to become a preacher, Tiffany leaned more into news reporting and writing in general and adopted an agnostic mindset. They still spend a lot of time together and she volunteers herself up as his assistant who takes notes for him and helps him edit and practice his sermons while joking around with him.

Gary Miller - Gary is a preacher, albeit not an overly religious one. He takes a more loose and accepting interpretation of the Bible, focusing less on God and more on the stories, encouraging community support and acceptance. His heart is in the right place, but he tends to come off as very cynical and critical of the Church as an organization and holds a bitterness towards established religion due to the way it was shoved down his throat as a child. He’s got a small but devoted following, despite his opinions being unpopular with most. When he’s not at an altar, he’s usually volunteering in the local community. He uses a cane (with a sword in it bc like I said before, I’m OBSESSED with the concept) to get around. While he’s mostly healthy, old age has caught up with him a bit and his left knee is in a sore state on account of an incident with some other kids in his youth that left it damaged. He’s kind, charismatic, a bit snarky and sarcastic with his humor, but overall well-mannered and good-natured.

Miriam Bell - Miriam was a devoted nun for decades before she had Gary. He was an unplanned child for obvious reasons and seeing as termination wasn’t an option (and she would have just been further ostracized for it), she was excommunicated from her church as a nun. This didn’t stop her from loving Gary with all her heart, nor did it stop her from attending a different church with her boy despite the constant rumors and nasty comments about her situation. She was the one who taught him to judge less and be more kind and tolerant. Her only regret is not doing more to protect him from the constant badgering from others who knew he was born out of wedlock. She’s a loving, protective figure in her greater general community and is a bit of a mama bear to all the kids. If you walk into her house, you will notice a lot of handmade dolls, a lot of old jewelry, and a lot of swords to go with the homemade cooking. She teaches self-defense classes on the side, and she still spoils her adult son.

Alu, Roger, Jefferey, Malphas - All powerful demons conjured from Hell to usher in chaos and the end of days, John believes them to be nothing more than angels. He’s summoned them under the thought that they will get God’s attention and serve as witnesses and testimonies as to why the earth should be flooded and purged once more. Tricksters that they are, they are more than happy to go along with his delusions and make demands for “evidence” in the form of sacrifices and ceremonies. He doesn’t realize that they’re not angels, and they’re just fine with that fact.

Something I like about the SCP community is that newer and older fans can talk and be like “hey have you read this?? It’s so good” “no I haven’t! I’ll check it out. Have you read this?” In a loop. There’s so much content that you and someone you talk to are bound to introduce each other to stuff you hadn’t read yet.
