i know sweating more doesn't help a fever.

but i like a real warm bath when i'm down with the sickness.

nose - unblocked, lungs - fluid moving, muscles and bones - warm and not itchy, body - relaxed.

i don't think sweating really helps, but it's usually my strategy. drink a ton of fluids for a couple days and get a hot epsom salt soak.
