I need help I'm about to lose my mind, and sorry if this is a silly question. How do I identify with the inner me, the real me?
There is no outer world. All there is is consciousness, what you are aware of being. The outer world is nothing more and nothing less than the physical expression of consciousness, the only reality there is. The separation between the two can breed frustration if you don��t understand what is meant when both are spoken of individually. To say that the outer world and the inner world are separate would be like arguing that you and your reflection in the mirror are two separate identities. Not exactly, right? Although you and your reflection are one, each has its own term. There’s you and there’s your reflection, but in the end, both are still you. Likewise, there’s your mind (self) and the world (its reflection). With this understanding, all that matters is self because self is always being expressed. Therefore, our goal shouldn’t be to change the world, it should be to change self.  - Dream of Love
And:
Once you identify yourself with the Inner Man, you will see how abundant you are in what you want. You will finally FEEL what you want and you can give it to yourself in full. But this freedom only comes to those who actually identify themselves with the LIMITLESS ONE WITHIN. That Inner Man is the one who Neville is speaking about that must be changed. So you give that Inner Man everything they desire. That is what is reflected in the world, not this outer-man. If the Inner Man is frighten by thoughts, then the outer-man feels the effect. To the Inner Man EVERYTHING ALREADY IS TRUE, not to the outer. IT ALREADY IS SO, to the Inner Man. There is no convincing necessary, no 1,000 affirmations, no repeating over and over hoping it works, IF YOU IDENTIFY YOURSELF WITH THE INNER MAN. If you claim to be the One Within, you will find it incredibly easy, I will say natural, to FEEL what you want. Pay attention to what I am saying: When you imagine your "end" is it not ALREADY SO? You did not imagine "How" to get there, you are already there in imagination. Your issue is NOT in imagining the end, your issue lies in who you are identifying yourself with. If you imagine yourself in the end, which is easy, but then you identify yourself with the outer-man, you will breed nothing but frustrations. However, if you first identify yourself with the One Within, and then imagine your end, you will not question if you "are going to get it," you HAVE IT! The Inner Man always has it. He see's the end, he is the one who creates his own fate. The Inner Man is his own destroyer and redeemer. Identify yourself with the inner man. The immortal you. Not this body nor this outer-life. If you want freedom, love, joy, happiness, confidence. If you want to be a King/Queen, treated like a god/goddess, loved beyond your wildest dreams, then identify yourself with the INNER MAN. The Inner Man can have all those desires fulfilled because Imagination is infinite. - Self Identification

Okay, no more stalling—let me tell you exactly how I DID it.
Yeah, me. I entered the void. If I can, you absolutely can too. It all started on the night of a Friday ..had school off and everything I was desperate to leave, around 10:12 AM. I got in bed, made myself super comfy, and just decided: This is it. I’m going into the void in under a few seconds/minutes (I don't remember). And guess what? I actually did.I didn’t use anything crazy—
just the good old method. Lying on my back, slow breathing, no stress. I kept the intention clear:
“Stay awake while my body sleeps.” That one thought kept me grounded.
I let my body sink into the bed, didn’t overthink it, and bam—
I was in the SATS almost immediately.Then I affirmed. Nothing wild.
Just “I am the void.” “I am already in the void.”A few times. I felt this shift, like my body faded and all that was left was me and this infinite blackness.
And after maybe 3 minutes… I slipped in. I really did.
I stayed there. Thought it was a few minutes but it ended up being a whole ass HOUR!
An entire hour in the void. And how did I know? I asked to see rainbow and yellow stars—and I did. Exactly what I wanted.
Exactly what I affirmed.
I’m not special. I’m not some exception. I’m just a reminder: It’s real.
You can do it.
You’re literally one choice away from the void.
Next time I’m focusing only on the blackness, not my body or anything physical. Just pure being. Pure power.I

Hi babes!!!
A few months ago, I was literally homeless, no sugarcoating it. I was crashing at different people's places just to have somewhere to sleep. No stability. No peace. Constantly anxious. Constantly in survival mode. I was sick of it - of feeling like I had no control over my own life.
So one day, I made the decision. I'm done living like this. I deserve to feel safe, to have a home. And I'm not going to wait on the 3D to catch up. I decided I have my dream apartment already. I didn't know how. I didn't care how. I just knew it was done.
⋆༺𓆩⚔️𓆪༻⋆ Method ⋆༺𓆩⚔️𓆪༻⋆
The first thing I did was make a Pinterest board filled with dreamy apartment aesthetics. Think: floor-to ceiling windows, soft lightning, cozy corners, neutral tones, minimalist but luxurious vibes. I soaked in those images like it was already mine.
Then I tackled my self concept. Because let's be real: the world mirrors YOU.
I started robotically affirming the same core truths over and over:
༺♰༻I am a master at manifesting.
༺♰༻I'm GOD of my reality.
༺♰༻The world revolves around me.
༺♰༻I always get what I want exactly when I want it.
I also started listening to the "program your mind to think like GOD" affirmation tape by High Frequency Guru (literally obsessed with her. She is that girl) I played it every morning and night - when my subconscious was wide open.
I also let it loop in the background while I was cleaning, walking, scrolling, watching TV, passive, non-stop affirming like it was my job
Here's the twist tho:
I still felt delusional. I still felt like a fraud. My 3D said "you barely have a place to sleep"
But I didn't care.
I ignored the 3D. I reminded myself that my assumptions create my reality - not the other way around. I kept affirming. I refused to spiral. I refused to doubt. I made it law in my mind.

3. Days. Later.
Within 72 hours, I was literally handed my dream apartment.
I'm not exaggerating. The EXACT apartment from my Pinterest board - same vibe, layout, same color scheme, fully furnished, even down to the little aesthetic decor touches I had on my vision board.
But wait! It gets better!!!!
I didn't have to pay anything.
Not for the move-in, not for the furniture, not for rent.
The rent is already paid for the ENTIRE year!!!
And it wasn't mommy or daddy's money. It wasn't even some long-lost rich relative. It came from a source I never even imagined.
Someone I didn't even know. Someone who just wanted to help.
The "how" didn't matter - it unfolded perfectly. And all I did was shift my mind.

You don't need to take physical action.
You don't need to stress over the how.
You don't need to be perfect or feel high vibe all the time.

i saw a girl make a tiktok about this and i thought it was a really interesting idea so i wanted to share it with you!
i think we can all agree that one of the biggest ideas on shiftblr is that all you need is intention
but i also think a lot of people can agree with me when i say: “if intention is all you need, why do i keep waking up in my cr?”
ill relate it to lucid dreaming.
most people who want to lucid dream use reality checks as a method to do so
you reality check throughout the day so your subconscious remembers while youre dreaming
maybe it doesnt work the first night you go to sleep, but you keep reality checking as part of your routine until your subconscious remembers too.
another girl related it to birth control
she used to have an alarm set everyday for 1pm to take the pill
eventually, she didnt need the alarm anymore, because her subconscious remembered that around that time of day, she needed to take her birth control pill
its the exact same way with shifting
you set intention to shift before you go to sleep, and you wake up in your cr again
“but i set intention! why am i still here?”
you begin to doubt yourself, in your abilities to shift, that maybe intention doesn’t actually work.
but it does.
sometimes it just takes a little longer for your subconscious to remember the intention you set, for the intention to stick.
many people’s shifting success stories happen when they go to sleep like any other night
they don’t intentionally do a method or set the intention of shifting, but they wake up in their dr.
how does that work?
after going to sleep and setting your intention night after night after night, your subconscious starts to do it on its own.
like reality checking during dreams, or setting an alarm to take a pill
your subconscious doesn’t have eyes, it is something that has to be trained, all it knows is what you tell it.
not everything can be mastered on the first try, you just have to keep trying.
moral of the story is:
intention is real. and its important. dont give up on yourself. keep setting intention. keep going to sleep knowing you will wake up in your dr.
one day you will.
i hope this helped or resonated with some of you, because when i heard about this idea, it gave me a lot of hope that im not doing anything wrong, my subconscious is just taking a little while to catch up.

How to shift realities from someone who regularly does
Hii! I am pretty new to the Tumblr shifting community and I didn’t really plan on posting anything but after browsing around a bit, I kind of wanted to give my two cents on shifting. I used to be active in the Amino community back then but then I took a break to focus on myself. Some time passed since then and I have been shifting pretty regularly now. And after looking through some posts, I wanted to share some things to maybe help others.
Disclaimer: I fully believe shifting is personal and should be tailored to you. What works for me might not work for you and that’s okay! However, I would be very glad if this helped someone. Also excuse how I explain some things. Since I just got back, I’m not very caught up with new shifting terminology so I’m just going to explain how I understand it instead.
You are only consciousness. That is what you are and what you will always be. There will never be any reality, circumstances, doubts, fears, or anything tied to you unless you allow it to. You as consciousness, your only role is to experience and be conscious of things. So as you become conscious of new things, you shift.
As consciousness, your natural state is the void state. You only experience reality when you take on a vessel, which is your body. So through these vessels, you experience reality. And as you live in these vessels, you will encounter its emotions, doubts, and thoughts. This is why people say you are not your doubts or fears, because truly you are not. You are only experiencing it through the vessel. They are not your own, but the vessel’s.
So to shift realities, you simply decide a reality then become conscious of it. Literally just that, you decide and then become. There’s nothing more or less to it I swear.
I think the reason why many people fail to comprehend this is because they had been putting in so much effort that they couldn’t believe how actually effortless it really is. I think it’s because they try to force it without understanding how it just comes naturally. Shifting shouldn’t be about taking control but rather just be. I see people asking how this and how that and am I doing it right, and I just want to say forget all about that and focus on just being.
You had always just been consciousness experiencing reality through a vessel your whole life. You had always made a choice on a reality then proceeded to become aware of it. So now decide on that reality that you want and just be conscious of it. That’s all it is. If it helps, help yourself understand that you are only consciousness. Remind yourself throughout the day, when you experience this vessel’s doubts, or before you sleep. Truly understand that you are not tied down by anything because you are literally just consciousness.
If you question why you should listen to me, it is because I was in your shoes before. For a really long time, I really thought that shifting is just not something I could do and that it was all just an inside joke. I was at my all time low and I just didn’t know what to think or believe anymore. Yet, here I am, shifting as regularly as I sleep. That being said though, I don’t want you to idolize me or envy me. Don’t idolize a consciousness when you are literally one as well and can do anything I can.
I hope this post was understandable. I’m not much of an explainer but I tried my best.

This is the only method you need to induce pure consciousness/ tap into the “I AM”/ tap into the void:
relax, deep breathing
affirm “I AM”
relax some more
detach, get lost in the darkness of your closed eyes
you’re done, you’ve shifted
there are no if ands or buts, there’s no “i was so close”, “it just doesn’t work for me”. this method cannot fail, there is no such thing, at all, it’s you who focuses too much on the symptoms, it’s you gets upset when “nothing happens” before rolling over to go to sleep just to endure another day in your shitty reality. it’s you who fails to see your own potential and it’s only you who can change that
this is the basic method that works for anyone with a conscious and subconscious mind,
it’s not anyone’s fault that you’ve decided to overcomplicate it
that’s the basic fucking template you don’t need shit but yourself
stop with the neediness it’s getting kinda pathetic
You dont need to follow some stupid 10k affirmation challenge
You don’t need to follow any challenges lasting weeks
You don’t need subliminals or waves or a guided meditation
You don’t need to ask bloggers the same shit and vent about how you “just can’t do it”
You don’t need to lucid dream
You don’t need any of this
again the basic template is only difficult to you because of the over-complication of it all
Let me give you an example: Imagine you’re a baker and there’s this iconic legendary baker who has this incredible, world famous cake, they give the world a recipe to it and it’s quite simple. how can such a simple recipe impress the taste buds of so many? it doesn’t matter about the how or why, it just does. But so many bakers around the world, including you, are scared of not impressing their customers so they add all this other shit to the recipe that was perfectly fine. And it just makes everything so complicated, all because they don’t trust that the original recipe will be able to impress and satisfy their customers.
That basic recipe is the “method” that Neville gave to us, he didn’t have tumblr, he didn’t have youtube to binge fucking yoga nidra meditation videos. He didn’t have a phone to inhale subliminal after subliminal like it’s a full time job. He didn’t have bloggers shoving 10k challenges down his throat, and guess what, he was just fine! Stop overcomplicating the recipe, all you need is the mind. You don’t need a fucking routine, all you need is you
But I know there are some people who will look at this, scroll past and still scan their feed, scrambling for an “instant method” like some junky. And to that i say, go ahead, waste your days overcomplicating the act of shifting consciousness, waste your days overconsuming, doomscrolling, complaining. The law and the art of shifting was always real and will continue to be real while you sit there with absolutely nothing, so go ahead. Rack your brain to the point of a headache, to the point of insanity trying to understand what’s right infront of you, you’re only doing yourself harm.

Hi Maya I was one of your first anons back in March and I manifested my dream life. i just wanted to share some things that helped me, and hope we can all pass some knowledge so we all get our desires life. I did, you did, and everyone reading this can and will so let’s all try to help out by sharing a little of our journey. I’ll never create a blog because tumblr is a mess, so I’ll just share them here bc I trust you as a creator and I hope you agree with what I’m saying. Even if you don’t these are my assumptions and my truth
il get into my methods in one second but users of tumblr there are only 4 THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE LAW (Inspired heavily by you bc I used your blog religiously) I will say you’re kind of too nice and I wish I had someone to yell at me like this, and tell me to stop being a victim!!! So if it sounds aggressive it’s because it is in the best loving way possible.OKAY SO.
★you need to understand that you want to fulfill yourself in imagination because you don’t care about the desires only how you feel about it. Bare with me it sounds stupid I know. But I don’t care about men or how they feel about me. I just want to feel worshiped and love, and I could fulfill that in my imagination. I don’t care about money??? It’s fucking paper !!! I just want to feel secure and financially free and want the feeling of buying my favorite clothes without looking at the tag. I GOT THE SAME FEELING FROM PINTREST EVEN WHEN I WAS POOR GODDAMNIT. I didn’t care about getting all As in school when I’ve always believed school is not a representation of intelligence. I wanted to feel recognized adored and respected which I had to feel for myself in my mind before it projected. I don’t care about looking skinny, I just wanted to feel snatched, I wanted to be envied, and feel pretty. And in my mind everyone wanted to be me even when I was ugly and fat. BUT I DIDNT FEEL FAT. Even with no change in the 3D I had my desires. This applies to all your desires, and you really need to understand that.
★you can affirm,visualize, understand states, understand non dualism, use the Bible or Torah m, wall twerk and say “I AM THAT BITXH,” use sats YADADAA . No one cares it doesn’t matter. you don’t have to feel anything or, even believe in wth you’re doing. As long as you think that having it in imagination means it’s yours that’s all that matter. I’ve read so many teachers, Neville, Abraham, Abdullah, Edward art, paid coaches, and they all do different things but say the same thing. FAITH IS KEY. That’s all that matters. Don’t let anyone you otherwise or tell you what you have to do. All teachers were once students, all success stories were once struggled failures, all masters were once lost okay. You are god so have some faith in yourself.
★YOU ARE GOD. You know what a god is, you know how a god works, you know god can do anything with a snap of a finger, kill anyone with a thought, look anyway it wants, have anything everything and create whatever. You are an omnipotent loving creator so create and give yourself everything.
★you can’t over consume, you can think from lack of whatever, and doubt can’t hinder you unless you think it does. Having a desire does not mean you’re lacking or else having the wanting for it would mean that too no? When creators say that I want to slam my head against the wall. Even now I have all my desires and I still think about them constantly. Thinking of new clothes to buy with MY WEALTH, I think of new food to eat that won’t even affect my SNATCHED BODY, i find new places to try and explore bc MY SOCIAL CIRCLE IS HUGE AND IM SO LOVED, I think of new makeup up to try to enhance my GORGEOUS PRINCESS FACE. I think of it in the same way from when I didn’t have my desired (I always had them in imagination but you know what I mean.) so there is no thinking from lack, or else you’re always lacking it lmfao the fuck. Anyways I doubted my abilities up until I manifested my dream life. I was okay with it in imagination and whether it reflected or not it was my escape I was content with. DID YOU SEE THAT. I had doubts up until the very end, and it doesn’t mean shit unless you think it does. Just affirm having doubts and obsessions only speed up your results. That’s really all it is.
Now to my story if anyone cares. I won’t make a blog for reason number 2 and 3 listed above. That’s all you need but if you want more info for curiosity go for it. I know I was curious and that didn’t stop me from getting my dream life. Anyways I have the same story as about everyone else here. My life sucked, I found the law, and it worked! HOORAY!!! But how did I do it???? Easy peasy, in a couple of steps.
☞ I tattooed my four rules above in my mind. When fear and doubt emerged I sunk that shit like the titanic and went with my laws that I created. It’s literally called the law of assumption like come on, stop fighting with yourself when you assume and create reality.
☞I ignored anything that I didn’t agree with. Sometimes I’d get so mad and be like WHAT NO WHY WOULD THAT BLOGGER OR COACH OR ANON or whoever say that?? But am I dumb ??? each of us have our own reality our own bubbles. The fact that it works for them and not for me started to only motivate me more. It doesn’t work bc I assume sooo… sooo why not just assume the opposite and focus on my rules like they did. The law is always in effect and working. Either it’s in your favor or it’s not. It’s up to you
☞I used affirmations bc repetition is the only thing that works for my logical brain. Anything can change with repetition. It’s basic science. So in the morning and night time I would affirm. ONCE. Repetition meant for me doing it everyday and not wanting. The rest of my day was lived in my imaginations. And the affirmation was to remind me in my vulnerable state that I already have my desires. That’s why my affirmation was “I have my desires no matter what, and everything I do brings them to me faster than the speed of light” it was kind of funny and made me chuckle but I accepted it as facts. Look guys…
☞I didn’t repress myself. If I cried or yelled or told myself “FUCK YOU” it wasn’t me tf. It was the devil or something. Be like those Christian fuckers who when their child comes out as gay…it’s the devil within them or whatever. I would talk to myself, yell when doubt emerged and when my thoughts weren’t the ones I wanted. It wasn’t fucking me so get the fuck out I have my desires so who tf are you ??? It will feel weird but you’ll get used to it trust me. If you’re uncomfortable it’s working. Getting rid of bad habits and your comfort in dwelling in bad thoughts is uncomfortable but it’s worth it.
I manifested my dream life back in March. I LITERALLY WOKE WITH MY DREAM LIFE. A complete 180. I won’t talk about my past life bc I completely revised it and I’m the only one who remembers so for the most part it feels like a long nightmare that has past. I’ll just talk about what I changed instead because that’s the stuff we all want to hear. Anyways I’ll just post some of my list here.
♥ my life feels like the song rich kids by freak ocean
♥I’m a pretty spoiled princess who gets everything I want but I’m still kind
♥I revised my entire family from looks to personality to zodiac to religion and etc. i rewrote my story which included my family
♥I have natural admired intelligent
♥my family has a net worth of 500 million dollars, and my entire family stems from old money. (Think aristocrats not slave or colonization money)
♥I can play many instruments and speak many languages
♥ I am 5’2, 100 pounds, I have natural stunning vixen beauty, and the most desires body in the world. I’m the beauty standard and people either want to be me or date me. I am naturally skinny and have no worries about my weight, I have clear skin that only gets clearer with my skincare routine, and I have my desired personality where I’m kind but also don’t put up with any shit from anyone because I know I’m that bitch. I also have great style and embody a princess !
♥my life is a combination of my favorite watpadd stories, Gilmore girls, gossip girl, and mean girls.
♥ too many people pursue me I have too many options
♥I have a perfect school life, social life, family life, friend life, and people always wonder what I did to be “so lucky it’s unfair”
♥my family has multiple mansions in America, monoco,Australia, france, and China.

♥I put myself first (I HAD SUFFERED TOO LONG I NEEDED A SOFT LIFE)

♥I revised my age to 14. I was 18 and graduating but I wanted to redo high school how I had envisioned it all my life

Invest your faith into yourself more than anyone else and you’ll see how fast your reality conforms. I also adore your point about the state of lacking bc I never believed in that. If wanting your desires insinuates it’s not yours, we would have no thoughts since that’s where it all originates from. In fact Edward explains it pretty well.
When Edward looks at lack, he sees it as being something that is only brought about by the individual. He believes that your own actions, thoughts, and attitudes will bring about an artificial scarcity of resources. Edward says that this artificial lack of resources is not actually real—it exists only in our minds, as we focus on the things that we don’t have rather than the things that are available to us.
He believes that true lack only exists when someone has no access to resources—whether those resources be financial, physical, mental, or emotional. When someone has access to resources but they squander them or don’t use them to their advantage, it isn’t a lack of resources that is at fault—it is the individual’s personal choices and attitudes that create the feeling of lack. Same way we see attractive people feel ugly though they have women or men chasing them, modeling opportunities, and experience many examples of pretty privilege lol. how i deal with the 3d “not conforming”
  hi everyone! i just came on here to say that today, as i was manifesting, something i didn’t appreciate happened in the 3d. nothing too serious, it’s just that it was unexpected. i want to share with everyone what i do when this happens, and i hope with this i can help somebody out there.
    i’ve been in the manifestation community for three years, so it has gotten easier and easier to deal with bad 3d circumstances because i know it isn’t permanent. however, in the beginning i was still in the toxic type of law of attraction mindset and focused on a lot of tarot readings, high frequencies, etc. basically everything that the basis of law of assumption doesn’t give a shit about. it was beliefs like, “the universe might not give you what you want because they decide” or “you need to be positive always in order to get what you want,” that really made me give away my power, without even realizing. in times where the 3d was showing the opposite of what i wanted, i gave up, and because i thought that the universe didn’t want me to have it, i gradually formed a victim mentality. as if the universe was trying to ruin my life. yikes.
i soon realized that the universe doesn’t give a fuck and isn’t choosing anything for me. it’s supposed to show you your assumptions. so it was either i see it as an advantage, to see what i need to fix about my mindset and improve my life, or wallow in self pity for the rest of my life, and watch it get worse.
obviously i chose to improve my life because wtf. so i stopped letting people on tiktok (it’s the root of all evil, istg the misinformation is insane. do not go to tiktok for any manifesting/shifting advice LMAO) decide my fate and tell me how to live my life. every new thing i learned from the law of assumption made me so happy bc i knew i could live the life i wanted, and i finally felt like i had control over my own life for once. i create my reality. i don’t have to seek validation. only live in the end. that’s all i needed to know, and suddenly, i did not give a shit if the 3d was showing me the opposite of what i want.
let’s talk about how we can cope with these types of situations. i started rambling i’m sorry;
understand that there is no such thing as failure in the LOA, because it’s either you have it or you don’t. the 3d has no choice but to show your assumptions, and only assumptions. that’s why it can’t fail. the 3d can’t fail at showing you your assumptions.
let whatever emotions, bad thoughts, etc. pass. as long as you don’t end up identifying yourself with negative thoughts, an assumption can’t be created. you can cry, scream, throw things, whatever. whatever is happening in the 3d has nothing to do with what your job is, which is to fulfill within imagination. i will never tell you to bottle things up for the sake of manifesting it… just get it out of your system please.
when you’re done, you can enter the state of wish fulfilled again. remember it will not get harder to manifest or anything.
that’s literally it!! people need to stop encouraging hiding your emotions because it does more harm than good. you are human. you are allowed to act like one.

before we dive into this post, we first need to define WHO you are. you are pure consciousness. you are "I AM", the phrase that states just that — being nothing but awareness. your appearance — just like a state — is what you embody. a malleable physical object that can be changed through imagination. you aren’t the state itself. the state is your costume, your clothing, something you choose to put on and off.
definition
a state is an attitude of mind, a state of experience / consciousness / identity / awareness / imagination with a body of beliefs which you live by. a collective of several thoughts that all refer to one state. you identify yourself with it by saying: "i am…". there are infinite states into which you as an individual may fall, therefore your "i am…" can be anything. thus you manifest through states. what you are conscious of is a thought, an assumption, a bunch of statements that declare one and the same thing, leading to one and the same state. no state is greater than another. but the state, the attitude of mind to which you most constantly return to, constitutes your dwelling place. it's the state that manifests into your 3D reality. depending on what state you are in, it determines your actions and thoughts.
as you are always expressing a state. we wander through states all the time, several times a day. as there is an infinite amount of realities to be aware of, you choose which state it is that you want to dwell on. you can simply pick which state you want to embody and persist in it. persisting in a state is no different than persisting in an assumption. in fact, it's the exact same since a state equals the plural of assumptions.
examples
you always express a state of either having or not having your desire. here are some examples:
state of self-pityㆍstate of self-confidence
state of povertyㆍstate of wealth
state of anxietyㆍstate of calmness
the state of the wish fulfilled
you will hear this phrase a lot as it was coined by neville goddard. being in "the state of the wish fulfilled" simply means that you identify with the version of yourself who has their desires and is aware of that. it's a generic term that says that your wish has been "fulfilled". "fulfilling the inner man" — another term coined by neville — means to be in the state of the wish fulfilled.
example: being in the state of the wish fulfilled could mean being in the state of having your desired apartment.
the state of lack
the state of lack is the opponent to the state of the wish fulfilled or the state of knowing (both mean the same). a state of lack states that you have not established the belief that you have your desire — in other words — that you have not fully adapted to your desired state. acknowledging, realizing, noticing and pointing out that you don't have your desire in the 3D indicates that you do not have it in the 4D either.
example: being in the state of lack could mean being in the state of not having your desired apartment.
changing a state
how do you enter a new state? how do you leave your old state? through belief. you must believe in your state. whatsoever you desire, believe you have received it and you will. the thoughts of you must be accepted literally as they will be fulfilled literally. if you can believe and persuade yourself that things are as you want them to be to the point of actually moving into the feeling of knowing they are true, they will be felt and seen in your world. you must feel (=know) your desires are already realized, that they are already true, for the truth of any concept is known by the feeling of certainty that the thought is true.
in steps

⤷ become clear about what it is that you want to have or who you want to be.
ii. ⋮ decide and accept that you have it.
⤷ embody the person who already has what you desire. by doing this, you are either living in the end or in the knowing aka living in the state of the wish fulfilled. moreover, you are fulfilling yourself in imagination and enter your desired state.
iii. ⋮ remain in the state of knowing by persisting in it.
⤷ don't pay attention to opposing thoughts and flip them if needed. persist in staying in the new state until it becomes natural to you.
maintaining a state
you can move into any state, but you might not remain there since a state is made up of a body of beliefs. if you spend the day thinking from a certain point, a certain body of beliefs, the chances are that you might will fall asleep the night occupying the same beliefs.
your maintenance of a state is defined by resistance — in other words — the amount of opposing thoughts you have. you will know when you aren't occupying a state anymore as soon as you get doubts, negative assumptions or thoughts that make you question if you are still inhabiting that state.
meaning, you maintain a state by persisting. this does not mean that you keep going back to the wish fulfilled but rather stay faithful to your whatever you have mentally accepted in imagination.
the same way you have shifted your attention to an undesirable state, you can shift your attention right back to the state that you want to focus on.
falling out of a state
what if you think you have fallen out of that state already? you don’t just magically "fall out of a state". you will know when you aren‘t occupying your desired state anymore once you face resistance. once you start to question the fulfillment of your desire and the rightful embodiment of your state, you inhabit a new state — the state of doubt aka not having your desire aka lack. not thinking of your desire anymore — although you have accepted it to be true — doesn’t necessarily mean that you have stopped being in the state of owning your desire. an accepted thought, an embodied state, does not have to be remembered all the time. do you recall all the things that you own already? exactly, you don’t!
don’t condemn yourself for the state into which you have fallen. if you don’t like it, move into another. don’t feel sorry for yourself, because if you do you will make the state a habit and remain there. remember, the states into which we fall cannot mar or in any way deter our immortal self who fell.
knowing which state you are in
your physical reality will always give you evidence to the thoughts you have accepted to be true. what you see and what you do not see determines the state you are in. why? because manifestation happens instantly. your inner conversations create the external world you are currently living in.
misconceptions of states
1 ⋮ your state does not consist of emotions. emotions have no influence over your manifestation, how you will manifest it, etc.
2 ⋮ you are always in a state, whether you like it or not. it's not a method. you cannot "use" or "apply" it. you don't choose to not be in a state - just like you can't choose that your assumptions don't manifest or that you can magically "stop manifesting". you are always expressing yourself, you are always manifesting. call it assumptions that manifest or states that manifest, it's the same. the idea of states only serves the purpose to demonstrate the law in a more simplified way, trying to make you control or monitor every single thought / assumption of you less.
3 ⋮ therefore - both - thoughts and states manifest as they are the same. thoughts that end up being materialized in your external world have become assumptions accepted as true aka new beliefs. they represent the state you are currently in. it all comes down to belief, not the thought itself, not how many times you repeat an affirmation, but if you believe it to be true.
4 ⋮ having said that, methods do not manifest. you do. your state does, the collective of thoughts.
5 ⋮ you might not enter a state right away after just "intending" to enter it. you enter a state once it feels natural to you and once you have fully accepted it to be true to you. remember, manifestation is instant. your state — if rightfully persisted and thus believed in — will be immediately reflected in your 3D.
6 ⋮ persistence does not equal repetition (aka affirming).
advice
if you will think you have your desire and remain conscious of the state long enough to make it natural, as the thoughts flow from you, they become a natural part of your body of beliefs, and the world will proclaim your desire. your state of occupation will naturally change.
walk in the state until it becomes natural. the moment the feeling is natural, your desire is yours!

stop conditioning.
stop conditioning your desires. "what does that mean?", you may ask. conditioning your desires simply means that you refrain from manifesting them as you constantly feel like you have to do something beforehand. conditioning can also lead to you taking even more time to manifest a desire of yours as you are frequently occupied with creating the perfect circumstances or try to "prepare" yourself the best way possible.
no, you do not have to participate in a challenge, affirm 10 thousand times a day, listen to a certain-frequency-youtube-video, or spend money on extra coaching. you don’t need to do ANY of that!! i am actually going to (respectfully) hit you with a baseball bat if you consider paying someone to teach you something that you naturally do, have been doing and will continue to do.
who is manifesting? exactly, you. who tells you to manifest? no one but you. who tells you how to manifest? no one but you. can others guarantee you that you will manifest something? no, they can’t. but you wanna know who can do all of that? you, because you are god. they can, however, guide you and offer you help.
i can imagine this might put a lot of stress on to people who struggle with believing in their power and usually like to rely on external things to encourage themselves (which is fine) — but i want to remind you that you are the one who is manifesting. and you are the one who is in control of what they manifest as well. you do not depend on these options to help you recreate the feeling you‘d have if you owned your desire.
take part in challenges, affirm to "practice" having your desires and listen to subliminals, knowing that YOU are the one who is enabling that manifestation process, not the methods or "additional utensils". YOU give yourself these results, don’t forget that!

felt like writting.
When outside world gets overwhelming I know that what I need is to take care of my self. My reality is just showing me what are my states, the material world only show me who I am. It is more than normal to see people blame their circumstances, they fight their thought and their senses till the point they have no energy anymore. Who are they fighting? Self. Who am I fighting? Self. When I blame world I blame self.
This happens when I let the outside world let me down. When I indentify myself as my body of meat and bones, I indentify myself with the false me. I am not who I look at the mirror, I am the one within myself, the voice I hear in silence, that is me. The outside me can be weak and powerless, but the inner me is great and almighty.
All the punishment I can feel inside my mind is my own punishment, there is no other man to hurt me when I am within myself.
All the unpleasant feelings we feel inside comes from the same thing, sin. What is the sin? The sin is to not fulfill my desire within. When I refuse to fulfill my desire within I am a sinner. My sin is to refuse to accept my desire, which already is mine, which is already done. When I want something I have to give myself this thing within, as I feel my wish fulfilled, I feel safe and relieved. But when i refuse my desire, I feel worried, guilty, sad, depressed, lost all of that.
Most of men are afraid of letting their inner man feels the wish fulfilled within. They don't believe in the world of imagination, they don't believe that what they assume is reflected. They believe life happens to them, not from them. But what do they fear? Theirselves? But who can hurt them when they are within theirselves? None can hurt them.
I had not been indentifying myself as my inner me lately and that is why I had not been feeling that good. The good part is that no one is locked in a state, we can move states as we decide to, as we accept new concepts of life, of us.
Even neville had forgotten about the law and worried about the "how" instead of being at the wish fulfilled feeling once, that's alright.
At the end of the day we do not change assumptions and states to change material world, we change because we want to feel, and so we let ourselves feel. The secret is the feeling. What feeling? The feeling we have what we want and we don't need to suffer. Make your inner world your heaven.

How would you go about living in your imagination and persisting even in the most dire and terrible circumstances?
you're not changing reality, you are reality. you are the only reality that exists.
you're changing yourSELF because your SELF is reality. you're not changing your 3d.
your responsibility to change the 3d is completely off your shoulder. you are not called upon to change the 3d, no. you're called upon to change yourSELF.
if you're saying "i'm lacking in my 3d so i can't be fulfilled in consciousness", then you're creating a false god, a false idol. you think your old state and the 3d somehow have power over you. you're creating a false god.
find god and worship only god. and you'll never find him on the outside. you'll never find him on the outside because can you see I AM?" -neville
you're as free as you wish to be in your consciousness(imagination). you're free to be what you want to be in your consciousness. if you're bringing your 3d circumstances into your consciousness, then you're saying your 3d is more powerful than god. well, that's sinning because you're creating a false god.
Do it gently. Just close your eyes and feel that awareness of being. Walk around in your Imagination. That is you! This is who you change only. -edward art
you'll forever remain trying, waiting, and failing as long as your goal is to change the 3d and carry the responsibility of your 3d changing on your shoulders.

you don‘t have to feel.
a misconception of "feeling is the secret" is that "feeling" gets mistaken for "emotionally feeling" something. "feeling" — in this case — stands representative for "knowing". meaning, you don’t actually have to "feel" it real but rather "know" it real.
do not force an emotion.
you don‘t have to force yourself to feel the emotions you would have if you had your desire in your physical world. feelings don’t manifest. it all depends on your beliefs aka the assumptions you are having. that’s why it’s called the "law of assumption". you can feel AWFUL and manifest your desire. why? because you know you have it. it’s a belief that you have established. an assumption that is accepted without the need of physical proof. it’s an assumption because you believe in it without having to rely on your senses to perceive it.
when you return to your imagination, when you are confronted with your desires and assume that you have them, you don’t have to necessarily feel immensely excited. the way you feel about your desires tells you nothing about your firmly established assumptions that actually matter when manifesting. in fact, that feeling (here: emotion) can be misleading as it only lasts for a moment and you find yourself returning to feeling neutral.
"recreating the feeling of the wish fulfilled"
trying to "recreate the feeling of the wish fulfilled" can be helpful. it helps to practice actually knowing that you own your desire as you are allowed to recreate scenarios in your head that make you feel excited. but it’s not necessary! especially if you are someone who finds it difficult to get yourself to actually feel it, you might beat yourself up for something that isn’t even required to do.
sometimes we don’t know how to really feel about having our desires. if you are someone who has been poor your whole life, it may be even harder to imagine a life where you do not carry the burden of money problems — therefore, it can be difficult to know how that would make you feel. but that shouldn’t stop you from getting that bag! it’s your job to get what you want even if you aren’t used to that emotion. it truly doesn’t matter how you feel. just concentrate on your assumptions and you will get whatever it is that you want.
declare your desire as yours, accept it as yours, know it is yours, repeat! and don’t forget to persist in that assumption!

hi hera!! love love love your blog and posts. sorry if this is a stupid question but I was wondering if you could make a post about the difference between assumptions, consciousness and self-concept. since what we are conscious of manifests (our focus and awareness) how does assumptions and self-concept play into this? tysm! <3 hope i’m making sense
Not a stupid question, baby, I can answer this right now. Allow me to briefly recall these principles so I can proceed with my explanation:
Consciousness is the one and only reality.
 I AM (your consciousness) is the magical lost word which was made flesh in the likeness of that which you are conscious of being.
Your consciousness is determined by the concept you hold of self.
When you change your conception of yourself you will automatically change the world in which you live.
An assumption, though false and denied by the senses at the moment, if persisted in, will harden into fact.
Consciousness refers to everything you are aware of and know as a fact. Anything that you are conscious of being (your conception of self) is what crystallizes the world around you because it is nothing more and nothing less than yourself pushed out.
With that in mind, if being is what causes change in consciousness, then that must mean that there is nothing or no one to change but (your conception of) self.
How do changes in self (consciousness) happen? Through the assumptions you accept to be true. When you sustain an assumption via the medium of feeling (yourself to be), it then becomes a fact, and what are facts? Consciousness.
Let's say in the present moment you are conscious of being unloved [I AM unloved] and you would like to be loved [I AM loved], you would declare yourself in the present moment to be that and feel it to be true even if the world currently shows you otherwise. If you bask in the feeling of being loved long enough, you will soon accept it to be a fact, meaning you will become conscious of being loved and that's what the world will reflect back to you.
So, to recap and to answer how self concept and assumptions play into consciousness:
When you manifest, you change consciousness. This transpires by first changing your conception of self which you do by becoming conscious of being (that which you desire to be) through the assumptions you clothe with feeling. assumption + feeling = facts you become conscious of -> (change in) self -> consciousness follows

I just finished reading Edward Art’s main series. It’s taken me months because i like to read one lesson at a time and really take in what he’s trying to say in each one. While reading, I took a lot of notes and I decided that quite a few points were really useful to the evolvement of my knowledge of the law of assumption. So, here are what I believe are the most important notes I wrote down from reading Edward Art’s Main Series on Reddit.
You can change anything in this 3D world through imagination because it is all coming from you (you create everything you experience).
All versions of you are yours to assume — everything that ever was, is, and can be already exists now in consciousness. So, if you can imagine it, then it exists somewhere in consciousness. By changing self to the self that is experiencing that desire you accessed with imagination, then you can bring about that reality and express it upon the 3D.
You should imagine simply to have and experience what you want in your mind (to feel the way you want to feel). Leave the 3D alone and change self.
The inner self is the one desiring (the feeling) so that is the self we need to fulfill — your desires show you how you want to feel.
The 3D is just self being expressed, and self is what you feel you are and have in your inner reality (imagination/consciousness).
Allow the inner self freedom from the constraints and limitations of the outer world. Do not allow insecurities, limitations, and expectations to limit your inner man’s fulfillment.
“Just accept [your desire] as it comes to you” — do not condition or reason your desires. Just accept them and feel them to be true (no matter how “impossible” they may seem).
Never allow external circumstances (such as time) to hold you back from fully accepting your desires now.
“Most of us imagine what we want, but we do not FEEL what we want” — feeling is the secret (the difference between daydreaming and visualizing is feeling). So, when you are imagining, you must feel as though what you are experiencing in imagination is actually happening to you.
It is only ever you who is holding yourself back.
Identify yourself with the inner man — know that the 4D (imagination) is the only true reality, and the 3D is simply self being expressed. Self is coming from the 4D, consciousness, so the only thing you ever need to change in order to change the 3D is self.
The inner man can have anything he wants instantly (you are the god of your imagination & you can create anything in imagination instantly) — your thoughts are instant, you can visualize and daydream about anything you desire instantly. There is no hunger in imagination because you can just imagine food/fullness. Therefore, imagination is limitless. Fulfill every desire in imagination and all will be expressed physically.
Because you are the god of your inner reality (imagination), you don’t ever need to ask permission to take what you desire in imagination. How do you know you’re the god of your inner reality? Because you create everything in there. There is no other power, because you have all the power to bring about whatever you desire.
Your imagination (the inner self) is your real self.
When feeling limited, fearful, or out of control, it is actually the inner man deluding himself into thinking that he is the outer man.
To truly assume a new state, you must die to the old state. A state is a state of mind that stems from assuming a new belief. This means, you must completely abandon and leave behind old beliefs, thought patterns, and insecurities in order to fully appropriate your new desired state. You cannot occupy contradictory states, for example, you cannot believe that you are limitless, while also believing you are limited. You must abandon all thoughts related to being limited in order to truly feel limitless.
