(Basically answers to asks I got)
Ok first thing first there is no one here to help you manifest,not the bloggers,not me, no one,if reading multiple post on same topic can't help you then why do expect bloggers to help you who are gonna give you same advice,they have been mentioning on their posts. It's not like they are writing about different things,every bloggers are telling you the same thing YOUR 4D/imagination is the true reality,you just have to PERSIST and be CONSISTENT. No like seriously I really feel like you guys are just lazy,why are you depend on bloggers,Im not saying that you can't ask for help and by help i mean understanding certain concept or doubts but you straight up ask to help you manifest or coaching don't do that until and unless they themself mention about being a coach,because see we have a life of our own too,we are God but also human who are busy in their life. Bloggers post this amazing posts talking about law and how beautiful it is. But y'all are so into the victim mindset,as if you are the only one suffering,which is correct YOU are the reason you are seeing the person taking away your sp,you are so into imagining yourself in a broke state and dwell in it,because you feel comfort in it,get a bit uncomfortable dear,you'll endup being comfortable.
You cannot just get comfortable when you are transfered in a new school,new class and the new environment,you first adjust,you go to the school everyday and get used to the new environment then you get comfortable isn't it guys. Manifesting is exactly like this you get in the state of having the desire,it feels uncomfortable,fake,delusional but the more you persist the more you get used to this feeling of knowing. It's not even necessary to be in the state a 24/7,because we are in different state all the time,just when you remember about the desire get in the state or do whatever fulfills you.
No amount of methods won't be useful if you are not even persisting and keep look for 3d validation. To sum up everything all you have to to is persist. Bloggers won't be there for you all the damn time,most of you want to manifest being independent but with a mindset of a dependent person,who are depend on other's for method and doesn't even persist in it then cries,and trauma dump on other's dm.
There is no use of DMing us too you know,we as bloggers are the one end up getting bored or annoyed,because I'm telling y'all legit leave another method and come up with a new one,I have about 50+ dms and asks asking me how to manifest or trauma dumping telling me how they aren't able to manifest,dear of course you won't be able to manifest if you keep looking for validation. I'm not saying that your circumstances aren't that bad,it's probably really hard for you but darling,everyone had faced this challenge,it's hard but learn to ignore the 3D even if it was right on your face. Be stubborn when it comes to manifesting,it took me alot of time as well to adapt that mindset,so I read alot of fanfics where reader gets whatever they want this really got me into the brat mindset,you can also find methods or ways that you help you feel fulfill,I don't care what method you are using JUST DO WHAT FULFILLS YOU NOT ME,I've got alot of asking if they should do or this,you know honey do what you believe is gonna work for you,I'm not the one using that method,i purposely don't even reply because I want you guys to try it out yourselves. That's what every bloggers did too,they learn to trust themselves and their imagination.
OK here, since most of you ask me to help manifest I'm challenging you,for the next two weeks,affirm robotically for your desire,lazy to affirm? You shouldn't be,because majority of you complain about not being able to get in a state and endup saying you'll affirm,then do exactly that.
Wavering? Keep affirming and persist.
Don't believe the affirmations? Keep affirming and persist.
Seeing the opposite? Keep affirming and persist.
Make those affirmation your dominant thought,you will know when it will become your dominant thought when it come up on it's own and you don't get effected by the negative thoughts.
But Chrissy some say affirmation don't work. SO? Keep affirming don't be a weakling just because it didn't work for them doesn't mean it will not work for you,you are not them,you are YOU ,they probably didn't even affirm enough or probably checked their 3D,there are many successful people who affirm Jennifer Lopez,Ice Spice and my fav Taylor Tookes despite being petite she still become a model and even walk on runway and now in cover magazines,if they can do it why can't you,they also affirmed right? Not gonna lie majority of the successful people who are into manifestation are into affirming.
Also log out of X and Tumblr,yes it can be motivating to see success stories or reading motivation but they are of no use,you might see a new post talking about a new method and end up leaving affirming and start following that method. Instead you should've scroll on tiktok,or youtube or making vision board while affirming,it's way easier to then wasting your time here reading posts on same topic written in different ways or perspective. So instead just log out and affirm and PERSIST.
If you are so stubborn about the fact that you can't manifest,then start being stubborn about the fact that you can manifest.

You are God.
If you're in the LOA community, you've probably heard this saying all the time: "There is nothing impossible to you. You are God."
While some part of me agreed with it, I still didn’t feel like a powerful God who can create whatever he/she desires.
So I started questioning, “Am I truly God?”
My curious and doubtful mind led me to finding the answers that made everything clear to me. I finally understood what I am, where I came from, and what my purpose is here.
So, am I God? Are you God? The answer is yes, of course, you are. Here's how it works:
Once upon a time, there was The God, the original creator of everything, including you and me.
God is everything seen and unseen. It’s the great Divine that is the source of everything.
God existed in the space of nothing and everything, the void you might call it. God knew that it was the Great Divine, the Creator.
This God not only wanted to know itself as a Creator but also to experience it. How can you experience something if you exist in the space of nothing and everything? You just are.
So, The God created this Universe to experience itself as a creator.
The Universe was created, and then God divided itself into infinite parts so that he/she could experience itself experientially as humans and any other species that exist.
These parts are what we call souls. You. Me. All of us. We are all parts of God. We are God. There is no separation between God and you. God is experiencing itself through you.
Since we are all part of God, we also have the same abilities as God. We were truly created in the image and likeness of God, not physically, but our essence, our powers are the same because we are the same. We are made of the same stuff
And we can create whatever we choose. We can recreate ourselves anew at any given point. In fact, you are already doing it. Every moment of your existence, you are choosing who you are. Your state, thoughts, feelings, and actions show it.
You are God. Remember that. We all forget it before coming to this physical world. It’s all part of the plan. But now it’s time for you to remember that. If it weren’t the time, then you wouldn’t have discovered LOA, manifestation, etc.
It’s impossible to not be God. But it’s possible to not know that you are. So now you know.

A Complete Guide on How To Lucid Dream
Here’s my step by step complete guide on how to lucid dream. The most effective way to lucid dream (based on my research and personal experience) which may give you a lucid dream tonight!
This will be a combination of some already known lucid dreaming techniques which are WILD,WBTB,MILD, and FILD. You can look these up on Google or YouTube for more details :)
1. Want it.
Yep. Power of the mind. You have to really want it and intend to do it. Try reading a lot about lucid dreaming during the day before you go to sleep at night. Tell yourself that lucid dreaming is easy,everyone can do it, and that you will lucid dream tonight. “Tonight I’m gonna realize I’m in my dream and I will be able to control it.” or something like that.
2. Go to sleep
Just go to sleep normally. Don’t attempt to induce lucid dream straightaway, some said it might lead to insomnia. Mind that you might have to have a good sleeping pattern first.
3. Wake up 2 hours before your normal wake up time
Set your alarm clock. If you usually wake up at 6 am, set the alarm at 4 am. I found that 4 am is best for me (say after going to bed at 9.30 pm that night)
4. Stay up for 30 minutes
Try not to look at your phone or laptop screen. Sometimes I don’t know what to do to spend those 30 minutes either haha. But sometimes I go downstairs, drink a glass of water, go to the toilet, look at the view from my window, but anything to keep you from falling back to sleep.
5. Go back to sleep
Now you can do this in 2 ways.
-> The first is just to simply go back to sleep.
-> The second is to induce lucid dream using WILD technique. We’re going to trick our body to think that we’re asleep eventhough our mind is actually still awake.
Go to bed and lie down on your back. Arms on your sides and feet not touching each other. Don’t move. Don’t scratch (unless it’s unbearable, go on and go back to position), don’t swallow (there’ll be an illusion of a building saliva and that you should swallow it, try not to. Swallowing will tell your body that you’re still awake. However, it’s not that prohibited. I found that swallowing is kind of alright. The key is to let it pass and not to concentrate on it.).
Sometimes it’s hard staying awake, because you may not think too much but may not fall asleep as well. If random thoughts pop up, just “look” at it but don’t interact with it. To stay awake, I usually do FILD (Finger Induced Lucid Dream) by imagining movements of my middle fingers and then my index fingers, like playing two keys on a piano. Middle finger pressing on the bed; middle finger lift. Index finger press; index finger lift, and so on.
Then these will happen:
i. You will enter sleep paralysis. In which you can’t move your body but you’re still awake. Breathing gets heavier. Some people may find this scary, but try to not be. Just know that sleep paralysis is normal and it actually happens every night. Your body does it to prevent you from moving and injuring yourself during sleep. Anything that happens to you during this time (say hallucinatory sounds, or sights, are not real and can’t hurt you in real life). Knowing this helps me to not be afraid of it :)
ii. You will hear hallucinatory sounds. I usually hear music or birds tweeting. Mind that these sounds may seem very very real, vivid, and sometimes loud.
iii. You will enter the hypnagogic state. You’ll see colours and shapes through closed eyelids. Just watch but try not to interact with it. Let it flow.
And there’s a missing link in which I assume I simply let myself fall asleep altogether.
6. You will now enter the lucid dream. 
There are 2 ways :
A. Out Of Body Experience
In which you will wake up in your bed, from your sleeping position in the real world.
Try to get up and do a reality check. There are many ways to do it, but my favourite is to pinch my nose and try breathing through it, if I can still breathe through my pinched nose, it means I’m in a dream. Once I’m aware that I’m in a lucid dream, I usually go and fly from my balcony. Or find the nearest exit, and fly out.
Congrats, you’re in a lucid dream now, and you’re free to explore it!
B. Visualization
You’ll see shadows which will become more and more vivid, turning into a whole dream scene. And congrats, you’re in a lucid dream now!
7. Explore
Explore and enjoy. And slowly to control your dream using the power of your mind.
Some tips to stabilize your lucid dream when it’s fading:
- Rub your hands together
- Spin around
- Touch things, from your shirt to anything around you. Try to feel its texture or look at its details.
Updates:
1. If All Else Fails
If you have tried everything above but keep on failing, you can try this way that works for me almost all the time. So, if you wake up naturally in the middle of the night, perhaps for a toilet break, etc. Try to do the WILD (Wake Induced Lucid Dreaming) technique as you are trying to go back to sleep. You must be in a comfortable state and (as much as you can) not hearing noises from outside. And while usually you try to concentrate on staying awake, this time try to concentrate on falling asleep. Fall asleep conciously.
2. The (Not) Scary Part
So I recently found why some people are scared during sleep paralysis. I once saw a giant metal creature like the combustion villain in the movie Thor. And I once experienced feeling dragged down by vines during sleep paralysis. Now the key, is to stay positive and keep in mind that whatever happens here, cannot and won’t actually hurt you in real life.
Everytime you feel or see anything disturbing or scary during sleep paralysis, calmly tell yourself that it’s all not real. Relax and say in your heart, “It’s ok, this isn’t real and it can’t actually hurt me in real life. I’m imagining this to stop. That the creature is actually kind. I’m imagining beautiful flowers, clear bright sky, and beautiful views.” Try focusing on other things, and having peaceful thoughts.
Don’t panic, and try to keep a positive attitude. Take control of the situation and try replacing it with peaceful thoughts and beautiful views.
3. How To Resume
Sometimes while you’re in the middle of the dream it just fades to black. The easiest way to resume it is to stay in position and imagine the last scene/view before the blackout. Usually the scene will emerge from the darkness and poof you’re back.
4. Tips & Tricks
I found that it can be easier to induce Lucid Dreaming during nap time. Or when you’re taking a nap after being sleep deprived.

The states that reflect in our 3D are those that we feel are most natural to us and are most dominant over other states. When manifesting, the goal of SATS or visualization or any other technique is to get yourself into the state of having your desire. If it feels unnatural to you, you may only be able to occupy the state of having for moments at a time. Maybe in the middle of your SATS session you may feel the state of having, and then immediately go back to feeling like you don’t for the rest of the day. That is why it is important to be patient with yourself. It gets easier to occupy the state of having, but depending on how unnatural this state feels, it may take some time and effort. The important thing is to recognize when you are in the state of having, and when you are not. When you are not, then you should be making efforts to be in the state of having, even if it’s for a short period of time. The longer you do this, and the more times you shift yourself from a state of lack to a state of having, the easier it gets. You will get to a point where being in the state of having will feel incredibly natural and feel like your true self. Even then, however, you may still fall into the state of lack, with no fault of your own. Many times have I woken up feeling apathetic or feeling lack towards my desire, even though I was living in the state of having for an extended period of time before this. Again, the important thing is to recognize that you are in this state, realize that it has no bearing on your manifestation, and use the techniques that have worked for you to shift yourself back into the right state. Basically what I’m trying to say is to never give up. It gets easier the more times you do it, and it will eventually become your dominant state if you come back to it again and again. It doesn’t matter how many times you fall, as long as you keep getting up and getting back to it.

you should already know that manifesting happens when you change states. The 3D world is mirroring you and giving you a perfect match to your "state of being". You should also know that techniques are only used as a way of shifting states which is why we only see success when we change our inner state and not when we spend years repeating affirmations or doing SATS.
𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐈𝐒 𝐀 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐄?

Your state is the "avatar" through which you experience life. Remember how creation is finished?? Well that means that there are countless versions of you. Each of those version is bound to a certain timeline/reality. Your state defines which of these versions you are and on what timeline you are now.
So if you want to win the lottery you know already that there is a version of you that won that lottery. Congrats 🎊 but we don't want to be happy just because one of our versions won .. we want to experience it !! How do we experience it? ***We become that version! ***
𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐃𝐎 𝐈 𝐊𝐍𝐎𝐖 𝐌𝐘 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐄?

If the honesty police comes at you now, puts you under a polygraph, who do you really say you are? Are you the person that has the desire ? Or are you the person that is trying to get the desire? What are your thoughts during the day ? Is your desire taking over your thoughts ? What are your first and last thoughts of the day? Do you think to yourself "I am so grateful for having what I want" or do you think "okay I did my sats correctly, it should work this time, it is coming to me, or even where is it already, why isn't it working? Hum let me check some more videos on how to manifest, let me ask people around how they succeeded and do like them, etc etc etc." Those thoughts and actions are determined by your state. It doesn't matter if you did 24 hours of SATS, if you did 10 thousands affirmations, if these are your thoughts, if deeeeep inside you are still acknowledging the lack and still putting your desire on the list of stuff that are yet to come, IT ONLY MEANS THAT YOU DON'T HAVE IT!!!!!And the you that doesn't have it can never have it, because as within so without. This is the law. Fine!! HOW do I change my state and manifest easily? You change your state by doing techniques correctly and by actually living in the end!

1- You do your technique (whatever you like you can even invent your own) and you do it correctly. (Correctly means that as you're doing it you are not thinking of it as a technique... example: If you do SATS don't think of it as visualisation, think of it as reality. I don't mean visualise in 1st person or in full HD, I mean you see the sats the same way you read this now. You know you're reading this, you're not imagining right? Well your SATS should be the same. This is the "feel it as real" part of it. See it as a portal in time and space and that is what you are experiencing now! If you affirm again, don't affirm with the intention of making it happen. If you affirm now "I am reading this post" how real does it feel? Your affirmations should be the same. You are not affirming in order to get something, you are declaring what you have already.) Neville gave this advice in his masterclass, I highly recommend you check it
2- You start to live in the end. You live in the end when you simply know that you got the desire. You think and act as the person that got it already. You stop thinking about it, you stop trying to get it and you stop noticing the lack of it. This is the part that requires a bit more of mental effort and creativity as you will have to ignore the 3D and keep focusing on the end. In case of doubt ask yourself if my desire was here now, would I be doing this or thinking this? (This step should happen automatically as a result of a successful technique but if you want to make it happen anyway, just use your IMAGINATION. Imagine having what you want and see how it feels like, how do you act, how do you think, what do you watch or listen to? And just do it.) I know many people that turn living in the end to a technique and they do it from a place of lack. Living in the end is a result of knowing that it is done. As if someone from the future came back and told you it happened. As if a genie just granted your wish. You KNOW it is done you don't "pretend" that it is done.
3- You change your state! The change of state is the last part of the process and it should happen naturally after living in the end and acting as if you got the desire. When you change your state, you will fully, completely, totally become the person that HAS the desire. Your first thought in the morning will be in line of having that desire, your last thought too. All your daily thoughts will be as if you got it and I am not speaking about thoughts that you make like affirmations. No, your autopilot thoughts will become the thoughts of the you that has the desire. You will notice yourself making room for something you're buying, or buying grocery to cook the favorite dish of your SP and all this comes naturally to you. You don't even question it or feel weird about it. It is a heavy and general feeling of knowingness just like you know your name or which planet you're on. From that state you will no longer notice the lack, and you won't even need to remind yourself or do any techniques.
Techniques—> Living in the end—> New state —>New 3D.
From my own experience whenever I fully change states, my desire comes within minutes or hours, sometimes within 48 hours if I keep going on and off but never more than that.

Your I AM is your consciousness of yourself. It's what you're aware of. It's everything you know you are, and know you have. It's your knowledge of where you are. It's your knowledge of your condition. It's also your awareness of you being aware. The 3d is a mirror. This is why you can't find what you're looking for. I don't think many people fully appreciate the analogy of "trying to change your 3d FROM the 3d is like trying to change your appearance by changing the mirror.
The 3D HAS NO CONSCIOUSNESS. It cannot Change, in itself. The mirror isn't alive. What you're looking at is the result of STATES changing. What we call time is the measure of STATES CHANGING. Your current life, IS A STATE. STates are changed BY CONSCIOUSNESS.
"OK BUT WHERE IS MY IPHONE THAT I HAVE IN MY WISH FUL--"
YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN IPHONE BECAUSE YOU ARE IN A STATE OF LOOKING FOR AN IPHONE.
THE 3D IS DECIDING YOUR STATE FOR YOU. Your objectivity is the image of your CONSCIOUSNESS, but you're letting your Consciousness be the image of your OBJECTIVITY. This is BACKWARDS, and creates the nasty feedback you get when you bring to microphones together. The Omnipotent Light Method

Hi everyone, as some of you know I’ve been playing around with combining the teachings of Neville, Alan Watts and Joe Dispenza, so I rediscovered a “new method” inspired by them, the I am state and the energy centers perceived in our body in order to get into the knowing, wish fulfilled and feelings of bliss faster in a simple way to concentrate your intentions!
I am calling this the Omnipotent Light method because it comes from a combination of being in God state per say, along with the visualization of a light field. This tends to work pretty fast for me!
Get into a focused inner state. By this I don’t necessarily mean to lay down. You can be walking, at your class, at a coffee shop, whatever. All it takes is focusing in your inner I am, you don’t literally need to be in the void like when you affirm for it before sleep paralysis. You can just close your eyes and visualize yourself being in a dark void. Hell, you can even do it with your eyes open as long as you’re a good visualizer. Try to focus also on your heart or pineal gland centers.
As you are in this dark place, or in a visualization end scene, I want you to imagine a powerful and well intentioned bright light that will do the job for you, even though you are also that light and everything that exists. That light will “possess” or surround the object, individual or situation you want to inject the desired intention in.
I’ll give a few examples:
I am manifesting white teeth, or super long hair. I will visualize a scene of myself looking in the mirror as my teeth or my hair light up as a body of white light (that’s always the color I chose for mine but you can pick whatever color you resonate with most) and as that light is there I assume and feel the fulfillment of my hair having grown a lot to my desired result, or that the light also makes my teeth ridiculously and instantly white.
Another way of doing this can be just imagine yourself in the void, but your body is a translucent outline, everything else in you basically being transparent. Then you have your energy centers with that powerful bright light and charged with an “elevated emotion” as Dispenza tends to call it, but for the sake of this being a Law of Assumption blog, just assume the centers to be in balance, coherence, basically working well and being strong. Basically you see your outlines and you are transparent but you see the centers. After lighting them all up, feel the space around you as in, an extended energy field of yourself that can be as wide as you want (wider meaning the energy in your body is stronger, aka you are doing well spiritually and in health) and that equally has that light in the same color, but a bit more translucent than the focused centers. After that you can focus on for example, as before your teeth, your hair, your skin. Another thing I did with this “almost void” place was focusing the white light on my face and intend clear skin. Next day, everything is pretty much gone.
You can also do this for specific people. You can imagine them in that dark place or in an end scene, or just focus on them in general. Then make their body glow with the light and set your intention, in which the light is transforming them permanently. Can be that they are the desired version of them that you want, that they love you even more than you love them, that they make a decision that you want… etc. Any intention should work. I use white light because it makes me feel like it acts with speed, efficiency and safely for everyone involved.
3. Open your eyes or comeback to the 3D and know it is done! But you can do it as often as you like, and it should produce the feeling of relief as many other methods.

As i said ....i wanted to share another method for Reprogramming your subconscious mind.
Let's just not waste time and dive into the meditation.
Follow the mentioned steps:
Put on theta waves .... it's optional but it helps me a lot.
Sit down comfortably. Give your back some support or else it's gonna hurt! You can sit straight on a chair too.
Now take 10 deep breaths while relaxing your body.
Imagine a bright white light in the centre of your chest. Imagine it going into your stomach then your pelvis...your thighs....your legs...your feet and then imagine that white ball going inside the earth. As that ball of light move it grows in size. Let it go deeper and deeper until you feel satisfied. Then visualise a rock deep inside the earth and attach that bright light with that rock. Start moving upwards again to your body.
Now move upwards... towards your chest your throat your jaw your face your crown. Then get that ball of light out of your body and stay there and observe your surroundings. Bring that ball about 3 feet above your head and then move above with a pop sound in the space. Across the planets, the sun, the solar system, the galaxy, the universe and as you move out of the universe you see a huge bright blue ball of light. You enter the centre of the blue ball.
Welcome to the theta state!! Now here you can affirm, visualise, vaunt ...do anything you want it's gonna go straight to you sub mind.
Now to come back either intend to come back and count backwards 5-1. Or bring that white ball of light back into your body.

I was watching this video and the guy explained how he was able to reach the void state within 10-15 minutes. He then mentioned a term called “micro-sleep” which he claims to have helped him to reach different altered states of the mind within a short period of time, and best of all, without doing conscious, deep-relaxation (ADHD friendly).

𝐒𝐎 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐈𝐒 𝐌𝐈𝐂𝐑𝐎-𝐒𝐋𝐄𝐄𝐏?
You might be wondering, what is micro-sleep? It refers to very short periods of sleep that can be measured in seconds, rather than minutes nor hours. It is usually achieved by sleep-deprivation, exhaustion and many more. It is uncontrollable and could be dangerous if it happens when you are in the middle of doing an important task such as driving.
How does micro-sleep feels like? Signs of micro-sleep include drowsiness, trouble focusing, heavy eyelids, blank staring and yawning.
how can we use this to our advantage?
Since the theme of my blog today is about the void state, I will be sharing with you how you are able to use micro-sleep to enter the void state very quickly.

During micro-sleep, you are literally dipping in and out of sleep, which would cause extreme relaxation in a short period of time. All you have to do is to dip and out of sleep for about 5 times before proceeding to affirm your void affirmations to enter the state consciously.
what if I do not know whether I have micro-sleep?
I have a solution for you! Remembering my past research, there is something called the “ramp timer” that is widely used by the Lucid dreaming and Astral projection community, in order to reach altered states of the mind quickly. All you have to do is create one by yourself by using this video or just search on Youtube. There are a lot of them, mostly made by Phase Evolution on Youtube, so do pick out which resonates to you most. Try to estimate the amount of time needed for you to fall asleep and pick a ramp-timer video out!

𝐒𝐎 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐒𝐇𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐈 𝐃𝐎 𝐍𝐎𝐖?
Here is a step-by-step guide on how you could enter the void state by using this technique:
1. Lay down and play your chosen ramp timer at a comfortable level. Set an intention to enter the void and fall asleep naturally
2. Once the timer wakes you up, try to fall back asleep. Do this for 5 times or more.
3. When you feel like it’s the right time for you once you are awoken by the ramp timer (only do this step once you have awaken for 5 times or more by the timer), imagine yourself doing a motion which consists of you going down. For example, going down the stairs or going down the elevator. You do not have to visualise but really feel it.
4. As you go down, start to repeat your void affirmations. “I am”, “I am pure consciousness”, “I am the void”, “I am not attached to any reality”. Continue to affirm and within a few minutes you should be in the void.

One tip that has helped me immensely while entering the void is to sit on a reclined chair. It helps me not to fall completely asleep and I have more chances to enter the state in one night. Another small tip for the method I mentioned above, it is best if you are able to make your own ramp-timer since you are able to customise it. If not, you can try to edit out the available ramp-timers on Youtube to fit your needs :3

The void state is the state of pure consciousness. It is commonly referred to as the I AM state in Neville Goddard’s work. You can find more info regarding it in At Your Command and in chapter 3 of Your Faith Is Your Fortune. 
Now I want you to understand the following sentences:
“I and my father are one, but my father is greater than I,” John 10:30, John 14:28
What does this mean? Consciousness, being God, is the ‘father.’ The thing that you are conscious of being is the ‘son’ bearing witness of his 'father.’ It is like the conceiver and his conceptions. Whatever you identify yourself with now is simply the conception and the I AM within you is the conceiver. The conceiver is always greater than his conceptions. God is always greater than his creations. When you enter the void, you are taking our attention away from your present assumptions and limitations of your life. Instead, you direct your awareness inwards to your I AM presence and focus on just being without conditioning that awareness. This is the state of being purely the conceiver and that is why in the void, you manifest INSTANTLY without any distractions, intrusive thoughts or limiting beliefs. 
“To be absent from the body and be present with the Lord” Corinthians 5:8
This means to escape the present conception of yourself with all its limitations and turn your attention inward toward the Lord or the I AM within you which is the everlasting awareness of being. By doing so, you are stepping into your God state where all things are divinely possible.

𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝒕𝒐 𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑰 𝑨𝑴 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒆:
Your faith is your fortune chapter 3: To accomplish this seemingly impossible feat, you take your attention away from your problem and place it upon just being. You say silently but feelingly, “I AM”. Do not condition this awareness but continue declaring quietly, “I AM – I AM”. Simply feel that you are faceless and formless and continue doing so until you feel yourself floating.
𝑻𝒐 𝒔𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒚 𝒊𝒕:
Relax and find a comfortable position.
Take you attention away from the 3D and just focus on affirming “I AM” or “I AM PURE CONSCIOUSNESS” or “I AM IN THE VOID STATE.” Feel yourself to be faceless and formless. Feel yourself to be pure consciousness.
Persist till you experience a floating feeling and the 3D fades away.
This is the way I enter the void & honestly it works like a charm every time. I’ve never failed to enter it & it takes me only 1-2 minutes of affirming.
𝑶𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒚 𝒎𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒅𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒗𝒐𝒊𝒅 (𝒐𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍):
Lullaby method: Affirm “I AM in the void” as you drift off to sleep & you’ll wake up there.
Commanding your subconscious: Order your subconscious to take you to the void. Simple and straightforward. 
Sleep paralysis: After inducing sleep paralysis, your body will be asleep but your mind will be awake. At this time, begin to affirm and you should be able to get into the void quickly. 
People come up with a new method to help you get into the void each and every day but all you have to do is relax, affirm & keep faith. Don’t overcomplicate it. Assume you are doing everything right. That changes the whole game.
𝑺𝒊𝒈𝒏𝒔 𝒚𝒐𝒖’𝒓𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒗𝒐𝒊𝒅:
It’s pitch black.
The outer world no longer exists. You can’t hear, see, touch, feel, taste anything.
You don’t have a body. You’re pure consciousness. You ARE the void.
You don’t have any limiting beliefs or intrusive thoughts.
You get your desires the second you exit the void.

Feel your desire to be true in any way you please. Affirm, visualise or know you have all of your desires.
To leave the void, just decide you want to get out. Once you’re back in your (desired) reality, you WILL see that all of your desires have materialised. If you don’t see your desires then you did not enter the void.

𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒐𝒏 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒇𝒂𝒊𝒍𝒖𝒓𝒆:
Assuming the void state is hard to enter- This is honestly the biggest reason why a lot of people don’t get into the void but it’s also something that can be quickly resolved once you understand why it’s easy to do so. With the void, you’re tuning out the 3D and focussing on your I AM presence within. This is your God self that has always been there with you. It is the state that came before you and is going to exist after you. That’s why it’s the easiest task in the world to reconnect with it. Only your worries and fears make it hard for you. Clear you mind, be present and affirm. You got this.
Impatience & lack of persistence- Just because you affirmed for 5 minutes and you haven’t experienced anything yet doesn’t men you aren’t going to enter the void. Don’t give up and don’t measure your experience with time. Remember, you control everything so even the time you take to enter the void is based on your assumptions. Never blame. Never give up. Only resolve. Soothe yourself with positive self talk, affirm that you’re doing everything right and keep faith. 
You overcomplicate it- The I AM state is SIMPLE. All you need to do is relax & affirm. You don’t need any subliminals or meditation or special hypnosis to get you there. The void isn’t an external state. It’s internal. It’s you! It’s the God state within you that has always existed & will always exist. The methods don’t get you into the void, you do… with your faith, belief & self concept so don’t search up the next best void tip on tumblr no matter how tempting it might be. Instead cultivate your self concept regarding the void and start to assume that it’s easiest thing in the world because it is. I promise.

Wouldn’t that be absolutely amazing? This IS the real deal. You can wake up with the perfect self concept, become an instant manifestor and tear your problems away from skin to bone. The best part is that it’s SOO easy. It really is and you can do it anywhere & at anytime. Nothing is holding you back. The only thing stopping you from getting your desires is yourself. You won’t get closer to your dream life by whining, complaining and victimising yourself. There comes a point in everyone’s journey where we need to keep faith, rise to the occasion and just do it. We dictate the odds of our victory and we control the outcome of every situation so I want you to suck it up & address your fears and doubts. Acknowledge that they exist but know that they are absolutely powerless against your divinity. 
Don’t you think your life is worth fighting for? I’m sorry but if you don’t fight for yourself and your happiness, no one else will can. You’ve got to assume the best for yourself in every situation. Train yourself to assume that you’re doing everything right and do not falter just because your eye twitched or you feel tempted to scratch your neck. That’s really silly. I mean think about it. Does God doubt his manifestations or his ability to get into a state because of every minor setback? Hell no. You’ve got to stop running to my inbox or another blogger’s just because you swallowed and now you think that’s going to stop you from entering the void 😑 C’MON take responsibility of your dreams and reclaim your power!! YOU ARE GOD. You are in control at all times and you are going to get into the void NO MATTER WHAT. IT IS EASY. IT IS EFFORTLESS. If Neville and I can do it, so can you. YOU ARE NOT AN EXCEPTION.

I felt like making this post because the void has been complicated way too much and it's starting to feel very toxic, seeing the same information in different language and use of grammar basically the same gates every where and hence why I feel beginners are too lost and can't seem to achieve being in that state. So here I will try to make the method that I have written as much different and simple as possible. This might come out as something useless for others but from my past experience when I too was lost and kept hearing the same thing wondering what the hell is not right? There came a point where I felt the life that I have created belongs to me and I have imagined myself living it so I'm putting a stop to the old stories and finally getting what is mine, I completely flushed out every other information that I have ever known about the void and just focused on the part where I knew the void is me, It's not a state to be achieved. From what you read till now these are the basic steps of meditation right? And what do you know about the void? That it's a meditative state. Such a plain and basic information. Way too easy right?
Practice this for atleast 2-3 days in the morning and you will catch a habit of it
This was what helped me successfully enter the state, and I realised because of all the same information i consumed over and over again which imbalanced my thoughts about the void I needed to simply just clean up all the unnecessary information and know the basic of basic, when things are not overcomplicated it's way easier, and yes this is all what the void state is. It's not something that you have been keeping on the pedestal or something very powerful that you cried and begged to enter for months or so in the past, when I told you the void is as easy as breathing THIS is what I meant. I genuinely hope that this post helps as effectively to all the people struggling out there as much as it did to me I hope it changes your perspective of seeing the void from now that it's not something you need to get and work supposedly hard for the void is absolutely nothingness and it is also nothing in general at all okay? Let’s make a scenario on how the void was introduced to you.
Now imagine one day you signed up for a meditation course, and they tell you to relax, breathe and affirm. Once you do that you will enter a deep meditative, called the “I AM” state. You will be at peace when you reach this state and you will not hear, see or feel anything because you are connected with your God Self, aka your God State.
(when you hear this for the first time, i bet you'd definitely think it's easy to get in.)
now when you read this did i mention anything about manifestation? no. if i were to mention “manifestation”. it would be the mindset you have NOW. the reason why many of you guys “fail” to enter the “void” is because you think of it as some sort of magical, far away dreamland that manifests your desires instantly instead of thinking it as a way to connect with your God Self. when the moment you found out you could manifest everything you have ever wanted just through the “void”, you found it hard to believe right? almost impossible.
“How is this even possible? is it true that i can really manifest anything that I want in one night? what happens if this doesn't work? can this really work? let me give it a try.”
i bet these were your thoughts when you heard about the “void” for the first time. why do you think you got these thoughts? it’s because of your assumptions, these thoughts came as they were protecting your dominant assumption, that “nothing is easy to get”, “you have to work hard”, “you cannot have everything you want”. you were told this your whole life weren’t you?. now because of this assumption, you guys find it “hard” to reach/enter the “void”. you struggle with it everyday.
everyday you attempt the “void” HOPING you would reach it, HOPING you would manifest your desires, HOPING you would wake up with them. trying out several different methods, meditations and techniques to enter the “void”. now read the purple paragraph AGAIN, notice how simple it seems. So why are you overcomplicating it?
It wasn’t even called the “void state” in the beginning. It was called the “I AM” state. A state of pure consciousness. Your God State. Not some magical place or dreamland. YOUR GOD STATE. So what does this mean? If I say something that has the word “your” in it, dosen’t it mean it BELONGS to you. So why would you identify that is it is apart from you? Why would you dream and hope to reach it? when YOU ARE IT.
The “I AM” state is you. You are the “I AM” state. It is NOT separated from you. NEITHER are you. You can enter this state ANYTIME. It does not matter. Time, circumstances, THE 3D do NOT MATTER. Stop wasting your time, you got your dream life to live.

How will you affirm ??
Simple, you affirm “I AM”.
That's it. That's literally it.
You are probably wondering, “wait really? there’s no way it's that simple after I did all this” now then, why are you overcomplicating it again?
You always gotta think, there's something behind it, there's something you have to do first, there's something you have to achieve first before you can manifest whatever you want. That is utter bullshit. There is no hidden cheatcode, there is no secret. IT IS THAT SIMPLE. Manifestation was not meant to be difficult, it was not meant to be a chore, it is a LIFESTYLE. It is IMPOSSIBLE for you to NOT enter the “I AM” state, unless you assume it. You are the operant power, why are you making it difficult? You know its easy to manifest, affirm and persist. There is NO such thing as failing to enter the “I AM” state or failing to manifest.

You get what you persist in, you persisted in the fact that “the void is apart from you, the void is difficult to enter, theres no way its that simple, you have to do this, you have to do that.” No
YOU DONT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING.
now, when you enter the “I AM” state, why do you affirm “I am, I am pure consciouness, I am the void, I am not attached to any reality, I am faceless and formless”? because when you affirm this you are connecting with your God State, your God Self. However, you only do this when you are entering, you only persist in this for a short while, in that moment that you are the “I AM” state, then when you don’t feel any symptoms/ when you fall asleep and wake up in your same shit reality, you wonder “why hasn't it worked, I must be doing something wrong, i'll try again tonight” now isn’t that called WAVERING?. You affirm that you are the “I AM” state, then when you “fail” to enter it, you assume it’s not apart of you and you TRY to enter it again. And then you keep TRYING forever. Instead of assuming YOU ARE IT. Won’t that confuse your subconscious mind?. Aren’t you going back and forth? Aren’t you going hot and cold? Aren’t you WAVERING??
We all know you cannot manifest shit when you waver. You will always go back to the assumption that was already heavily persisted in (the assumption you have now) about the “I AM” state. How do you make a new assumption? You affirm, repeat and persist, until it hardens into a fact.
It is EXTREMELY EASY to enter the “I AM” state. You guys only overcomplicate it. That is why you struggle to enter/tap into it. You need to accept the fact that the “I AM” state is YOU. You guys try and try every night to enter. QUIT TRYING and START ACCEPTING that you are the “I AM” state. stop putting power in the void. stop thinking that the void is above you. The void is below you. The void holds no power compared to you. You are the creator of your reality, nothing is above the creator, not even creation itself.
You are PURE CONSCIOUSNESS. You were born as pure consciousness. You cannot deny that fact. Everytime you affirm for the void you are just simply stating what YOU ARE. Why try so hard to enter yourself?
Now you know the reason why you haven’t connected with your God state yet. So from now on, I want everyone reading this doc to do the following steps. And I will 100% guarantee you that you will enter your “I AM” state, and manifest all your desires.
You will affirm “I AM” throughout the day. (when you are brushing your teeth, washing the dishes, showering, etc. make it the last thing you think of when you fall asleep and the first thing you think of when you wake up)
You will affirm this everyday.
You will persist in this affirmation ONLY. No other affirmations. Just “I AM”.
It is THAT SIMPLE. See how easy it is? You didn’t have to listen to subliminals all day, You didn’t have to do several different methods, meditations and techniques. All you had to do was to affirm “I AM” and persist in it.
An important thing to take note,
Please DO NOT obsess over the void. Here’s why, void obsession leads to you thinking that the void is the only solution to solve all your problems. this leads to you putting power into the void, making it seem like the void is higher than you, more powerful than you and you soon develop the assumption that the void is above you. That is something that i do not want you to go through. It is EXTREMELY unhealthy. I have seen people who obsess over the void, who have tried to enter it for months, YEARS. In this period of time, they could have manifested their desires through other ways. Moreover it lead to so many people going into depression, anxiety and lowering their self-esteem and their power. If you ever think that the void is the only thing that solves your problems, please take a break. Reflect on yourself, remind yourself WHO YOU ARE. The void is not going anywhere it is always with you. You are the “I AM” state. It does not have legs, It ain't running away, it is always inside of you. And another thing to take note, now in the law of assumption community everything revolves around YOU. YOU are the one in POWER. I have mentioned this countless number of times and i'll say it again, you are the operant power and creator of your reality and you being in power, then obsessing over the void is ridiculous. I understand many of you are in a critical state right now, your mental health is not stable, you have issues and problems you desperately want to solve in one night, then you see that there are people who enter the void easily and you start to compare yourself to them. Have you ever heard of the quote “Life is the most difficult exam. Many people fail because they try to copy others, not realisng everyone has a different paper.” ? Everyone’s journey is different, do not compare yourself to others.
This is for those anons on Loa tumblr,
Do not beg/guilt trip others into entering the void for you. That is not right. Stop, ask yourself this, “Am I taking this too far?”. Why do you think all these loa bloggers on Tumblr are posting guides, tutorials, giving recommendations, advice, coaching ets, about how to enter the void? They are not selfish, they care for you, they are there to help. Because they want YOU to enter the void yourself and manifest your desires YOURSELF. You cannot put the power in someone else to enter the void for you. Put yourself in that person’s shoes. If you were them, would you want to enter the void for every single person that comes up to you and asks you. If I were you dear, no. The Law of Assumption is there for you to realise your power. Imagine constantly having to ask someone to manifest your desires for you. Those are your desires, not theirs, it is not their duty to manifest your desires. You have no right to blame anyone but yourself for not being able to manifest anything despite all the info given on the internet. That is your fault, because it is your assumptions. I can’t change your assumptions, no one can. We both live in two different realities. I live in what I assume, you live in what you assume. You have nothing but to change yourself. No one can help you if you can’t help yourself.
Do not ask someone or pay someone to enter the void for you. That’s now how it works. Even if the person were to enter the void and affirm for you. There is NO GUARANTEE that you will enter the void. If your mindset is still shit, how do you expect it to work? And think about it, there have been bloggers out there who have gone into the void for others, not everyone manifested their dream lives. It all comes down to the individual. When you are manifesting something, you are not changing the 3D, you are just changing YOUR BELIEFS and ASSUMPTIONS. Then you’ll shift into a different reality that’s all. You ain't helping anyone or changing anything external. You are just changing your innerself. This is why entering the void for someone else does not work. THIS IS YOUR REALITY. NO ONE can do anything or change anything. ONLY YOU CAN. At the end of the day, it’s your life, not someone else’s and who’s responsible? You are. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS FAILING TO MANIFEST. You have been manifesting your whole life whether you like it or not. It’s up to you whether you want to make a change. Infact you should be very much grateful you even came across LOA. This is a HUGE PRIVILEGE that many of you guys DO NOT understand..
In conclusion, I recommend you focus on yourself. Take care of yourself, take care of your mental health, your physical health. I know sometimes life can get hard, but everything will be alright. Go get professional help if you need or talk to a trusted person. If you a new to loa, affirm for your self-concept, affirm that you are God. Set some ground rules for yourself.

I received coaching from I want it, I got it for waking up in the void state and I thought it was very helpful so I wanted to share:
Okay so, I wanna start off by letting you know that I will be bringing up science/psychology as we dive into this. I want to make sure that you are aware of the fact that this is something I have seen before, and it is nothing we cannot change or optimize. I am hoping you will process all of this information and use it to your advantage! I have a feeling you wouldn’t mind me having a more logical approach as things unfold here, you did show that you tend to focus on the “how” which has an explanation in itself. Your questions will be answered before you get the chance to ask them.
Your “issue”, if I could even label it as such, is actually just a natural reaction. This is something I have dealt with, this is something everyone goes through; and so I want to make sure that you are aware of the fact that you are not the oddball who cannot manifest. Your issue is the fact that there is no issue, this sounds confusing, but allow me to enlighten you. You do believe that waking up in the void state is possible, you haven’t experienced it, however, you have read multiple success stories. You know that it can happen, you know that you are capable of doing it, yet, a part of you still remains doubtful. This is actually normal, you’ve discovered the void state, did your research, found and read through success stories and ended up trying it for yourself by mimicking the steps of those who succeeded before finally choosing to stick with the method you feel most comfortable with; yet, you have seen no progress. You did mention trying the 10k challenge and a bunch of other methods, and this brings me back to my first point, what you are doing is looking for confirmatory stimuli externally; you look for success stories and go with whatever you feel could give you results. The reason why I believe this to be factual is because you’ve clearly shown frustration in your answers, which is actually more than understandable, it’s like you’ve tried everything under the sun; yet you cannot wake up in the void state! You also mentioned that you do change your playlist and tend to struggle with consistency, I will acknowledge that you did mention you’re currently trying to optimize your life in general and I do think you deserve a pat on the back for that! However, I do believe that you do not struggle with consistency at all, actually. You’ve been pretty consistent, just in a way that doesn’t benefit you at all. You have been consistently aiming your focus on the “how”, trying methods, changing your playlist, looking for success stories because you might think “Oh, maybe I need to do this!” “It’s because I didn’t do this!” “I need to try harder!” and all. Doing challenges without really giving them much thought, just looking for the “key” here; when there is none. You are stuck in a loop, trying this, that and the third, seeing peoples success stories pulling you right, left and center with all types of tips and approaches to the void state and so you are always “trying”. You have been consistent in staying in the process of it all, the “how”, and so you keep experiencing more of that. It’s a vicious cycle, if we know one thing, it is the fact that communities like ours will never, ever run out of new “groundbreaking” methods; so what is the solution?
I did mention that it was a natural reaction; you might’ve noticed the fancy sounding word combo I used earlier; “external confirmatory stimuli”, what do you think that means? External confirmatory stimuli is what you look for whenever you start doubting your ability to manifest/enter the void state, it is what you look for whenever you feel like you’re doing something wrong, you’re not doing enough or you don’t know enough; in others words, looking for external confirmatory stimuli is what you do whenever you look for success stories and new techniques/challenges to hop on. It is out of complete lack of confidence in most cases, you focus on the how because you are unsure when it comes to how things are going to unfold and naturally, you do not want to fail; so you reach for things to back you up externally. This leads you to be influenced by everything you see, changing your playlist whenever you see something getting results because “if they got results, why wouldn’t I?”, but it just never ends. This eventually led you to me here, you’ve tried everything and you’re confused, naturally you wish to receive a bit of reassurance; and I will do my best to deliver that and more. You’re very smart, a bit too smart for your own good actually. You over analyze the process, and so you always end up trying to optimize your journey as if it could improve its efficiency. You're in control, so it’s a bit silly and I do believe that you’re aware of that already; you need to trust yourself. I don’t have enough information, I am not aware of your upbringing and so on, I cannot dive into your psyche but I do believe that you tend to look over your shoulder whenever you start moving towards what you want, you come to a halt and redo it all over again with a new playlist, a new way of meditating, a new technique, more focus, more work; when in reality, you don’t have to do anything. By default, it is empirically supported; your focus, your mind and your desires is all you need.
Now you understand how and why you instinctively do the things that you do, but I believe you’re too intelligent to accept this without solid proof. Many people with a high level of intelligence lean towards over-thinking and keep analyzing everything that occurs in their life, their surroundings and beyond. You’ve been overthinking the “how” so far, that is not only because of the nonexistent possibility of failure you subconsciously pressure yourself with, it is also because you’re over analyzing the entire process; which doesn’t help you aim focus. Allow me to give you a scientific explanation.
It is more important for your mind to be consistent than it is to be correct. This is a fact. Use it to your own advantage.
The law of assumption is a law, positive or negative, it goes the same way. You think something, identify with such assumptions; you end up experiencing them.
Well, I asked you;
Have you noticed a pattern when it comes to your general assumptions around the void ?
You answered;
“Honestly, my general assumptions around the void are pretty good. I truly believe in it and even people doubting it doesn’t affect me. It’s just my experience trying to enter it has dampened my perception on my own ability to enter the void. Don’t get me wrong, I know I can do it and I really want to wake up in the void so bad but as each day passes, I get sadder and more frustrated.”
What are you actually accepting as true here? The fact that each day passes, and it’s just another failure; and naturally, it saddens you. In no way you are even slightly implying that you already have what you want, so where are you exactly?
Your statement in itself backs up everything I’ve shared with you so far, the doubt. Deep down, a part of you still sticks to the assumption that because you haven’t experienced it, maybe you never will, and so when you go in, starting your journey, you go in bracing for impact (overthinking the how) when in reality you are in control. You’re in full control, what are you afraid of? Failure is not an option because you decide the options.
Did it click?
If you had your desires, you said you’d mention how you finally did it, you would identify as someone who has woken up in the void state. Now, when you affirm “I’ve woken up in the void state” over and over, just to go ahead and give in when your mind instinctively seeks out the old story because it likes consistency, you are stopping your own progress. What happens in the 3D does not matter because it will eventually catch up to what you’ve focusing on. The 3D is just a product of your assumptions, what you’ve internalized, of course, could and in most cases comes from what you received externally/grew up with. The void is a foreign concept, it is normal to struggle and it is not taboo to mention it. It’s about your environment as well, which is why you are not to blame and you never will be.
This is something I tend to bring up with everyone I work with, because the issues all link what to this. You probably think the saying; “thoughts create” sounds a bit out of reach, silly in its own ways. You understand it, but cannot identify with such a claim, I mean, you’ve been trying for so long! It’s just impossible at this point!
Well, you’re totally wrong. Let’s go with a bit of science since your mind really likes to think logically. Let me introduce you to the reticular activating system, you have one, I have one, everyone has one. It works as a filter, allowing you to focus on/see what’s more important to you. I’ll be talking about how the reticular activating system plays its part when it comes to consciously manifesting in a bit, let me dive into it a bit more so it clicks for you.
The reticular activating system (RAS) is a bundle of nerves at our brainstem that filters out unnecessary information so the important information gets through. Let’s not confuse it with the subconscious mind, the RAS is only the tip of the iceberg; Your reticular activating system is like a filter between your conscious mind and your subconscious mind. It takes instructions from your conscious mind and passes them on to your subconscious. This is what activates when you’re in a crowd of noisy people and manage to only focus on one thing, like if you’re eavesdropping for example; you can tune out the entire crowd and still focus on one conversation even though everyone is speaking around you. Same thing happens when you’re typing and someone speaks to you, it’s like you cannot hear them until you hit send because your attention is not with them at all, whatever they’re saying is not as important as what you’re typing and so your brain literally mutes them. Why do you think so? Because it is what you think is most important to you at the moment, and so your brain focuses on that. It is also the reason why we don’t quite literally lose it by getting overwhelmed by all the information around us. Could you imagine having to pay attention to all the details around you right now? Every single item in your room being the most important thing all at once? We’d absolutely lose it, which is why the reticular activating system filters everything by importance/what we choose to focus on consciously. Whatever you focus on, you see.
We can test it out right now, think of the color purple and look around you; I’m assuming you just found a handful of items in the color purple. They seem obvious and evident now that you focused on them, while you probably wouldn’t have noticed them if it wasn’t for you actively focusing on them in particular.
The RAS seeks out information to further solidify your thoughts and beliefs. If you can mute an entire crowd to focus on something in particular, what makes you think you cannot mute whatever goes against your desires and focus on whatever you want to achieve in particular?
Focus = RAS will seek out literal proof of what you’re focusing on, which will eventually alter your everyday life to align with whatever you think is most important/you’re most focused on.
In other terms, you change your thoughts, you change your experiences; thoughts create.
Which leads me to something I briefly talked about up there, spiralling. Spiralling is pretty normal, we all go through it, we’re humans, we all experience it. Do not blame yourself for it if it ever happens, it’s okay, it’s nothing to worry about. Why worry in a reality you can alter any time? You make your own rules, spiralling in most cases includes negative thoughts, just a bunch of random things your mind fights to come up with just to go against anything that feels foreign to it. This is why it happens when you start affirming, you’re having a “Who’s this guy?” type of moment, not never seen before, pretty normal, it’s just that your affirmations are going against your mind's usual script which you react to instinctively. Now, why do we have to identify with such thoughts? How does that benefit us in the slightest? Right, it doesn’t. It doesn’t feel good, it is a total waste of time. It doesn’t make sense to us at the moment, you’re spiralling and second guessing your abilities; the last thing you’re gonna do is acknowledge the fact that it is wrong. I did mention that it’s okay though, you’re probably trying to decode what i’m trying to get across, well, yes. It’s okay, you can do it. However, you need to not entertain the thoughts you get. Anything you don’t want to see, you don’t entertain. So when you’re having a big moment, spiralling; just observe your thoughts. Do not identify with them, when you get your daily mental rant full of “I’ve been trying to wake up in the void state but it never happens!” you sit there and just watch your thoughts come and go, treat them exactly how you would treat an intrusive thought. If you’ve understood the scientific explanation I gave you earlier, you can understand and decode what I’m trying to get across when I say “treat them like you’d treat intrusive thoughts.” Let me make it a bit easier to understand.
TW: Will be mimicking thoughts that I assume you have when you spiral, feel free to skip this if you feel uncomfortable.

Come on, be realistic.” -> you focus on that, RAS -> subconscious, subconscious brings you actual proof, solidifying your assumption -> you end up experiencing things that align with/further confirm “It’s literally impossible, I can’t enter the void state. Now we flip the table.

Come on, be realistic.” -> you just let it rip, it’s a fart in the wind; you don’t pay much attention to that thought and just think about something else, RAS -> subconscious, subconscious brings you actual proof, solidifying whatever assumption you have now -> you end up experiencing things that align with whatever assumption you are now identifying with.
The good and the bad, same process, it’s a law and it goes one way. Think of the law of gravity, it’s a never changing concept, the same applies to the law of assumption. Spiralling is not the end of the world, as long as you don’t hand your focus to whatever thought you have and start being more mindful of how things are unfolding up there; everything just starts to make sense. Now you can go ahead and probably recognize a few patterns, other than the one we’ve been discussing; this applies for everything and so I’m sure you can clearly see how things basically unfold now. Now “big things”, why would science alter and have a few more steps for things that you personally think are big or important? Like I said, it’s a law, your RAS and subconscious doesn’t go “hold on, you need to work hard for this, you can’t just wake up and change your life, come on now, be realistic. I am denying your request.” you have control over what you willingly choose to focus on, and the science moving forward does nothing other than work in your favor.
You would like to manifest for others as well? Well, great news, you don’t have to do 5 backflips and whisper their name 10 times to manifest for them. It’s the exact same process. Thought persisted in/focus -> RAS -> Subconscious -> 3D.
I will be going in depth on the how in the next email, this is mostly just a big analysis. This email is truly just pointing fingers where you should be looking, in the next email I’ll give you tips and instructions so you know how to move forward, no worries!
This is in our nature, as human beings. There is no spirituality, supernatural or religious reasoning behind all of this. It is pure, proven science that you can test out for yourself any time. That being said, I want you to put the void off that pedestal. I know you put your desire on a pedestal subconsciously just because of the amount of pressure that’s been put on you; it is nothing challenging, again, you are capable of doing this.
I have a few questions if you don’t mind, just so I can make things easier for you when it comes to the next step moving forward, feel free to skip them if they make you uncomfortable!
What have you gathered from all of this?
Are you finally recognizing a clear pattern?
How does it feel to know that there is a meaning behind all of this and that you are not experiencing something permanent?
How do you feel now that you understand that part of your brain and how easy consciously manifesting actually is?
Does this resonate with you, as in, do you understand why all of this makes sense and has it clicked for you?
This is everything that I’ve gathered, just so you know how easy it is to break down everything at the end of the day. You’re not the oddball who cannot manifest, in fact, you’ve been manifesting this whole time; your RAS and subconscious doesn’t stop working until the day you die, so anything you struggle with; you can change. I’m hoping everything is clear, in the meantime, I advise you to read attentively what I’ve shared with you so you can recognize the pattern/loop you’ve been in so far. I have a feeling you’re going to figure this out before I even reach out to you with the third email! You are incredibly smart, I am aware of that; based on your responses so far, you have a solid understanding of what you’re capable of achieving. The third and last email will be all the possible solutions you could go for, now that you know why things have been happening a certain way, you know what you’re not supposed to do. In the last email, I will elaborate on the opposite; what you can do!

Ancient void practices

I went through some success stories and tagged the ones that entered the void through yoga nidra and lucid dreaming cos these two ancient practices have always fascinated me since they're deeply centred around our state of consciousness and are also known portals to out of body experiences/shifting/the void. Read them if you need some motivation! Also see my recent post on lucid dreaming if you're interested in entering the void through that.
Anyway, if you have doubts about the void, I think a great anchor is leaning into practices that have roots dating back to ancient times and researching them and of course, reading more widely than just Tumblr. When you do this, you'll know that this state isn't something that was invented by Tumblr and has existed since.. forever because well, it's pure consciousness lol. And the void/turiya/samadhi has been known way before Neville's time. From my research, it's the main goal of yoga practitioners as well but they pursue it for the purpose of enlightenment and peace as opposed to manifesting desires.
The rest of this post is a dump of interesting excerpts from my research on yoga, samadhi and turiya and its links to manifesting, reality shifting and the void state. You can also do your own research although there's no need to overdo it :)

Trapped in Your Own World Many yogis have created their own worlds and been trapped in realities like this. I am going into an area which is a twilight zone, but there are many yogis who have created their own world around themselves. A yogi goes into a cave and actually creates his own universe and lives there. This is not a joke. He creates everything that he wants – his own kind of planets, his own kind of earth, his own kind of everything – and lives there very happily. A universe is contained inside the cave. You can create a whole universe in an atom’s space because “here and there” and “this much and that much” are a creation of the mind. There are many yogis like this, but they are no closer to realization than you. He lives in a different world, that is all. He is probably more caught up than you, because he is also the creator. He has learned the art of creation. This does not become an ultimate release. This just becomes a different kind of action, a different way of doing things. An artist draws a new world on a canvas. A yogi actually creates it. The artist’s creation is two-dimensional, whereas the yogi’s is three-dimensional. This is more deceptive. An artist can get so involved in the world he is creating that he starts believing it is true, and it is true for him. A poet believes that whatever he writes is the truth. Similarly, a painter deeply involved in what he is doing believes what he is painting is the truth. When two-dimensional things are like this, if you create three-dimensional things around yourself, you are definitely going to be more caught up with them. Source
To be honest, I have no idea what the difference is between samadhi and turiya in yoga terms. I tried looking into it but it's still not clear to me. If you research into both terms, they come up with very similar definitions.
Yoga nidra and the void (turiya)
By means of Yoga Nidra, skilled practitioners seek to access Turiya, not just when in meditation or absorbed samadhi states, but in all variations of consciousness- encompassing waking, dreaming and deep sleep. They seek lucidity in all states. Yoga Nidra is a powerful practice that guides us beyond mind and in fact turns mind upon itself where its obscuring nature is dissolved to reveal the inner Light that is perennially Bright, with eyes closed or open. What is turiya?

Turiya is not a state apart from the grosser states but pervades all levels of reality as superconsciousness. Ramana Maharshi interprets turiya as the natural state that permeates the other states, the only whole reality. The Mandukya Upanishad discusses turiya as pure consciousness, which is indescribable, incomprehensible, and unthinkable by the mind, but ultimately realized as the one true self. The four states of consciousness are jagrat, svapna, shushupti and turiya. Jagrat is waking consciousness, svapna is the dream consciousness, shushupti is the deep sleep consciousness and turiya is higher consciousness which is beyond all previous states. Entering the state of turiya requires inner silence. It can be achieved when the mind is free of mental blocks and bondages with time and space. The goal of yoga and meditation is to achieve turiya, where oneness is felt with the universe. Source
There are three states only, the waking, dream and sleep. Turiya is not a fourth one; it is what underlies these three. But people do not readily understand it. Therefore it is said that this is the fourth state and the only Reality. In fact it is not apart from anything, for it forms the substratum of all happenings; it is the only Truth; it is your very Being. The three states appear as fleeting phenomena on it and then sink into it alone. Therefore they are unreal. Source
