She humbly explained how she was never bit by the fashion bug, but actually was born with it. She told me stories about how she would watch her aunt throw clothes around her NYC apartment, trying to find the perfect outfit to go meet with some friends to go to a fashion show and a party afterwards; glamor was always in her view. New Heritage is a 90's inspired streetwear unisex clothing brand that was relaunched by Tamira Wells. Tamira relaunched New Heritage to pay homage and continue the legacy of her late aunt Belinda Jones and uncle Rodney Jones who were the original founders of the brand. New Heritage was popular in the 90's and was worn in several 90's shows and movies such as Boomerang, In Living Color, Living Single, Fresh Prince of Belair and the list continues.
