Give me a sequel!

Y'all better be watching Wish Dragon on Netflix, because Sony Animation has delivered another gem.

For some reason, there's been absolutely no promotion for this movie so consider this an ad for an amazingly heartfelt film about a young man looking to rekindle an old friendship with the help of surly, egotistical dragon. It's set in modern Shanghai and has a star-studded Asian cast.

Seriously, go watch it.

Fatherhood. So maybe Din and Li Na will have a kid?

Yo, there’s already a Wish Dragon 2 in productions? It’s gonna have… A BABY WISH DRAGON IN IT ALSO!?? I’m.. hype!!

Yesterday I binge watched wizards because I want to be ready for Rise Of The Titans, but that resulted in a weird but amazing dream:

It was around the middle ages and Jim was the first human trollhunter and all, except that apparently he was with Gunmar too cause all trolls were on the same side(?) and the only other human was Merlin and Douxie, but everything else seemed to be the same.

THE THING WAS CLAIRE

Claire was what my mind called "witchhunter". Literally the same as Jim, but for witches and wizards (what the heck was Merlin doing with the trolls? Idk)

And she met Jim in the forest and they became friends and ate a raspberry pie together (probably because I made a raspberry pie that morning) and then there's like a war or battle and Merlin and Morgana draw their Hunters and OH SURPRISE they realize they are enemies and their love is doomed and yaddadadad

Then the dream jumps to when they are discovered and Morgana is understanding of Claire's love for Jim but tells her never to see him because he is an enemy, while Jim's punishment is being forcefully turned into a half troll by Merlin (this is probably because the first time I saw THAT episode, i got REALLY distressed when I thought Merlin was gonna turn him into a troll against his will, given that Jim's greatest fear was to lose his humanity)

Then Claire escaped from Morgana and Jim was taken by the people of town that wanted to kill him for being a beast and she saved him and he asked her if she still wanted to date him because he is a beast and she said yes they kissed and then my dream jumped to unrelated stuff BUT MAN

I desperately wanna write a fic with all this. Sometimes I really love my imagination.........

I even saw Barbara resembling Lisa from Castlevania as the towns doctor/healer

What I like and what is for me a proof that Félicie and Victor are meant for each other and what I think proves that Félicie wasn’t attached to Rudolph at all, is how in the movie, there is nothing that Félicie hides or doesn’t tell to Victor. 

Victor maybe was trying to win Félicie, telling her lies about how is going the things for him in life. 

The fact is that, when Félicie hangs out with Rudolph, both doesn’t really talk to each other about their lifes. All is resumed in Rudolph showing off how perfect he is, or flirting with her, promising things or giving her compliments.

But there’s no compromise from his part, and their relationship stays over the surface, with appearances, never grow roots or goes deeper. 

Meanwhile when Félicie hangs out with Victor, they go out, they share mutual experiences about their adventures, they even play or joke about the other. They even argued! and that’s something that sometimes is necessary. Victor doesn’t only flirts with Félicie or gives her compliments, he also gives her advices like “You should have more care with your music box, is the only thing your parents have left to you.” He helped her to escape, he fixed her music box many times, he took care of her while she was sleeping in the train road to Paris. He was really interested for her and more important, for her wellfare. 

Félicie trust in him like with nobody. She barely knows Rudolph, but Victor is a friend of a lifetime. She is involved in Victor’s life, she supports him in his dream, she is happy with his achievements.

But here is my point; the best proof that Félicie have more interest in Victor than in Rudolph is the fact that she even telled him about her affair with the russian prince, even while telling him in his face that she’s practically friendzoning him. 

While Rudolph hasn’t have any idea of who was Victor. Félicie never told him about him, nor even her adventures, or her story, even after Félicie’s identity was revealed…

When the three characters meet at the Eiffel tower, when Rudolph tries to attack Victor Félicie tells him: “He’s my friend.” and when Rudolph doesn’t believe her she answers: “This is Victor, we grow up together.” There is no signal of Rudolph knowing something about Félicie’s friend. 

That’s why I think, Félicie and Victor work as a couple so well. The best is that they work together, they share everything, they help each other, they treat the other as an equal, not as someone superior or inferior. They can be as imperfect and injuried as some couples can be, but I believe their love is true. I believe that when they grow up, they will be an amazing and sweet couple.

I see nobody arguing for Claire and Douxie. They are not a threat.

Lol everyone's out here fighting over clairxjim and clairexdouxie and all the other ToA ships then there's me who headcannons them all as poly and ace so they don't have these kinds of problems.

ToA fanbase is divided after the Wizards Finale but you can not tell me that Jim did not deserve being human again and living a 'normal' life with his family and friends after all he has gone through.
