Another Newsies AU because I have no self control

So this one is a Superhero AU, AKA everyone has cool powers. The powers are as follows.

JACK KELLY - He has the ability to make whatever he draws come to life. For example, if he were to draw a flower (with the intent of bringing it to life), the drawing would then disappear off the page and leave a real flower in it’s place. As of now, his nickname is Sketch, but Race says that’s a stupid name (and besides, there’s already a hero with that name).

DAVEY JACOBS - His ability is called Persuasion. Basically, he can control people by telling them what to do. However, this power gives him extreme anxiety, as he is constantly worried about accidentally controlling his family, the newsies, or someone else he cares about and hurting them in some way.

LES JACOBS - He can amplify other people’s powers, earning him the name Augment. However, he doesn’t go out and fight crime, since his family doesn’t want a nine-year-old running around the city on his own. So for now, he’s stuck waiting for Davey to come up with a cool identity so he can be Davey’s sidekick.

SARAH JACOBS - Davey’s twin sister can talk to animals, a very Disney Princess-esque trait (as noted by the newsies), which earns her the moniker Princess. (A bit basic, but so are the newsies.)

KATHERINE PLUMBER PULITZER - Katherine’s power works a lot like Jack’s with one small change - her ability involves writing instead of drawing. She can make anything she writes come to life, to a certain point. She can only create objects, and she can’t manipulate past or future events (much to the disappointment of her father, who would really like to use her powers to cheat in the newspaper game).

RACETRACK HIGGINS -  Race has the power of probability manipulation, meaning he can change the odds as he sees fit. What are the odds that the headline’s going to be bad? 100%? Let’s take that down to zero. What are the odds that he’s going to get to make out with Spot Conlon tonight? 0%? Let’s crank that up to 100%. (And for the last time, Blink - no, probability manipulation is not the same thing as being magically lucky. They do not have the same power. Shut up.)

SPOT CONLON - Spot has the power of invulnerability, which is why Brooklyn is so feared - Spot is literally unbeatable in a fight, and the other guys aren’t too shabby either.

ALBERT DASILVA - Albert has the power of pyrokinesis, meaning he can manipulate, create, and control fire, heat, and flame. His superhero identity is known as Blaze.

ROMEO - Romeo can make anyone fall in love with him, earning him the nickname Cupid.

SPECS -  Specs has the ability to enhance any of his senses at will. He wears his glasses to help block most things out so he has normal eyesight while in civilian form; not to mention they throw people off his trail - how could a boy with glasses have super eyesight?

CRUTCHIE MORRIS - Crutchie has the power of flight, although it’s really more along the lines of minor levitation. He can lift himself a few feet off the ground (helpful for when he can’t walk), and he can make small items like his hat or some coins (or Les, if he concentrates) come to him, but that’s it.

FINCH CORTES - Finch Cortes (better known as Avian) can talk to and control birds.

KID BLINK BALETTI - Blink’s power is simple - he is magically lucky, no matter what. The one exception to this is that he was born blind in one eye, although that doesn’t stop him from going out and fighting crime with his friends.

MUSH MEYERS - Mush has the power to heal injuries, although there are limits. He can’t heal things that a newsie has had from birth (Blink’s eye) or that have been damaged for a long time (Crutchie’s leg, which was damaged when he was little), and he can’t bring anybody back from the dead. Other than that, the newsies come to him for most injuries and sicknesses.
