DRC: the fabulous destiny of the Indian Harish Jagtani
Some call Harish Jagtani the "Indian Dan Gertler," after the sulphurous Israeli businessman, friend of Joseph Kabila. The former head of state of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) has denied any relationship with this Indian businessman. RFI provides new evidence of this proximity and has continued its investigation. Not only has Mr. Jagtani built an empire in the land of Joseph Kabila in less than 15 years, but his family and associates now have significant assets in the Congo, as abroad, and have come to join forces to the biggest groups like the American Hilton and the French Accor.
On October 28, 2015, Harish Jagtani celebrates its fortieth anniversary in style. The businessman decided to celebrate it in India, his country of origin, in his luxurious residence in Jaipur, capital of Rajasthan. The millionaire named it "LV" in tribute to Louis Vuitton, one of his favorite luxury brands. However, it is not Mr. Jagtani who is the center of attention. The guest of honor is Olive Lembe di Sita, first lady of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). It is in this Central African country with a tumultuous history that the Indian businessman has lived for twenty years and made his fortune under the presidency of the husband of "Maman Olive", Joseph Kabila, who came to power in 2001 .
In the photos of the event, Olive Lembe di Sita is dressed in a sumptuous white dress and seems to love the couple, young, rich like her. "Harish captivates with his polite manners and ambitious plans," said a Congolese businessman annoyed by Mr. Jagtani's successes. A dozen photos obtained by Radio France Internationale (RFI) attest to the warm relationships between the couple of Indian millionaires and the wife of Joseph Kabila. The now former head of state does not appear in any image. After the publication of our first investigation, he denied, through the voice of his representative, any relationship with this businessman today at the heart of several scandals.
Harish Jagtani's Modern Construction has benefited from an over-the-counter market that has become controversial. In the midst of an economic crisis, the Senate, chaired by someone close to Mr. Kabila, spent $ 4 million, outside the budget, to renovate its plenary hall. In Kinshasa, the capital, residents often attribute some of the towers built by Harish Jagtani and his construction companies to the former presidential couple, such as the Kiyo Ya Sita tower. It was baptized thus, they say, in homage to Olive Lembe di Sita. Questioned by RFI, the former first lady’s communications advisor assured her: “Her investment is in agriculture and cattle breeding. What is Prosperity of Life and how does Prosperity of Life work?
Tumblr media
There ARE actual products being sold here. The reason I confirmed that there is an actual product, is that you may be surprised that some companies don't actually have a product - they simply sell the opportunity for you to make money by others signing up, paying a fee, and then repeating the process with others. So you can rest assured that there are real products on offer here.
The products are centred around personal development and wealth creation, and they have a few different levels of offering. They are based out of the U.S. and offer an opportunity which includes the systems, training, coaching and mentoring that you'll need if you're going to succeed with this company.
Prosperity Of Life describe themselves as a network marketing model, and are quick to say they are not a multi level marketing (MLM) company.

Danish authorities give up search for human smuggling fortune in Philippines
Tumblr media
What ever became of the millions, which Iluminada Bovbjerg, the woman behind Denmark’s biggest case of human smuggling, made on smuggling 493 men and women from the Philippines into Europe?
That question remains unanswered as the Danish police has now given up the search after more than a year and half’s investigation.
Michael Kjeldgaard from the Danish police confirms that the search has been dropped.
“We have had a request with the Filipino authorities for a long period but it has not been possible to make any progress. We see the Danish case as closed. The main suspect has been convicted and we can’t keep waiting. All we can say is that we tried but it wasn’t possible,” said Michael Kjeldgaard, who emphasizes that he means no offence to the Philippines.
“Had it been a more “traditional” crime that had been committed and which had been more recognized on a national scale, then it would have been easier,” he adds.
Iluminada Bovbjerg was arrested in 2011 charged with large scale human smuggling. She was charged with making “several million” by smuggling 1049 Filipinos into the Schengen area via Denmark. In court the number was adjusted to 493.
The human smuggling was possible by using the 44-year-old’s travel agency, DenPhil Travel. On paper, things looked legit, but the visa application forms were all forged.
The price for entering Europe could amount to DKK 70,000 and Europol estimated that earnings from the shady business could be as much as DKK 74.5 million.
On Facebook, the 44-year-old has displayed herself as a benefactor who trough a fund in her own name has aided local Filipinos with medicine, sanitation and education.
If the money has really been spent differently has never been proved.
”The investigation in the Philippines should have uncovered what kind of funds are still out there. We have requested help in freezing the funds but it has not been possible to get a co-operation going and we have now withdrawn our request of resistance, said Michael Kjeldgaard.
The police have yet to prosecute the right hand of Iluminada Bovbjerg and some of the many culprits who acted as guarantees for the smuggled Filipinos in exchange of payment.

DAVIDO O.B.O ALBUM LAUNCH
The hype that had preceded this concert /album launch was unprecedented. Radio hypes, magazines, television, blogs all the works was put to use, what would one have expected from the Omo baba olowo (Rich Man’s Son). Davido’s dad is a multi-millionaire many times over, many call him a billionaire, but safely put we address him as a multi-millionaire. The young dude is also the nephew of former Osun State Governor in the person of Isiaka Adeleke aka Serubawon. David Adeleke aka Davido is the son of top Businessman Deji Adeleke. So looking at it properly, money would most definitely not have been an issue with the 19 years old dude. Men! The guy still young oooo, and he can only go on from here to improve his craft.
Did the concert live up to the billing? In terms of the number of crowd and quality, Yes! What about in terms of performance? We would have to be very careful about that, while some were of the opinion that it was a great concert and that the dude tried, not forgetting he his 19, others were of the opinion that it was an anti-climax, that they had expected so much more, some even complained that he lip-synched through out his performance, on that we can’t blame the guy, 90 percent of the singers/ musicians everywhere all over the world do same, except for the very sure ones like Tuface, Joe, R-Kelly, Akon and many others, not many artist can go au naturel especially where auto-tune might not be readily available.
But let’s give it to the guy, many said it was the first time they would see the acclaimed ‘Richest Black Man’ in the world-Alhaji Aliko Dangote sit through a music concert from start to the end, there were many others also in attendance, we saw some royal fathers, we saw the Publisher of Ovation International, Bashorun Dele Momodu and many others. Many were at the event and apparently had fun. We have more than a hundred plus pictures of those who attended for your viewing pleasure. Please check it out. Enjoy!!!!!!
