"Take My Hand"

A brief summary for a new fic that's been in my head between my three MC's and of course, everyone's favorite two Slytherins.

A new Slytherin, Kalec Bruan, transfers to Hogwarts as Azuren, Sebastian and Ominis begin their sixth year. Azuren, still dealing with the events that took place only months prior, finds herself struggling to cope with the loss of Professor Fig, keeping her abilities secret as well as maintaining her friendships. All while putting on a front to her friends at Hogwarts, never once letting them see how much she is struggling and tired. Unbeknownst to her friends, she is still having to travel around the world to secure all the traces of ancient magic. Eventually, the burden of being the only keeper, weighs heavily on Azuren.

As the year progresses Sebastian notices something is off when Ominis starts acting oddly and noticeably begins avoiding Kalec. With Sebastian distracted on getting information out of Ominis, Kalec seizes the opportunity and slides right in to make a new friend in Azuren.

Azuren is drawn to Kalec the longer the year goes on and begins to see just how truly powerful the young wizard is. Kalec sees through her facade and gains her trust by telling her that he also understands what it's like to be burdened with great power and assures her that he will help her carry this burden as her journey continues. Azuren is still blissfully ignorant to other forms of dark magic out there and begins to follow Kalec down an even darker path, pulling her away from those she holds most dear.

It's Ominis that warns Sebastian to the dangers Azuren is putting herself in with her new alliance and makes Sebastian promise to stop her, as she did for him the year before. Yet Ominis still is reluctant to share all he knows about the new transfer student and only states he can't get involved. No matter how desperately he wants to help one of his closest friends, but would that really stop him from interfering in the end?

Sebastian, having already been tempted by dark magic, is hesitant and doesn't trust in his ability to stop her alone. He's scared he'll be tempted again, and this time won't have the strength to stop. However, his own fears won't stop him from making sure one his closet friend doesn't make the same mistake as he did. Taking a blow to his pride, he enlists the help of his rival, a very clever, very sure of themselves, Ravenclaw-- Lucian Stormrage. Lucian, who is also close to Azuren and Ominis, so much so it makes Sebastian's skin crawl! Despite this, Sebastian knows it will take his knowledge of the dark arts and Lucian's quick wit to get them through this.

Can the two of them put aside their differences and jealousy to save Azuren? What has Ominis so scared? Why is Kalec so interested in Azuren?

When you make a Slytherin with the intention of keeping him good but once you see him, he just screams mischief. I have a feeling that Kalec will run headfirst down the dark magic path so fast that even Sebastian won't be able to keep up.

Not much is known about Azuren's family history. Her mother is a pureblood witch from America, who got pregnant at twenty-five, by who, she'd never say. Azuren never knew what happened to her father, only that her mother refused to speak of him and just told her he died. When Azuren was four, her mother married a muggle man from England and thus her life in another country began.

Her mother never told her of the magical world or her extended family, in fact she did all she could to shield her family from that side of her life due to a falling out with the family over her marrying a muggle, which was deeply frowned upon in America.

Azuren's first spark of magic happened when she was nine years old. While playing in the attic with her mother, who was cleaning, she found her mother's old wand stashed away in an old suitcase. Waving the wand, pretending it was a sword, she accidently blasted a hole in the ceiling knocking the young girl back into a stack of boxes. Her mother only stood surprised and shocked that one so small could produce such a large burst of magic unknowingly. Once her mother calmed the frightened child down, she took the wand back to repair the damage. Demanding Azuren never touch the "stick" again and never speak of this to her father, who 'wouldn't understand' and might 'send them back to America'.

After that Azuren began questioning what really happened that day but swore to never say a word. However deep down she knew her mother was hiding something from her and one day she'd discover the secrets of that magic 'stick'. Eventually the distant memory became a daydream that she believed she conjured up in her head, that was until she received her letter from Hogwarts. The letter came in the summer after she turned fifteen. The most exquisite black owl landed in fence outside of their small cottage home.

Azuren, hesitantly, walked up to the bird and took the letter that was clearly addressed to her. 'Azuren Marie Wrynn, 3rd Bedroom on the 2nd Floor...'. The envelope had precise details of her home, down to her address and even bedroom.

With shaky hands she opened the letter and could hear her heart pounding in her ears.

It was only then that her mother finally let out a sigh of defeat, sitting her husband and eldest child down to explain the truth of the Wrynn's past. She included every detail of her life before having Azuren, while being careful to not give any details of the girl's father. In fear of being rejected by her husband, Azuren's mother kept her chocolate eyes casted down at her teacup the entire time.

Azuren held her breath for what felt like forever until, the man she always considered to be her father let out a deep chuckle and ran a hand through her pepper-colored hair. Azuren would always remember the words he spoke next. "Well, I knew marrying you would be an adventure, but I never expected our lives to end up like tales you read about in fiction." Azuren smiled fondly, the man sitting beside her was always a fan of fantasy tales and loved reading to his young daughter's tales of dragons and fairies. Azuren watched her mother look as if a huge weight had been lifted off her shoulders. She never would have expected that he would be so open to having witches in the family, yet here he was more excited than Azuren herself.

The rest of her time at home was spent having her mother drill in all the knowledge she could about the Wizarding world. Azuren could tell her mother was nervous about the young girl being accepted so late and she feared her daughter would be too far behind to get a proper education and catch up to her classmates.

The day professor Fig arrived to take Azuren away to a safer location, where he could teach her properly, was the day her mother allowed Azuren to take her old wand with her to use. It made sense, because she had once used it and she knew with proper training the wand would server her little girl well. That day was bittersweet. Azuren would miss her little sister most of all. The young brunette child would cling her older sister until the moment it was time to leave. Azuren gave one last smile and wave to her family before she was off on her own adventure. Little did she know what was waiting for her in the end!

Hello world! My (pen)name Nesdya Tisdale, or you can call me Nessa. I am the original blogger for @newtsmagicalcase but since that was a secondary blog I have decided to make a new account here where I can reply to all comments and interact with you more freely without outing my personal blog. Below are a few facts about myself and this blog.

Here is a little about myself, my pronouns are She/Her or They/Them unless I'm talking through my MC's which I will do. I find it fun to let our characters have a voice of their own and answer questions/talk to their fellow classmates. I love music, games, anime and movies. My favorite anime at the moment is Attack on Titan, the current Manga I'm reading is My Hero Acidemia. My taste in music is very wide ranged. From K-Pop to Classical, even Opera and all the way to hardcore Death Metal. My favorite game is World of Warcraft (Hogwarts Legacy coming up close at number two). You'll notice my MC's have WoW surnames or names that I've borrowed from World Of Warcraft. It's like my small little tribute to the game that made me such an avid gamer since 2004.

I love to write but haven't done so in quite a while, so if I seem rusty please forgive me. This blog is where I will be posting screenshots from Hogwarts Legacy as well as little fanfic's of my OC's and their time at Hogwarts that the game doesn't show you, all the way through the paths they take as adults. I will not include graphic mature content until, obviously, our beloved characters are of age and out of Hogwarts. Of course that does not include things such as kissing, hand holding and innocent forms of affection, but as for smut, that will wait until I reach a part in their journey where it's appropriate and obviously of age. Underage witches and wizards can use magic outside of Hogwarts in my world, but smut is off the table.

I'm happy to include your own OC's in my writings and will write scenarios for your characters with my own. If you'd like to have your MC added just submit me a photo/screenshot of them and/or detailed description so I can be sure to do your character justice. Again I'm saying... I will not write smut for underage characters at all!! No exceptions! Please be respectful of that.

I do take requests for scenarios and headcanons for any characters in the game as well. Here is my main rule, a rule that I will not take lightly if broken. If you are a minor please DO NOT interact with any posts that will clearly say "MDI". If I find out you have, I will block you, no questions asked! That is to protect myself as well as to protect you! It will also take me time to get to all requests since I work full time. I will schedule screenshots to be posted throughout the week but any fic updates will be mostly on the weekends (unless queued otherwise I will be sure to announce it) when I have time. So please be patient with me!

Also if you want to talk directly to the MC's here you can! Just submit/ask and just say something like "This is for Lucian" or "I'd like to Azuren to send me an owl" whatever character you'd like. A bit of RP for the fun of it! So have fun and act like five people run this blog. LOL!!! I'll introduce you to them soon! Also a Tiktok to follow of gameplay scenes to fit the stories.

I desperately want everyone to be safe! Also if I happen to write something that makes anyone uncomfortable, please let me know and I'll correct it immediately! I don't want anyone to feel excluded with my writings either. If I do something upsetting to anyone of a different race, faith or anything please kindly correct me! I may be in my 30's but that doesn't mean I cant still learn and grow to be a better person/writer! I can still honestly say I can be ignorant to things that are natural for me that are not for others. For example:: when I'm embarrassed, my whole face looks like a tomato, not everyone has my complexion so when making a Y/N post, I wouldn't want to add that. I want to make things as inclusive as possible where everyone is safe and respected! Especially for my trans and people of color friends!
