We all know that some of the most creative and amazing characters in the fandom don't get to be parents (or psudo-parents) enough. So let's all go wild! From March 25th - March 31st, we're hosting the Obscure-Dad's week-long prompted event! Each of our favorite dads will get a day just for them to be appreciated!

Note: This event will have 2 parts, so look out for the second set in the coming weeks (Will be announced once week 1 is done!)

okay but

after everything goes back to "normal", Steve and Eddie obviously stay friends. and Steve has a crush on his new friend. obviously

so one day Eddie decides to give the inside of his uncle's trailer a new coat of paint, including his own room. the bad memories of what happened in that trailer still linger, and the physical reminder on the living room ceiling isn't doing Eddie any good. Steve, of course, offers to help him paint

when he knocks on the door, Eddie yells at him to come inside. Steve enters, and almost chokes on his own tongue

because there is Eddie, in jeans that are more rip than denim, an old ratty crop top with paint on it, and his hair up in a messy bun

they don't get much painting done that day. obviously

What people think why i became a bookbinder: Oh she wants to explore her artistic horizon with those pretty leather bound books of hers. She even gives them out as gifts to her friends. It most likely helps her with anxiety or maybe she just wanted a more special costume made notebook.

Why I actually became a bookbinder: I just illegally downloaded and printed out several of my favourite fanfics and books and started binding them into books cuz I love reading them but looking at screens for too long gives me headaches.

Funny how the shorter versions push uniformity and sticking to the norm while the longer versions push for being unique and being yourself

Common Phrases and Their Not-So-Common Endings

It goes to show that conformity isn’t always a good thing. And that just because more than one person has the same idea, doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a good idea. 3. “Birds of a feather flock together” ends with “until the cat comes.” It’s actually a warning about fair-weather friends, not an assessment of how complementary people are. 4. "The early bird catches the worm," ends with "but the second mouse gets the cheese." 5. Blood is thicker than water The blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb.

Meaning that relationships formed by choice are stronger than those formed by birth.

my friend just told me that there's a secret second dashboard that solely contains posts from people you've turned on post notifications for, and when i click the link in the messages it opens it within the tumblr app, so the tumblr app also has a secret second dashboard for post notification blogs, and the only way to access it is to open the link for it within the app.
