     There’s a small, exhale of a laugh at that comment. She didn’t intend for it, it was just so funny to hear Katsuki say such a thing in his usual, somewhat aggressive tone of voice. When they had first met, Tsuyu couldn’t have imagined him being able to say such a thing so casually. It made her happy to know that he felt so comfortable with her.

     “Of course. A school project wouldn’t be complete without including our sexualities somehow.” While her sense of humour was dry, there was an undeniable playfulness to her tone. “Should we dedicate a slide to it in the powerpoint? Or should we just mention it in the presentation? Kero.”

        As  soon  as  the  words  leave  his  mouth,  Bakugo  quickly  remembers  a  not  so  distant  past  when  he  wouldn’t  have  even  uttered  the  word.  Let  alone  in  reference  to  himself.  He  was  still  coming  into  his  skin  and  this  new  label,  but  he  was  glad  to  have  Tsuyu  helping  him  along  with  it.  As  close  as  he  still  held  the  fact  that  he  was  gay  to  himself,  he  now  enjoyed  making  jokes  like  this.  About  coming  out  in  different  ways  that  he  would  never  actually  do.

       tweek is the embodiment of confusion and worries. im not even sure if they know what’s important to them anymore if you want to know just how lost they got in the fog of it all. school isn’t important to him, and he doesn’t really know what he wants to be either. he’d say that his family is important to him because he feels like he has to. he cares hugely about his friends too. tweek is just lost and doesn’t really have a point to try and get back on track anymore.

       pink calcite — what is something your muse knows to be true in their heart, in that wordless but sure way?

       i was thinking about this one for awhile, and i was trying to think of something sweet that they may know but i couldn’t really. in the end, the thing that is most certain to them is that they will never be more than exactly what they are. the gay barista that’s addicted to meth caffeine. they used to believe otherwise i think, at least for a little while, but it didn’t last long.

       blue lace agate — does your muse speak up? can they speak their truth with conviction, or does their confidence falter when the time comes?

        bakugo has a habit of being brutally honest. he speaks up about everything that annoys him and makes it known, whether the other fixes it or not after that he cares less about than just making them know that he noticed and it bugs him. in certain situations, he will falter though. he is just a teenage boy with the weight of the world on his shoulders as he fights to prove himself to the history books as well as everyone around him. he speaks with conviction on everything besides the things that he holds closest to him, but, later on, he starts to grow out of this the more confident he gets in himself.

       hematite — what grounds your muse?

       ben often struggles to ground himself. he did so before he died and it’s only gotten worse with his... y’know... being dead. before, he’d always ground himself with books. either sitting down in a corner and reading or talking with one of the others about one that he had just read. or thinking of alternate possibilities for the character’s endings and how he would’ve changed it. basically, mentally writing fanfics. now, he tends to lean towards his family members for stability ( not that there’s much of it between any of them ). klaus, is, of course a very important part of this, being able to communicate with him and remind him that he is in fact real still, even as a ghost helps to ease any worries he may have.

        i think as a kid, casey always dreamed of adventure. being a knight to someone’s story, slaying beasts and protecting those he cared about. he did his best to also make each day an adventure, taking a path he hadn’t taken before to get home, talking to someone he hadn’t talked to in awhile, just generally doing things that perhaps would put him at risk in one way or another all for this mystical sense of adventure and wonder. as his teen years came though, these habits continued and only increased but his motives changed. possum springs was never enough for him and it felt suffocating and so, he continued to hope and dream that somewhere out of this tar pit, where his adventure was waiting for him. too bad he didn’t get to it.
