A request from a lady for her birthday's friend - yogurt mousse cake with raspberry center which I did not long ago :) it's really heartwarming when friends take note of what each other wants and make special arrangement for it. I'm glad to be part of the surprise :) I hope she enjoyed it 😊

A request by a church friend for her 21st - a healthier cake that is strawberry flavored, floral themed. Made a vertical cake with strawberry jam and chopped fresh strawberries, a thin layer of strawberry swiss meringue buttercream and topped with fresh flowers. Wanted to do buttercream flowers but I thought fresh ones would be healthier. Haha. Happy belated blessed birthday @delleecomputer :) I hope you had a blast :)

Red velvet cake with Swiss meringue cream cheese buttercream. First try on buttercream roses and I'm hooked! Really love how therapeutic it is to pipe these lovelies. Definitely need to practice more but this is my new obsession 😊

The front view. Yogurt mousse cake with strawberry purée and pistachio sponge cake. Got this recipe from How to cook that on YouTube (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=erKRFeuUAlo). It's surprisingly easy and tasty! :) swapped raspberry with strawberries because it's cheaper in Singapore 😅

Earl grey cream with earl grey dulce de leche Paris Brest from patisserie des reves's book. Actually the recipe called for praline cream but I changed it into earl grey and wow, it was intensely good!

#throwback - strawberry creme brûlée tart, cross section. That layer of strawberry purée just cuts through the rich custard, and that crunchy burnt sugar... so good...
