People Who Often Talk About Morality Are So Ugly
Have you ever heard about Moral Kidnapping? This term is actually a direct translation from Chinese Term which is similar to Moral Coercion. Moral kidnapping means using morality to threaten someone to perform certain actions or improper use of morality to do something.
Can you give me a ride? Since you drive today;
I heard that you’re so good in video editing! Then you will be in charged of that;
Why don’t you give me a treat? Since you’re so rich now.
Does that sounds familiar to you? There is a group of people tend to use morality and kindness to force others to satisfy their own desires. Helps from people are not supposed to take for granted and use for moral kidnapping. Respect is the most important thing in life.
I once read a scam from the news:
A mother brought her baby for walks. Suddenly, an old man and a 7 years old boy ran to the mother and took away her baby from stroller. When the mother wanted to get back her baby, the old man shouted: Someone wants to kidnap my baby! This woman is a human trafficker!”
The shout attracted many people and passersby. After they got the clarification from the little boy, they claimed that this woman is a trafficker. They just believe what they saw and some people even wanted to beat up the women. At this moment, the polices arrived and fortunately, the baby was not kidnapped by the old man and little boy successfully.
We want to be a good person, but not a good person without rationale and good sense. Kindness which is self-righteous is more terrible than evil. If the polices did not reach immediately, the consequences could be disastrous.
Friedrich Nietzsche Quote: “A moral system valid for all is basically immoral”

How Motivational Quotes Spoil Your Life.
Have you ever think that the motivational quotes you read from the online platforms or from your parents or from your friends actually drive you towards a negative pathway? We must differentiate right and wrong before we believe in something. Therefore, do not believe me if you think what I say is wrong, this is just a simple sharing. 🥰
1. Failing at Something Because You Were Not Trying Hard Enough
When you failed your test; when you did not win the first place; when you did not get a promotion at work, others’ reactions will be “you didn’t try your best”, “you didn’t try hard”, “you’re not working hard enough”. If I only sleep 5 hours per day because I work overtime everyday, does it means that I have to sleep 3 hours per day now? You will be trapped by this sentence if you believe it deeply because it is so difficult to measure the level of trying hard. Working too hard can be one of the reasons you fail but you never realize.
2. Be Yourself. Don’t Care What Other People Think of You.
Everyone on Earth has their own strengths and weaknesses but if you never take another person’s opinions into account, how you can improve yourself? This quote is actually very contradictory. In my two cents, we are supposed to listen to all compliments and criticisms. However, there is a group of people who often criticize others for no reason so just be smart that please ignore their comments. If what other people think of you is really none of your business, then you will only become a self-righteous and arrogant person.
3. You Can Do It if You Believe You Can
Why do we must limit ourselves in “ You Can Do It”? I think “I Cannot Do It” does not mean that I failed, because I am always encouraged to try anything without fear of failure. We should enjoy the journey of doing something instead of forcing ourselves must achieve something. Breaking through yourself is a good thing but do not give yourself too much pressure.
This is an era with a lot of information due to the existence of the Internet, please calm yourself down to have the right judgment because blind belief will have a great impact on your life.

The Secret of High-Performance Work Teams?🤫
I am a member of AIESEC which is an organisation who provide volunteer exchange globalist experiences, gave me a golden opportunity to lead a team. The goal of my team is to organize an event known as Global Village and attract our target market which is UTM students to join so that they can experience cultural differences and know more about AIESEC’s products.
My team accomplished 133% growth rate even though my organisation was suffering from financial crisis and my team members were comprised of 3 different nationalities! What is my secret?
1. The first meeting is of paramount importance! As it will directly affect the engagement of members and future operations. The contents of first meeting must consist of:
Team Purpose
Goals
Job Description of each member
Team Cultures: Everyone can vote for the top 3 basic norms among the team, etc: Respect deadlines, Proactive, and more.
2. Team leader should be aware of everyone is different so do not treat every member in a same way! Understanding your members through Personality Test can be an effective way and develop Individual Plan with each member.
*Individual Plan: Understanding each member’s personal goals they would like to achieve within 3 months and creating individual action plan one to one using SMART goal setting.
3. Things you can do during routine meeting to improve competency and performance of members:
Appreciation Space: Although you do not know the final result yet but please appreciate and praise each member for their efforts that they are putting in
Tracking Tools & Dashboards: To measure individual performance & ensure everyone is working towards the final goals
Individual Tracking Meetings: Checking overall achievement of individual action plan and giving suggestions for higher performance monthly.
Team Days: Spaces for the team to bond and create a good environment to perform, etc: having dinner together
LEAD Spaces: Allow members to learn other stuff which they cannot learn during routine work in order to develop Leadership Qualities among them
Above are some of my tips to build a high-performance team. Currently, bosses in Malaysia always complain that young workers are unreliable, untrustworthy and unprofessional. I would like to say that do not expect young workers can attain good outcome if you are using traditional leadership style as Baby Boomers, Millennial, Generation Z are all different. People Don’t Leave Bad Jobs, They Leave Bad Bosses
