Cousin sleepover at Dave/Tiffany’s seemed to work fine as far as we can tell.

Nicole helped me get the snowblower started, it worked great.
Another Thanksgiving happened and we played more Five Crowns, surprisingly good card game.

Top 3: A whole night of Crokinole
Finished "Brutal Kunnin'." It was fine but way to much text without it going anywhere. Not to mention, half of the book isn't about Orks.
D&D friends came over to entertain Nicole, lots of Crokinole was played.

Top 3: Mexican Trains-giving
We had Thanksgiving at my parents. That included Sandra and Grandma, played a lot of Mexican Train which is very... chaotic.
Cleaned up my desk area and prepared it for painting and airbrushing. Now that I have collected everything, I put my PC back near the desk so that I can play Fortnight with Rhett.
More television, which I guess was exciting. More White Lotus and football, but kept it low key.

Top 3: Busy before a long weekend
Lots of stuff to do and commotion, but still got all the tasks complete and on time.
More cleaning and setting up the larger tank for Rhett. Nothing really fits and works but it's somewhat functional.
I have been getting a lot of sleep and not sure why, but it's been nice to be refreshed.

Top 3: CrokiNicole
Nicole shellacked me in Crokinole so that was humbling and fun to see. 180 points, five 20s in just four rounds. Good for her.
I got to watch the USA vs. Whales World Cup game, way more fun than planned.
I don't get "White Lotus" yet with three episodes in. But I was laughing my ass off tonight at the episode.

Top 3: Two minutes is plenty of time
Chiefs victory. A great final few moments of the game which makes up for such a bungled first half. Defense still looking strong when they need to.
Did some deep cleaning around the house which feels good.
Getting close to finishing "Brutal Kunnin'." It's boring but I wanted to complete it before moving on.

Top 3: Lots of gold coming home today
Pinewood derby race was today and we took home some awards and were snubbed in a couple of heats. It's really strange but There is always a heap of new things to learn when it comes to racing and design. I think I will put more energy into the design from the very beginning next time. this round was more "you mold the car with Play-doh and then I will sculpt it."
Parents and my brother came over for chit chat. Spent most of the middle part of the day cleaning but it was nice watching two football games and hockey (but holy shit are two of those games frustrating).
I picked up a new set of models I am going to use for Kill Team in the mail, Deathwatch Veterans. It feels pretty bland but I have never bought Space Marines before and wanted to see where this goes.

Top 3: Graphite is messy
The pinewood derby cars are all done and ready to race. It will be interesting to see how they all place tomorrow. I spilled graphite everywhere getting them ready but they are looking sharp.
Watched "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl." It's very entertaining still.
My mechanical keyboard died last night so I have been doing some research for the next keyboard. Not looking forward to paying for it.

Top 3: Twitter is dying
I had fun in the office today, it’s nice to be around everyone. You learn a lot in a pretty short amount of time.
Mom was up watching Clark and helped the kids paint their pinewood derby cars which was a big help.
The Vegas Golden Knights game was a lot tougher than I thought it would be and fun to watch. Learned a lot about Kelly McCrimmon.

Top 3: What is the deal with 80's movies and regattas?
Watched "Summer Rental" and finished "The Three Amigos".
All the pinewood derby cars are legal, just paint and gloss varnish left.
Domain switching for this site, more SCS planning and mind-mapping. I don't know if any of these things are going anywhere but it's nice to put time into the creative bucket.

Top 3: The Fall of Sculpting
Sculpted the rest of the pinewood derby cars, now we are ready for priming and paint. Going to do a preliminary weigh in tomorrow night which will be interesting.
Received my copy of J.R.R. Tolkien’s (kinda) “The Fall of Numenor.”
Shoveled some snow in the morning which was troubling, but peaceful.

Top 3: Melt Metal for Medals
In order to get the kids pinewood derby cars up to weight, I took some inspiration from my younger days when making these cars. After buying a few ounces of lead sinkers and ceramic bowl, I melted it all down and poured it into the cars. All while using the heating element from the patio fire table.
Beat Magus in Chrono Trigger.
New Joycon controllers (blue/yellow) and making plans to fix the analog stick drift on the last two pairs, maybe I will get new shells.. maybe.
