Business is a competition. Competition is a business. As a startup, it may not seem like the competitive nature of the industry is a good thing for you. But actually, it is. Competition pushes you to be innovative, focused, and persevering. After all, every business in your niche will all be scrambling聽to have the bigger slice of the pie. Identiying our startup competition is one of the hardest part since we need to know what are their advantages and disadvantages to us. What can we offer to the people that they dont have.

After the pitching, there are things that we need to improve about our start-up. Since it is an Application start-up, there are lots of things to be considered such as:
1) Deeply research your market.
2) Define your elevator pitch and target audience.
3) Choose between native, hybrid and web聽app.
4)聽Know聽your monetization options.
5) Build your marketing strategy and pre-launch buzz.
6) Plan for聽app聽store optimization.
7)聽Know聽your resources.
8) Ensure security measures.
Also, we research more to better improve our Construction App and find more literature that could support our startup.
