The EEP is currently incomplete at the moment, but I'll be working on it as long as I can tonight to finish the information on the states, and edit what might have changed during the process.
I'm using Erin Reed's most recent Trans Safety Map and The Movement Advancement Project to compile information on each state and DC to help people determine if their state is safe for them to stay if or if moving is necessary.
