thinking a lot about Neil and Katelyn never getting the twins confused. not because of their looks but the micro mannerisms that only they notice. and one day one of the twins mocks the other, maybe Aaron mimicking Andrew’s dramatic shrugs or Andrew repeating back with Aaron said in the Exact tone and cadence. and Neil and Katelyn just. stare. for a solid minute. and then start yelling in equal disgust NEVER do that again, that was appalling you BECAME him- OH MY GOD IS THIS WHAT EVERYONE ELSE SEES??

Nathaniel: Pfff, I used to sleep with knives since I was a baby, now I prefer a gun under my pillow.

I still don't know how they met Jeremy and Andrew. Did they meet these two Californian boys and not let them go? Or are we still in an Exy AU; they simply joined the Foxes and challenge the monsters for their title? Jean speaks to Elodie through necromancy, and Kevin introduces her to Jeremy so she can talk to her dead brother and overcome this torment?

the concept of andrew having a soft voice that only neil can hear when andrew's tired and sleep drunk...hell yeah

"Would you like to go jogging with me?"

Usually, Andrew says no (a few rare exceptions excluded), so Neil is surprised when he shrugs and says, "Sure."

Neil waits by the door as Andrew changes into workout gear and then the two head out of the dorm and take the elevator down to the street level.

After a few stretches, the two begin a nice and easy jog around campus. For a while it's relaxing, quiet, but then Neil notices Andrew speed up a little.

"You don't wanna do that," Neil warns, fighting a smile.

Andrew flashes him a challenging smirk, speeding up a tad more.

Neil shrugs. "Okay then. Last one back to the dorms buys lunch."

"Fine."

Neil takes off a moment later, laughing when he hears Andrew swear. Sneakers slap against concrete as Andrew tries to keep up.

Neil makes it back in good time, hardly out of breath, and is in the middle of cool down stretches when Andrew finally catches up, red-faced and out of breath. He sits heavily on the curb, hands dangling between his legs, head down.

"Told you," Neil says with a smug smile.

Andrew holds up a middle finger.

Neil laughs, heading back towards the dorm, calling over his shoulder, "I'm thinking tacos today."

Hearing Neil say he didn't think Andrew would fight for him must have been a shock to Aaron because I know he was thinking

--what the fuck do you mean my brother who never visited his family visited because you asked him too, my brother who nearly got shot by a federal agent because he needed to touch you and make sure you were okay, who was ready to attack Abby of all people when she tried to take up time with you, my brother who hates cops insisted to be in the interrogation room with two fbi agents bc he didn't trust them with you, who strangled kevin because he knew and didn't tell him/stop you that guy wouldn't fight for you

From a WIP of a fic I'll hopefully finish 🤞Raven!Nathaniel because imagine the potential—I like turning up a notch the enemies to lovers too... And the fact they're both #03 👀 So here we are 🦊

Nathaniel and Jean got Kevin out of the Nest. When Ravens first play against the Foxes, Nate & Jean spot the weird dynamic between Andrew and Kevin. Jean thinks it's better to ignore it, Nathaniel thinks they didn't go through all that trouble just for Kevin to run back into the arms of another Riko. Andrew doesn't know who Nathaniel is and is amused by the sight of a Raven squaring up to him.
