you get it. cole/nya in canon is so shaky and not at all well written but it still existed. and cole/nya is fun to ponder on; my best friend loooves cole/nya/jay. people who do view him as gay shouldn't put down other ships with cole and a woman just bc of their headcanon/perception of canon.

for the record this post is a direct response to the weird cole sexuality discourse occurring. he doesn't have to be gay for cole/geo to be a thing. he doesn't have to be straight for cole/vania to be a thing. why are we fighting over this. why does it matter. don't even try to tell me cole/geo in DR S2 is representation when in canon it's bare minimum and can be explained as good friendship. as a gay man myself it's frankly weird seeing people lose their minds over the same level of 'rep' that shows like voltron got trashed over. one crew member on twitter saying it's canon doesn't mean it's good rep lol
