Disney announces new fantasy adventure Raya and the Last Dragon.

Written by Crazy Rich Asians screenwriter Adele Lim and inspired by martial arts movies, the animated film takes place in Kumandra “a reimagined Earth inhabited by an ancient civilization that venerated the mythical dragons for their power and their wisdom,” according to the film’s producer, Osnat Shurer.

Taking place in Southeast Asia, the movie reveals distinct clans living in the Land of the Dragon, but the dragons have vanished and Kumandra is under the control of a dark, sinister force. Raya is a lone warrior trying to save her world and determined to find the last dragon, who she believes has the power to save Kumandra.

It will arrive Thanksgiving 2020.

Hi everyone! This is my first POC Selfie Night!!!

I'm Divya, from India ~ who recently joined the Tumblrverse. I haven't had the opportunity to be as vocal and expressive about my love for @taylorswift as much as I would have loved to, not until now. I remember hearing Love Story for the first time on YouTube and running around in my little town in UP trying to find a Fearless CD. (Fun fact, didn't know Taylor merchandise existed, my parents didn't allow me that much internet time to explore lol!)

Ever since then, I googled all Taylor Swift songs, wrote down all the lyrics in a book, and kept it on me for so long until it recently got lost when we switched homes.

Anyway, fastforward 11 years, and I got my first Taylor merch on my 21st birthday from my own money! Phew, finally!

I love that today we have a platform to promote everyone and everything, exhibit A: POC.
