What We Know So Far

At least nine people’s deaths have been attributed to Hurricane Maria in the Caribbean islands.

All of Puerto Rico has lost power according to the island’s Office of Emergency Management.

The storm made landfall in Puerto Rico on Wednesday morning and is located 35 miles southeast of San Juan with maximum sustained winds of 155 mph. Wind gusts are expected to be much higher.

Maria on Tuesday became one of the most intense hurricanes by central pressure ever recorded in the Atlantic basin.

“We have not experienced an event of this magnitude in our modern history,” Puerto Rico Gov. Ricardo Rosselló said.

Parts of the Caribbean, including the British Virgin Islands, are still reeling from the deadly and destructive force of Hurricane Irma.

Yesterday was an awesome day because I finally got to meet the members of the @kaneshow finally met @kalagram_ @shelbysos @andrewhoody (I met him earlier this year for the Switch Preview, glad to see him again) and @mrerickv COOLEST DUDE EVER! Thank you for all the goodies yesterday (you know what they are lol) I love you guys!!! Hopefully next event I'll see you guys again (at Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament - Baltimore)

I am saddened by the loss of my favorite singers Chester Bennington from my favorite band Linkin Park died this morning. He committed Suicide and was only 41 years YOUNG! He was married twice and had 6 children. Suicide is a struggle that people are suffering from. If you know someone who has talked about committing be a light and help that person. Call the suicide prevention hotline and HELP ANYONE going through it. Listening to Linkin Park was my entire School career. Listening to their music will never be the same. Mike, Rob, Mr. Han, Phoneix I pray for you guys on the loss of your talented brother Chester. Strong condolences to Chester family and friends. @linkinpark #RIPChester #WeWillMissYou
