From Tumblr blogs..we love this one:)

Urbane atmosphere, attentive service, and meticulously crafted cuisine all explain why newcomer Nirmal’s has quickly become Seattle’s destination Indian restaurant. Dinner is served on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, when popular favorites include Murgh Taj and Goat Rogni. Owner Gita Bangera says that weekend brunch is coming soon, as well as a second location in the bustling South Lake Union neighborhood, where the focus will be Indian street food. Everything about Nirmal’s is ambitious—and it’s a complete treat.
