returning to new horizons: day 3

may 3, 2025.

hello! this is (basically) day 3 of my return to animal crossing: new horizons. and here is my outfit of the day. (i tried to work with what i had.)

after choosing an outfit, i got my daily coffee. pigeon milk, something i felt pretty uncertain about, was offered today, so i tried it.

i realized i had more than enough money in savings to pay off my loan, so i went ahead and did that, too. now i have four(?) rooms in my house!

before logging off, i went with kap'n to explore a new island, which ended up being filled with pumpkins. i brought them home, but i'm not sure if i can make anything with them yet.

honestly, i've never reset my island either lol. i just didn't play much when the game first came out and haven't done much decorating either. it's definitely been tempting to reset it, though (even though i haven't done much to my first island)!

returning to new horizons: day 1

april 26, 2025.

outfit of the day! i had this green dress, so i tried to pick things that went with it. (looking back at it now, it seems like the shoes might not go as well as i thought they did.)

i found a lost item and returned it to sally. it looks like this is the second day in a row sally had lost something. this girl needs to take better care of her stuff.

bringing ken some medicine got me this lounge tee, which i could definitely see myself wearing with the bottom that goes with it. also, mitzi visited the camp site. since someone moved out recently, i wouldn't mind them moving in.

then, after getting stung by some bees, i headed over to the museum to get some coffee. after using some medicine on the bee stings, i also thought i'd take a boat ride over to a new island, where i ended up finding a gyroid fragment. i buried it alongside the other two gyroid fragments i had with me.

may 2, 2025.

okay, yes, maybe i skipped a few days, but this is the second day i'm posting about, so i'm considering this to be day two. anyway, here's my outfit of the day. this one is probably a bit closer to what i wear in real life.

since this was two days ago, and i don't have the best memory, i'm basing this overview entirely on the few screenshots i took. here's an orange smoothie i made. and that's it because i don't remember anything else form that day.
