Short evaluation
Evaluation of my film
1. Which skills you think you were particularly good at and which you were less good at?
When creating our film i realised that i was very good at editing, i was able to match series of clips together, in chronological order as well as keeping them intime/sync. Editing felt straight foward and easy, I also found it easy to improvise and use the additional footage we took, to change any errors.

Regulators of areas in the media industry
Music videos & Films:
For music videos an organisation known as the British Board of Film Classification(BBFC).
The BBFC generally restrict what is shown in the music video rather than restricting certain people from from watching it.
For example, Robin thicke music video “blurred lines” was censored due to the work of the BBFC, the orginal music contained nudity and therefore the music video was edited and child-friendly version was published.
The BBFC also regulates films, they apply appropriate age ratings/restrictions, and in some cases suggest cutting out and/or altering the film to conform to guidelines.
The guidelines are based on two legal requirements as well as the BBFCs own policies, it should also be noted that the bbfc is not an government organisation.

About me
Hi, I’m Nekaira.
I am sixteen years old and previously attended haggerston, for my gcse options i choose: Personal finance, Business studies, Media studies and history. After completing my gcses i left secondary school with 8 A-C grades.
My Hobbies:
As a hobby me and my friends make music and go to studio to have it professionally recorded so that it can be posted on social media with or without a music video.
Tumblr media
The clip above is footage of me and several of my friends going to studio to record a song we had finished writing few hours before.
Another one of my hobbies are, going out with friends who have a “motive” this usually a party or going cinema or out somewhere new.
My other hobbies include watching anime in my spare time and making money with friends, as well as playing playstation.
I enjoy video games such as tekken, dragonball xenoverse and games similar to that genre.
My goals:
Once I leave college I hope to be a rapper and making money with all of the people who have helped and supported me with reaching my goals. While this is a goal of many I do believe that I can become what I desire to be in due time, as long as I am dedicated.
If i cannot be a rapper I want to be involved in media, I have chosen media studies, film studies and sociology, they all have respectable links to the media which is important if I want to be involved in it.
