An analysis of free speech
The concept of free speech is one that is rivaled by every bodily law that exists in the world today. For North America, free speech is something that is protected by the law, suggesting everyone is free to say what they want about whatever they want. The only issue is that people have begun to forget that the law does not protect those who use free speech, only their right to use it. That is the quandary that people have nowadays, and people who get mad at people who silence those with free speech are morons with the strange notion that those who should be silenced are the wrongdoers, even if that is a subjective way of looking at the world.
The Nazis who have called themselves the Alternative Right have begun taking up signs with intent on voicing their free speech, but have been silenced by those who oppose them. Oh, by silence, I mean their rally was interrupted by counter-rallyers who thought they were Nazis hiding behind the recalibration of political rhetoric spearheaded by our now President Donald J. Trump. In my honest opinion, this does not surprise me, as to combat free speech with your own is a very solid tactic that we define as debate, although I have a problem with protesting for this reason: there are not enough sophisticated panels by which people can just talk. We need signs and we need to pollute streets. We need to be heard, but because there is no common panel of communication, there is no law, and thus there is no debate, there is no convincing anybody on any side because of two reasons.
One reason is that people who are very animated about the political rhetoric that came with Trump’s nomination as President have begun to react in very immature ways. My sister did her part by rallying with her college campus during the Women’s March, which I personally find to have been a very effective protest as it was non-violent, as most are. Violent rhetoric is the only threat to rallies and marches because to suggest one side is killing America is to beg for people to run up to you and suggest the same to you. She did her part because it was nonviolent, and it was an expression of her fear, the fear that this President would do more to stifle women’s rights and the rights of the LGBTQ+ community than to strengthen them. To express fear of the future is to be a sensible American, with intelligence created not by what is seen on television but by what one sees.
The second reason is because our President considers those who rally against the people he puts in positions of power, and himself, as losers. He does not give them any consideration in terms of whatever intelligent discussion they make, and instead continues his work on the Fourth Reich. I joke about that because, in all honesty, I think Donald Trump is the worst President so far in America’s history since the man who began Reconstruction who, intentionally, created institutionalized slavery in the event that he could no longer institutionalize actual slavery. $25 Billion for a wall, and he pretends that we do not have the right to be a little pissed off.
Violence against those who wish violence on others is indefensible, as combating bigoted ideals with sensible ones is the only course of action against the rhetoric that has grown like a tumor over our nation. Until Trump puts the safety and happiness of the people he is leading over the intentions he and his administration have for our future, we will not stop. Until there is a sensible panel in which Trump can see through our eyes, through our ideas, there will not be a stop to the following phenomena.
One, violent mobs silencing protestors. Two, sexism and racism on both a social and political level. And three, anger and distaste towards Trump and his administration on a political and personal level.
I will end this with my own opinions: I am a Democrat, and have not seen any recent Republican political representative that has made me consider voting for a Republican ever in my lifetime. I voted for Hilary Clinton because she was a Democrat and because she had good experience, not because she was a woman. I personally believe the ignorance of the Republican Party allowed Trump to win, not their sensibility and not their education, and I do not believe it is fair to suggest Hilary Clinton is crooked considering Trump still refuses to release his taxes, scammed students out of an education during the Trump University scandal, and that just because one has a private email server shouldn’t distract from the possibility that government agents in the FBI leaked DNC emails, and emails privately stored by Hilary Clinton, to swing the election in Trump’s favor. I am a believer in the theory that Putin has his hand on Trump’s dick, politically, and that the Republican Party sold our country to Russia in the process. I have convinced myself that if I meet a Trump supporter that I will have a debate with them, on the spot, on why Trump was a better candidate than Hilary. If one word of bigotry, racism, sexism or ignorance is spit out by that supporter, I will be charged with assault and will have on my testimony that the man I spoke with is an intellectual terrorist attempting to destroy the world.

Of course you don’t. Free college might hinder the school-to-prison pipeline your  prison owning donors depend on
