dumb headcanon time: Xigbar got Demyx killed

I have a theory that Xigbar might have let it slip to his best friend that they did, after all, have hearts the whole damn time ( spoilers? meh ) and Demyx started telling everyone this

then Demyx is the first to die in Kingdom Hearts II (“oh we do too have hearts! don’t be mad”) , so Xemnas probably got sick of his shit and sent him out to die first

so Xigbar probably sent his best friend to die ahahaha (⊙‿⊙✿)

OH WOW. That took ALOT longer then expected. It started as a silly doodle and turned into this. I never thought that things would turn out this way. But here I am, shrinking back into Conan, with shocked eyes staring at me; unmoving. I can hear yells and heavy steps coming this way. They’ll be here any second now. I’m done for, there’s no escape.

I feel my consciousness start to slip away from me as I’m cocooned in my now unfit clothes. My body is still burning and my head feels like its being split in two. I take the last of my strength and slightly lift my head to look at the shocked face of the paling thief in front of me. The last thing that I remember before submitting to the darkness is the slightly trembling voice of the thief.

“T-tantei.. kun…?”
