im still sleepy, i just spent all day working out the basic code needed to make a customaizable player sprite for my game, all day… for a rediclously tiny amount of code, wanna see?

In order to get dynamic layered character sprite, i must set the following: 

set this in to my StoryInit passage 

<<set $layer = {     base: “feminine”, }>> 

which i can change and manipulate if i wanted that base to be a boy, with this 

<<set $layer.base = “masculine”>> and to show the player image i have to use this 

<div id=“show-player”>   <<print ’[img[images/player/’ + $layer.base + ’.png]]’>> </div> 

then finally, to get my picture to appear, i name the female one feminine.png and the male one masculine.png and make sure they are in the right directory

Okay, so! This is my second ever giveaway!

I can’t really…give you a lot. I’m not all that good at drawing, so that’s out, but I’m half decent at spriting!

A SET OF SPRITES…which is I don’t know, maybe 10 or so I guess. Depends on what you can give me. I mostly edit canon character sprites though [recently i’ve been trying to make my own so that’s a thing], so they aren’t all like…yeah. But yeah. Ten sprites! I guess!

AS MANY FLOATIES AS YOU WILL EVER WANT! I love making floaties, and they are the first thing I learned to make when it came to making gifs, so like, if you ever need a floatie, you got it. Just hit me up.

The naturally strongest of the group, Nostus is also the best at keeping focused - at least when one of the others isn’t doing something stupid. You live with an older troll that is past the normal fleet recruitment age, due to her work as a scientist. you liked to assist a with their research, tho you didn’t understand most of what she was researching, you did enjoy your self even tho you just fetched vials and beakers most of the time. but you did learn enough about labs to avoid breaking or spilling stuff,

your guardian troll was one indigo blood named Amthea Faunus who taught you all the skills you need for the art of surgery, experimentation, and lab work. she treated you kindly and showed concern for your safety

your aspirations of being a DocTerror when you grow up lead you to day dream alot about healing wounded trolls and saving lives is something that sounds wonderful to you, when you expressed this interest to Amthea, she agreed to give lessons in her lab when her work and life schedule allowed it, while setting you reading material and homework for you to complete between chores, ranging from anatomy to ailments  

your lusus, a large flightless squark beast you call Chocomom, also stay’s at the hive despite the fact her size prevents her from entering the hive, she made a nest beneath your respite block window so she can stay near  

you now run you own lab and have so much fun with your experiments, use much of what you learned in your practice and also branching out in to new fields or research, such as reanimation and blood cast research. tho you always make time to continue your DocTerror study’s

Hey Everyone!

Nikki here, and yes, we’re back! though this is kinda obvious by the picture posted last night. As said with the picture - we’ve moved to RPG Maker MV, this means bigger sprites, but not only that - We’re able to export the game to IOS, Android, PC AND Mac! So everyone should be able to play!

Which is great! As soon as I get some areas done i’ll upload a demo for ya’ll to check out! :)

But!

We still need cameo fantrolls. We’re hoping to fill all NPC positions with cameo trolls. This means help from you guys! All you gotta do is wander over to our submit button and give us the information asked.

We need trolls from every caste, every job, every walk of life. Please give them to us <333 We will treat them well and try to do our best by you for them.
