Help us congratulate this AWESOME couple, Anthony Brown and Corsica Brown, on their accomplishments of DEMOLISHING 22 lbs. of unhealthy fat as a couple. I remember talking to Anthony a very long time ago about making a lifestyle change but at the time he wasn't ready. Finally he got tired of lifting all the weights in the gym and not seeing any results.
