ooc: i made "wild" stuff back in the day lol... wild means stupid in this context... and all made without photoshop/photopea

first up, me fucking around with the comics and combining it with the show cause i pull heavily from both for my blog

Next is me fucking around with creating fake magazine covers this was gonna be a promo, i also made one for the academy in general but i didn't post it in this post which focuses mainly on my five stuff

Then we have me coming up with a little here icon for five in the style of his siblings icons from season 1/comics (the sibling ones were pins i believe for a time from dark horse) when they were a bit more combined. i didn't like five's just being his number (that i manually recreated here cause there was no hq imge of it)

Last i made multiple little sets of graphics with all the siblings names and an icon different from what the show official graphics gave them here is one for five (that is obviously in tune with my colorings for my blog specific graphics but also loosely based off of the color schemes for each character from season 1

season 1 graphic design for the show was something else, it set a precident for the show, and they never strayed too far which meant i have been able to use the same graphics for years, and i have always been happy with them especially as this type of graphic falls like right into my particular graphic making skillset

ooc: alright i am gonna try to work some of my s4 divergence/au today. first on the chopping block is whatever the fuck was that thing (i refuse to call it a relationship) with five and lila was. Then his CIA job.

I should note when I do AUs and Divergences in general i try to only adjust what my character does so as to not affect the choices of roleplayers and that if they want to keep their baseline plot they can. I also try not to affect the baseline plot entirely too much so as to create continuity with other players who may want to keep the atrocity that is s4 in tact on their blog.

ooc: alright so i have been watching some of the s4 press, and it made me realize 5 was not written will in s4. And I mean not like he was ooc, he very much was, but they mellowed him out too much, he had no biting comebacks, he was not harsh, and it took away alot of what made 5 who he was. and the reason the press made me think of it was emmy constantly talking about Lila's one liners, and sharp comebacks when 5 should also have those.

ooc: just read an interview where gerard way essentially confirms five said "fuck you" about names and thus my headcanon about five being like my name is five therefore i will always be called that by dad because fuck him is in fact even more true and canon

am i reading into it? maybe but like am i really?
