A dog. They're... Well, he's familiar with the animal, even if he hasn't seen them much - other than scavenger dogs, or farm dogs left behind in the wake of devastation, that is. This dog is clearly well cared for, well fed - and when he looks at the man with the staff on his back, Forrest gasps.

This is a man who does things similar as him - he has magic, that much is clear. He makes his way over to the other man, carefully skirting the dog, unsure if it's friendly or not.

"Hello... My apologies, but given that staff on your back - are you familiar with magic? A mage?"

Forrest isn’t unfamiliar with stares - but admiring ones, especially like the one the young woman is giving him, are quite foreign to the prince. His own face colours when hers does, and he makes his way over to her.

“Hello,” he speaks softly, as if she is a frightened animal he might scare away by being incautious. “Was there something you needed?”

A supple leather glove touches his chest, and he introduces himself - “I’m Forrest.”

She’s seen this person around a few times. It’s hard to miss them, considering their red hair and bright pink clothes. Hakuno thinks that Saber would like them, based on their physical beauty alone.

The thought makes her smile, though it’s quick to be replaced by a small blush when they look her way and she figures out that she’s staring.

Well, she’s always been weak to beautiful people.

Forrest doesn’t answer at first - of course he doesn’t. It’s only after a moment that he realises there’s no one else around, so she has to be talking to him.

“Me..?” His voice makes it pretty clear that she’s mistaken; while sweet, it’s still masculine. “If you’re speaking to me, I don’t have any more idea than you, really. But I’m a man, not a girl.” 

He looks rather irritated, after so long with people who stopped questioning him.

Even in her ridiculously foul mood, it didn’t hurt to ask someone what was with all of this.

“Hey…. girl. What’s with all of the food? Or all of these people really?”
