Diazepam: What It Is, What It Does and How You Can Buy Diazepam Online
What is Diazepam Used For?
Commonly known by its brand name Valium, Diazepam is a benzodiazepine used to treat an assortment of ailments, including anxiety disorders, alcohol withdrawal symptoms, seizures, cerebral palsy, paraplegia, athetosis, stiff-man syndrome, and muscle spasms. It is also effective at sedating patients suffering from anxiety before their medical procedures.
If you are looking to treat any of the conditions listed above, you can now buy Diazepam online with the simple click of a button.
How Does Diazepam Work?
Diazepam works by affecting the brain’s neurotransmitters. By increasing the amount of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the brain, Diazepam reduces the activity in the parts of the brain that cause irrational thoughts, memories, emotions, and breathing. This helps to calm abnormal activity within the brain, leading to better-regulated thoughts and emotions, slower breathing, and an over-all feeling of relaxation.
How to Take Diazepam
As with all medications, thoroughly read the instruction manual that came with your medication and refer to any notes your doctor or pharmacist gave you. Always reread the information with each refill incase any instructions have changed, and be sure to ask your doctor any questions you have about the medicine.
Diazepam is taken orally and can either be in tablet form, liquid form, or concentrated form. It can be taken with or without food, depending on your doctor’s instructions, and is typically taken 1-4 times a day. If using the liquid form, only measure your doses using the measuring tool that came with your medication. Likewise, if using the concentrated form, always use the medical dropper that came with the medicine and mix the dose into either liquid or a soft food, being sure to consume it all immediately.
Your dose will depend on your age, the specifics of your condition, and how you respond to taking Diazepam. Never take more frequent or larger doses than prescribed, never skip a dose or suddenly stop taking the medication, and always discontinue use once the duration of your treatment has ended.
Warnings and Precautions
Diazepam should not be used if you are allergic to Diazepam, other benzodiazepines, or similar medications. In addition, you should not take Diazepam if you:
•                    have acute, narrow-angle glaucoma
•                    take either of the drugs itraconazole (Sporanox) or ketoconazole (Nizoral)
•                    have myasthenia gravis
•                    are allergic to Diazepam or any of the other benzodiazepines
•                    have liver or kidney disease
•                    suffer from sleep apnoea or other breathing problems
•                    have hypersensitivity to benzodiazepines
•                    suffer from alcoholism or substance abuse
•                    are pregnant, planning on becoming pregnant, or are breastfeeding
•                    are under the age of 6 months
Pregnancy
If you are pregnant, planning on becoming pregnant, or if you become pregnant during the time in which you are using Diazepam, inform your doctor right away, as benzodiazepines can potentially cause congenital abnormalities, especially during the first trimester. Infants born while their mothers were taking benzodiazepines may experience respiratory problems and even withdrawal symptoms. It is also recommended to avoid breastfeeding while using Diazepam.
Stopping the use of Diazepam while pregnant can increase your chances of having a seizure if you take the medication for seizures, which can harm you and your baby, so discuss any new pregnancies with your doctor to consider a new treatment plan.
Depression
If you suffer from severe depression, let your doctor know if your symptoms worsen or if you have new thoughts of suicide or self-harm while taking Diazepam.
Addiction and Overdose
Abusing Diazepam can lead to addiction, overdose, or even death. Always keep your medicine out of reach of children or others who do not have a prescription, and tell your doctor right away if you begin to feel dependency, start drinking alcohol, take opioids, or start using other drugs while using Diazepam.
Side Effects
Diazepam can cause a number of side effects, so it is important to review the information in your instruction pamphlet and talk to your doctor if you experience any new or persistent symptoms. Common side effects include drowsiness, feeling tired, muscle weakness, and/or loss of coordination. Diazepam is more sedative in the elderly, increasing the likelihood of accidental falls or injuries, so be extra cautious while taking benzodiazepines like Diazepam.
Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how Diazepam will affect your performance, and get up slowly when using this medication to prevent falling, dizziness, or lightheadedness. Additionally, do not consume grapefruit or grapefruit juice while using this drug, as they may interact, leading to undesired side effects.
In rare cases, Diazepam can slow your breathing or stop it entirely, causing death. Make sure to have a caregiver nearby in case you need immediate medical attention. Signs to watch out for are slow, elongated breathing, blue lips, and difficulty waking up.
If you experience any of the following symptoms, contact your doctor at once:
·         weak, shallow breathing
·         extreme drowsiness
·         feeling faint or like you might pass out
·         depression, thoughts of suicide, or self-harm
·         confusion, delusions, or hallucinations
·         anxiety, insomnia, panic attacks
·         new or worsening seizures
·         hyperactivity, increased aggression, agitation
·         abnormal risk-taking
·         anaphylactic shock
Contact 999 or go to hospital immediately if you show signs of an allergic reaction, such as hives, wheezing, difficulty breathing, or swelling of the face, mouth, tongue, lips, or throat.
Withdrawal Symptoms
Suddenly stopping Diazepam can cause withdrawal symptoms. Common symptoms include shaking, abdominal cramps, muscle cramps, anxiety, panic attacks, sweating, vomiting, restlessness, and seizures. These symptomsare especially pronounced in those who have used Diazepam for longer periods of time or in higher doses. To negate these effects, your doctor might gradually decrease your dosage before discontinuing.

3 ways to improve Your Own Performance at Work
What would be the impact on your life? If you have the ability to harness your beliefs, you'd be able to do anything you wanted. Right? Hi, everyone. My name is Umar Hameed and I'm an expert at changing human behavior. And today I want to talk about beliefs. And I want to share three ideas with you. Number one, what are beliefs and where they come from? Number two, how you can identify your beliefs, because they sit in the unconscious, you're going to need to figure that out. And number three, possibly how you can change your beliefs, the ones that stop you from becoming awesomer. If you could change those, it would change your life, right? So number one, how do we get our beliefs, it turns out that were meaning making machines? And when you're a little kid, that's where we get most of our beliefs. If something emotional happens, we need to make meaning out of that. So for example, let's say you're seven years old, and you're playing Little League, and you hit this ball, and you win the game to the entire team, and your parents go, Oh, my God, you're amazing. And in that moment, that kid with that happiness, that joy, that emotion, kind of goes, I could do anything. And soon as they get that belief inside their head, it goes in their unconscious, and it starts coloring the way they see the world, right? So they look for opportunities to be amazing and be successful. And guess what they find it, even if they had failures in the past, all of those get forgotten. And the new belief takes over. But let's say you've got a kid, that misses an important moment, right? And all of a sudden, they go, Ah, do so close. Good job anyway, buddy. And the kid with the tone of voice and the body language can kind of goes on the failure, guess what, even if they had successes in the past, they're going to forget about those. And this new belief is going to dictate the way they show up in the world. And they're looking for validation that they were a failure, guess what? They're gonna frickin find it right? Number two. So how do you uncover those beliefs? If they're in the unconscious? How do you find them? Well, it turns out that it's really simple. What you need to do is ask a question. So let's say you're a salesperson, and you're doing a good job, and you've reached this level of performance, and you want to go higher. And what most coaches will do is kind of say, you know, you're made of, you're made a stars, you can do anything, but if there's a belief in your unconscious stopping you, you need to figure out what it is before you can actually transform that human being. And one of the ways to find out is you could go to that salesperson and say, Please finish this sentence for me salespeople are, the salesperson is going to go, they're awesome, they're driven, they can do anything. They're amazing. And then if you keep on asking it, pretty soon, if there's a negative belief in there, they're gonna go, they're untrustworthy. They're douchebags and sleazy. And all of a sudden, you get a list of negative beliefs that are sitting inside their head, and one of those beliefs could be the reason that they reached a plateau and they can't go higher. But you can find that your beliefs around money around love romance, whatever you want, just ask a simple question. People people in love are, and if the answer comes up suckers, you probably know there's an issue going on there. Right? So number three, once you've identified those negative leaves, how can you transform those, if you're working with a coach, that's an essential skill, right? The ability to identify your limiting belief and more importantly, how to transform it. There's some amazing tools from applied neuroscience that allow you to identify those beliefs and transform those very, very quickly. So let me tell you a quick story about a client. I had this client who was a world class micromanager. She had built this executive team around her that she trusted intellectually, but deep down if they did something, she had to be involved. And we uncovered there was a belief from a childhood experience that you can't trust anybody in the world. And that belief was controlling her behaviour. Even though intellectually she knew I can trust these people where it counts, that wasn't happening. So we identified what that belief was. And if you want to find out what that belief was, in the comment section, say, Umar I want to know and I'll send you a video that's about 10 minutes in length, it'll show you how I got her to identify your belief and what we did to transform it. Also, if you use that technique to uncover beliefs around money, or sales or whatever, let me know what comes up, put it in the comment section. I would love to know how you doing and how you could do better if you enjoyed this video in this series of these videos designed to make you awesome see you on the next installment. The Best Coaching For Real Estate Agents
Hello everyone, my name is Umar Hameed and I'm an expert at changing human behavior. I work with team leaders and real estate agents to make them awesome. And this is how I see the world.
You just got realtors that are doing a good job, but they know that could be so much better, right. And if they were so much better, they'd be happier, they'd be more powerful, more successful, they feel comfortable in their own skin, that have certainty of action, and the opportunities would be endless, right. And when you're not living that way, you're also leaving a tone of cash on the table. So there's a financial impact and also an emotional impact. Because you're not living the life you should be living, right. So think for a moment, how much is that costing you financially and emotionally? So the question is, Why does that happen? I love this formula. Skills tones mindset equals the results we get. And if you have weak skills and weak mindset, you've got like really, really crappy results, right. But if you have really great skills and a weaker mindset, the results aren't where they should be. And so what we need to do is we need to develop stronger skills and stronger mindset to get phenomenal results. In real estate, we have a tonne of courses, and gurus helping us on the skill set, and they talk around mindset. But if we could figure out how to take charge of our minds, it would change everything, beliefs around money, sales, life, coffee, everything, right? And those beliefs that we get from childhood, create a model of the world, how we think the world works, and our model of the world gives us our behaviors, and some of our behaviors are amazing, and some of them get in the way of us being phenomenal. The problem is, the reason we can't change our behaviors so easily is underneath every behavior that counts is a belief in our unconscious that locks it in. It's like a black hole of gravity that won't let that behaviour change. So what we need to do is to figure out how we can change our beliefs. And when we do it changes our behaviours like that. And that allows us to step up in a more powerful way. This is me, I was born in Pakistan, I'm a British subject lived in England. I'm a Canadian citizen, I ended up in the US Don't tell anyone on one step ahead of rentable have written three books on the subject of mindset, how can you get a stronger mindset, I've spoken at conferences in 14 countries have lectured on three continents at universities, founded four companies, I've done a presentation at the White House, my whole reason for being is to teach people how to take charge of their mindset. So they can change their behaviours, and they can start living the life they truly deserve. My whole goal is this, if you can give people the ability to take charge of their mindset, they could stay in that performance zone, just imagine if you stayed in your peak performance, not just once a month, but every single day of the month. And the way I do that is I coach with my clients 30 minutes each week. And we work on building a stronger mindset getting clarity of what they want to accomplish, and it allows them to accomplish so much more. Additionally, if one of my clients has a bad transaction, or they woke up and had a fight with their spouse, they can call me right away and can does a five minute triage get them back into the performance zone. So they start delivering at a much higher level. So this is what we do. We work with teams and individuals; we do 30 minute coaching sessions for the agents and the team leader. I want to build a powerful culture where people bring out the best in each other, we create such an environment that other agents go I want to work for you. The ultimate goal is to make your agents more productive, happier and more successful. If this speaks to you, please reach out and call me You can reach me at 410-949-7067. And there's a link at the bottom of this video. That's going to let you go to a landing page that has a tonne of testimonials from agents and team leaders on how powerful and how impactful this kind of coaching is. How to Improve Self-Esteem
You could boost your self esteem and confidence in less than five minutes. Your mindset is the number one determining factor how well you do in life. In a moment, I'm going to show you a tool that proves to you that you can take charge your mindset, and the benefit is going to be your self esteem is going to boost up pretty quickly like bam.
To begin, we need to figure out where your self esteem is, right? Now, let's take a look at the scale. If you’re self esteem was zero that would be really bad, right.
And on this end, we've got 100, you'd feel like a superhero, so wants you to ask within what's my level of self esteem, and a number is going to pop up between zero and 100. Whatever that is, jot that down. So you don't forget, now that you have that number, let's begin, I want you to imagine that the local TV station is going to write an article about you. And to get ready, you go into this room that's divided into with a glass wall. And you're sitting on one side of the room with a tablet of paper, writing down your accomplishments all the way back to when you were in kindergarten, doing those finger painting things that your parents loved, things you did in elementary school projects, you did awards, you won,
things you did for your family, what you didn't Sunday school, what you did in high school, summer jobs, athletic events, I want you to think of what you did in college at work for your community, for your family, for your church. And as you're writing down your accomplishments, the essence of who you are, some people call it soul steps out of your body, floats through that glass wall and you stand on this side of the glass wall watching yourself, write your accomplishments. And as you do that, I want you to imagine someone from your life, someone you know, someone that loves you very much. And it could be one of your children could be a parent, cousin, a friend, whoever that is for you. Just imagine that person is standing right next to you watching you write your accomplishments. And since your spirit for a moment, I want you to step into their body. And as you do that, you can see yourself through their loving eyes and really get a good sense of how they see you through their loving eyes, right. And when you have a good sense of that, I want you to hear the thoughts they have for you how much they love you. And since you're in their body, you might as well access the depth of their emotions for you how much they love you how much they care for you. Then you have three things, right? How they see you, you can hear their thoughts about you, and the depth of their emotions. So you step out of their body, you go through that glass wall to where you are right now watching this video when you step back into your body. And if you check your level of self esteem, that number has gone up. That's the awesome power we have once we figure out how to take charge of our mindset. Hi, my name is Umar Hameed and I'm an expert at changing human behavior. I've written three books on the subject. I've spoken at conferences in 14 countries. Because no matter where in the world you go, people want to know how do I take charge of this right.
I've developed the webinar that I want to share with you. The webinar covers three things number one, how human beings work and how our mindset is formed. Number two, where we get stuck, what stops us from executing at the level we want? And number three, probably the most important how you can get unstuck, so you become awesome. If this speaks to you click on the button below. Watch the webinar is going to change your life. Visit: https://nolimitsselling.com

Passion, Beliefs, and Commitment
The way I see it, leaders have two main functions within an organization. Number one to hold a vision that's so compelling that people literally like go their limitations and do whatever it takes to make that vision a reality. Number two; create a culture with his passion, a high level of commitment, and a shared set of beliefs that the organization truly is unstoppable. To accomplish this, leaders need to get all the people to come together and get them on the same page and get them going in the same direction. This creates a team that's totally committed to one another, and to the goals of the organization. leaders have always known if they could get the people stuff, right, what I call the human element, there is no challenge the organization can not conquer. There have been books written movies made and legends told about highly effective organizations, because they happen so infrequently. Oh, but when they do, they build new industries, they redefine what's possible, and they change the world. as we know it. Highly effective organizations all have three elements in common. Number one, a set of beliefs that allows them to take on the big challenges. Number two, passion that gives them an unlimited amount of energy to succeed. And number three, an unwavering commitment to one another, and to the organization as a whole. This is how you build an organization that's designed to win. Now mastering the human elements difficult, but it's worth pursuing. Because the rewards of building a highly effective organization are immense. In organizations with people have a commitment to speak the truth, better decisions are made. So they out think the competition in organizations with passionate people, there's a high level of urgency. So work gets done faster, which allows them to outpace the competition in organizations where the beliefs align, everyone and I mean, everyone brings their A game to the table, so they do whatever it takes to get the job done. Now, the need to build a highly effective organization is so strong, that literally there's an army of consultants that have built a $100 billion a year industry, the dirty little secret that no one talks about, that these change initiatives fail over 70% of the time. Now, I think this happens, because for most organizations, beliefs, commitment and passion are just quaint words from a bygone era that look good on a brochure. I've spent over 15 years researching how to transform average organizations into highly effective ones. And I've unlocked the secret how to instill beliefs, passion, and commitment into the hearts and minds of people. So they break through the mediocrity and drive the organization into excellence.
Hi, my name is Eduardo awareness. I'm a president and general manager of one of the most important human resource company in Ecuador. I was lucky to attend one of Omar Hameed presentations. During the capital of Cuba during the human capital forum in Quito. I was really impressed on his presentations because he basically proposes a different way of confronting current conflicts. I do recommend, and I am a firm believer that what Omar is promoting as an alternative to conflict solving is effective. As managers we go through many different strategies and models, which has not been able to really solve our conflicts. And I too believe that Omar's mythology will definitely help companies in present and future to make a better environment and of course, to make the group thing more productive.

How to handle Office Politics?
When you have office politics and that dysfunction happening in your teams, you pay a much higher price. I'm not sure if you have silos happening in your organization, if you do, different departments are not communicating with each other and sharing ideas and supporting each other in the way that they want. And that is costing you a bundle. When you have office politics, you can get a clear, compelling vision where everybody comes together and says, you know, that is a goal worth going after. And when you have people that aren't committed to the same goal, it costs you big time. When you have office politics, you have low trust, I'm not sure if that's happening in your organization. But that just makes it you know, a difficult place to get stuff done a difficult place to retain employees a difficult place to get people to go above and beyond the call of duty, if that's happening in your organization, it's costing you a bundle. If you have office politics, you've got low confidence happening, when you have low confidence between each other and between the processes that we develop, then people don't fully commit to you and your organization. And that costs way too much. When you have office politics, people are looking after their own ego, their own selfish needs, they put their needs and their departments needs ahead of the organization, all of that comes down to an organization. When there's a problem, people are blaming each other and that is poisoned, toxic, toxic to your organization. So the question is, you know, why do people do that? How can you get that office politics out of your organization? Well, here's how it comes in. So your ancestors, maybe 100 generations ago, were a bunch of selfish sob is if they found some food, they guarded it with their lives, and they beat people with clubs to get them away. Because if they eat that resource, they had that food, they became stronger and became stronger, they attracted more cuter mates, and more attractive mates. And together, their offspring were stronger and more beautiful. And they had an advantage over everyone else. So we come to the selfish behavior, because it's genetically important for us to survive. But then we bring people into our organizations, and we want them to set aside their biology, this need to be, you know, important and protect themselves and be selfish, and put the needs of the whole organization ahead of theirs. And the only way you can do that is you need to understand that underneath every single behavior, like blaming, like silos, like selfishness, like ego behavior, underneath, every behavior that really counts is a belief in our unconscious that controls it. So the only way you can change office politics, remove it from your organization, is figure out a way to change the behavior. And we do that we spend a ton of money, we hired consultants, we've got 100 billion dollar a year industry of consultants coming into your organization telling you how to end office politics, but most of the time, they fail miserably because they're trying to change behavior without addressing the underlying belief that controls it. If we want to create real change within our individuals, within ourselves, within our teams within our organizations, we need to understand, as a leader, you're not in the process business, do these behaviors during the belief change business, if you change the beliefs, what happens is behaviors automatically and permanently change to more empowering ones with people go above and beyond the call of duty? Because it's not about me. It's not about my department. It's about how do we make this organization stronger, better, faster? How do we beat the daylights out of the competition? How do we create an organization where people go out of their way to want to join us because we've got an organization where people are supporting each other doing meaningful work and making a difference in the world? And that's your job as a leader is to do three things, right? Number one, what you need to do is you need to have a compelling vision, that's strategically sound that people go I would take a bullet for that. The second thing you need to do is to to manage the culture. So there's no office politics, people are going above and beyond the call of duty. And the third thing is building long term shareholder value. So you grow your organization, so it becomes more valuable.
To do that what you need to do is to educate yourself in the field of applied neuroscience in the field of neuro linguistic programming. When you do that you understand how to change those beliefs. So you become stronger. You understand that so you create a culture where people are setting aside their selfishness and embracing this new vision that you developed and that's how you build organizations that win. for more tips visit: https://nolimitsselling.com

Success tip - Improve Your Critical Thinking
The thing that separates average leaders from great leaders is their ability to use their mind in a different way gets different perspectives that allow them to come up with more elegant solutions. And in a moment, I'm going to share with you how you can use this simple tool to allow you to do that amazing trick to become a better leader.
Hi, everyone. My name is Umar Hameed. And my whole reason for being is to teach people how to use this amazing gift their mindset in a different way that allows them to get more amazing lives, right? So let me tell you a story. First, I'm going to show you the technique. Many years ago, I was in Silicon Valley, and I was going away on a trip and one of my colleagues came in my office, went to the whiteboard and wrote down ww UD and I said, Well, what's that and he goes off? What would Umar do when your staff comes in your office? You're not here, they can look at that sign and know what you would decide. And sure enough, I mean, don't we all have that ability when you were a kid Didn't you know that if I want to To accomplish this thing, I should go to mom and say it this way, because she's gonna say yes. And for this other thing, I should go to dad and put it that way. We know what other people are going to decide how they're going to think, pretty accurately, it turns out. So when you come across a situation where you want to find a more elegant solution, what you can do is this, say for that particular situation, let's say it's growing my business.
I what would Brent Hauer do in that situation? And you can ask that question, or more powerful technique is imagine that you've got Brent's mask on so you're actually being him for a moment, looking in that situation. And you know what, you're going to get an answer that comes up, we'll give you a different perspective than the one you had. Then you go well, okay, who would be somebody else that would actually be really good at this. And you might go Richard Branson from Virgin Airlines, he would be amazing at this, and you put his mask on, look at the situation, you come up with a different perspective. And now you have three perspectives on that, that one problem and three perspectives will allow you to come up with a better solution than you would have just by looking at it from your land's your perspective. Hope you enjoyed this. And if you did, these tips will come to you once a week brought to you by the good folks at the Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce and yours truly, and I hope you enjoyed this. Please write a comment, how you use this, what you liked what we could do better. And there's tips coming your way once a week, and I look forward to sending in the next step. Success Tip: Failure is the key to success
What if I told you the ultimate strategy for success is to suck? Sounds ridiculous, right? But there's some wisdom in there. In a moment, I'm going to share that with you.
Hi, everyone. My name is Omar Hameed and I'm an expert at changing human behavior. And I was just interviewing Wayne Johnson. He's the president of Lafayette Pictures and he was telling me about his start in show business. He got inside his head that, you know, I want to write a book about my life story. And he started writing this book and it turned out to be, you know, 200 pages, 300 pages. And it was like a big, ugly project.
And he said, that's too much hard work. So I'm going to give up on the book. But I'm to turn this into a screenplay. It would be like 90 pages, 100 pages. I could do that. So he writes this screenplay and he realizes it kind of sucks. So he gets a script doctor to make it better and then he starts pitching it to studios and managers. And nobody wants to buy his screenplay. But he gets noticed and people say, you know, you're right pretty well.
There are some movies that need to be made. We're going to hook you up with some filmmakers. And he gets his first gig to write a script for a movie. And he's done a lot of impressive things since then. But had he waited to write the perfect book, he probably would not have been done. And if it was done, it'll turn out to be like a paperweight. If you waited for the perfect script, he probably never would have gone out to find agents.
The trick to achieving your dreams and becoming exceptional is to get it outside of your head, your heart, getting out there in the real world, whether it's writing the script, whether it's starting a business, whether it's asking somebody incredibly attractive out for a date, whatever it is, go out there and do it. And the doing of it gives you the experience you need to get better. The only thing you need to do is don't beat yourself up.
If you don't do something exceptional, which you need to do is learn that it's feedback, feedback, feedback, no matter how well you do. Even if you did like a phenomenal job on your very first time out, there's always ways to improve. So I don't want you to be a perfection machine. I want you to be a better machine. And what that means is just create and, you know, as soon as you've created it, you can do better, better, better.
That's how superstars that have those overnight successes achieved that it's not. The overnight success is the 100 attempts they did to get the experience, the expertise, the passion, the tenacity to be successful. And that's my biggest wish for you. I want you to suck. I want you to create and I want you to get better. And the fourth attempt that you do, you're going to be fabulous, baby. And if you like these kinds of tips coming your way, just go to my website at No Limits, selling dot com and hope to see you on the next episode. visit my website: https://nolimitsselling.com

A Simple Mind Hack to Improve Your Performance
Today I had a thought that popped in my head, I was just thinking about that visual of Einstein sitting there in his study with this ugly, horrible math all in front of him trying to figure out the mysteries of the universe is probably like yanking it is here. And that's why he's got that funky hairdo. But at some point he decoded it. figured out what needed to be figured out to take this complexity and turn it into something simple like E equals MC squared. And now any shop like me can figure out the mysteries of the universe just by plugging in a couple of numbers, but it took the genius of Einstein to resolve it right. The next thought I had was this human beings are complex creatures. We have these hopes, dreams, desires, wants, jealousies, inadequacies. What if we could figure out a way to make that simple simplified. Then I had this notion of two coins. You got one coin here, and on one side of the coin is happiness, what's your level of happiness on an average day? If it's not an eight or above, then something's wrong, right? Something that's getting in the way Even though you might think you've got a pretty decent life, if you're not happy that high level, then something stopping you, and it gives you a clue on what to do. The other side of that coin is stress. Now there's good stress that I love that lets you do amazing things and do things on short deadlines and bring out the very best of who you are. But this bad stress to the bad stress that stops you, that puts you in that fight or flight response that makes your life miserable. What's your average level of stress day to day, and you can monitor them when you monitor that you can actually improve it right? The second coin, the second coin on the top side has love because I think ultimately at the end of the day, it's all about love. And this is not like touchy feely, oh, you're touchy feely? No. Do you love yourself? The people that are around you that are important to you? Do you love them in the way that you really want to in the way that they need to do you love what you do for a living? Do you love your impact in the world? I mean, love is an important measure, right? What's your average level of love? flipside of that is not hate it's fear. Fear is what stops you from living the life that you want. Fear is what makes your life miserable. Fear is what makes your life smaller. Fear is what makes you less than you possibly could be. So why not measure those four things? Every day? What's my level of happiness? What's my level of bad stress? What's my level of love? And what's my level of fear? I think you can condense down the human condition in that. So let's say let me give you some examples. I'm going to make this video longer than I should. But if you like this sort of stuff, you might want to pay attention.
So let's take a look at
Atlas love. If your level of love isn't what it needs to be, then something must be getting The way either is what's happening with other people, or what's happening within you. Because sometimes what stops us from loving in the way that we want is our belief about worthiness. And if you're not getting the level of love you want, then you might go what's causing it ended up being worthiness, it gives you a clue on what you need to change inside you to get the love that you want, right. The other side is fear. How much fear Do you have what's causing that fear? Is there some elemental thing within you,  that is the root of all of your fears, because if you could figure that out, you could go down and resolve it. And when you resolve that you wouldn't improve your life in one area, you would improve it in numerous areas, maybe every single area that you have no more holding back, no more stopping. On the happiness side, if you're not happy, then either you're not doing the work you should be doing or living the life you should be living or settling for things you shouldn't be settling for right soon as you get a lower level of happiness. It's your cue to look for what might be causing it. Then, of course, the flip side of that, which is that negative stress. You can figure out what's causing it. Is it that you've got an unreasonable deadline? Or is it that you've got some belief in here that's causing that stress that doesn't need to be stressed there. Anyway, that was my thought today, and I thought I'd share it with you that we can make life as complex as we want. Or we can simplify it down to Einstein did it with energy, speed of light, and matter. I've done like a shoddy kind of effort at simplifying it into the scales of happiness, negative stress, love and fear. Visit: https://nolimitsselling.com

Build a More Effective Realty Team
If you lead a team of realtors, you know what their potential is, right? And you know what they are currently accomplishing. This delta is the potential that your team is squandering.
If you could figure out how to unlock that potential it would be an awesome year. Right? So the question is, how do you do that?
Typically, what team leaders choose to do is get more training, more coaching, more motivation. All too often, this does not work. It’s been tried. Don’t get me wrong all of these strategies have an impact, but agents go back to their old ways.
I’m going to share with you why that happens, and more importantly, what you can do to get your team to perform at a dramatically higher level. So your team improves its performance.
Recently, I was hired by a real estate team leader to help his team do better. Best way to highlight how I helped the entire team is to share how I helped two realtors become awesomer.
Tumblr media
I’ve changed the names of the realtors to protect the innocent.

I’ve changed the names of the realtors to protect the innocent.
Realtor One
Tony comes in to get unstuck. And what we uncover is a limiting belief, “I’m too young for this business, people won’t take me seriously”. This belief had been sabotaging Tony’s efforts.
I’m an expert in two branches of psychology called Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Applied Neuroscience. These are the fasted ways to transform limiting beliefs.
In the first session, we transform that belief and sent him on his way. Two weeks later, he reported back. That thought that I’m too young has never entered my mind in two weeks. And by the way, I just closed a listing for three and a half million dollar house. All of my performance indicators are off the charts.
When you change a limiting belief you unleash exceptional performance.
Realtor Two
The second real realtor we will call her Janet. Janet’s been in the industry for a while. Some part of Janet’s psyche knows with certainty that she could be great. Unfortunately, another part of her psyche thinks, I’m too old for this business.
These two parts of her psyche wee at war creating a ton of stress and lowering her performance.
In our first session, I helped her resolve that conflict. Ever since then she has been on frickin fire. All those thoughts about being too old have all disappeared and she’s just operating at a much higher level.
That’s what I’m doing for the entire team. June, our first month of working together the team has had their best June ever.
Team Leaders
What I’d like to do is set up a meeting with you to share with you the science behind how to transform realtors. I guarantee that our meeting will be insightful. I’m going to share with you how you can help your team breakthrough to a higher level of performance.
If you’re ready to have an awesome team, please set up a meeting with me. I’d like to be your guide on this journey.

The Secret to Getting Better Results in Anything You Do
The best deal I ever negotiated wasn't even for me. I was helping a friend buy a new car and I was fearless. My friend was ecstatic with the deal and in awe of my negotiating abilities. Six months later it turned out to be a lie!
Six months later I was buying my car and I caved in at every opportunity. I was putty in the salesperson’s hands, he could have sold me undercoating. The deal I negotiated was great for the dealership but not for me.  .
Why did the "power negotiator" in me abandon me in my hour of need?
It turns out there is a psychological reason why you behave differently in social or business settings.  The phenomenon is called Social Inhibition.  Your concern for what people think of you changes your behavior.  For most people it causes them to pull back into a safer more conservative mode.
There are three parameters that influence our level of Social Inhibition:
Self-image - We all have a self-image of who we think we are. Our self assessment is seldom accurate because our self-image is too flattering or too jaded.  This results in people having the illusion that they are more capable than they actually are or they dupe themselves into thinking they are a failure respectivly.
Projected-image - We have a concept of how we want others to perceive us.  We act differently when we are with strangers or people we are trying to impress compared to hanging out with our friends.  Most people know how their self-image is different than their projected-image.
Actual-image - This is the reality of who we actually are. This is your true identity which you aspire to be. Your life experiences (good and bad) change your self-image and the image you project to others obscuring the authentic you.
The fastest way to breakthrough the bondage of Social Inhibition
Since ancient times we have used masks to change the way we interact with others. The mask gives you the power to decide how you want to behave in any situation. Costume parties are a great example of people being freer because the mask gives you permission through anonymity to act differently.  The mask allows you to be the authentic you in any situation.
 Pick your mask carefully
In any situation you will know what attributes that would be most useful. Lets say being outspoken would serve you best.  Think of the person that exemplifies that attribute and put on their mask and watch your behavior change immediately.

Proven Ideas to Boost Your Sales By 50%
1.       Master the Human Element
When sales managers look at salespeople, they pay close attention to two areas: The person’s selling skills and their drive and motivation to go out and get the job done. That makes perfect sense until you consider the following scenario.
John is a salesperson with a high level of drive and really good selling skills. The sales manager is happy to have John on the team because he gets good results. The sales manager is certain that if John “applied” himself he could do much better. Another one of his salespeople, Janet, is less driven and has no formal sales training. Somehow, she gets phenomenal results and the sales manager considers Janet to be his best salesperson.
Tumblr media
 So how is this possible?
If Janet consistently delivers better results than John, something other than drive and sales skills is at play. Our research reveals the hidden factor is the “human element.” This human element is the “goings on” inside the heart and mind of a salesperson. Not surprisingly, the human element has a huge impact on the results we achieve. The human element can amplify or reduce the impact of a salesperson’s performance. In this example, if John could change his mindset and overcome his limiting thoughts and beliefs, he would deliver truly spectacular results. The human element is a primary driver in life, sports, and business.
 2.       Our Beliefs Determine Our Behavior
Our beliefs determine our behavior which, in turn, determines our results. As salespeople, we know exactly what our results are. At the end of the month, we get a sales report outlining how much we sold. So, if we want to do better, we need to change our behaviors. Now the question becomes how do we change our behavior?
Here’s an example. I was working with Denise. She knows what she has to offer her company is truly valuable and worth every penny she charges. Denise works for a very small company which goes up against giants like Motorola and Intel. Although the company has had past success going up against giants such as these, in her heart of hearts Denise wasn’t quite sure her company could deliver the goods. In her unconscious mind was a belief that “we cannot deliver on our promise.”
This unconscious belief ensured Denise would deliver average results. Denise did great presentations which piqued her client’s interest…that is, until the subject of price came up. At first Denise would defend the price, but very quickly would cave in. The old belief was sabotaging her performance. Using techniques derived from the latest discoveries in neuroscience, we changed that belief Denise had long held from “we cannot deliver what we promise” to “we deliver high value.” Once we changed that belief, Denise’s behavior changed immediately. When people started pushing back on price, she pushed back on value, and that allowed her to increase her deal size by 150%. Our beliefs determine our behavior.
3.       Inner conflict stops us from taking action.
I was doing a presentation about how to build highly effective sales organizations. Amy approached me afterward and said, “You know what? I go to networking events and meet a lot of people. When I call them to get an appointment, I always know exactly what to say after I’ve hung up the phone. I’m just not getting appointments.” She continued excitedly, “And the same thing happens when I am go door-to-door cold-calling. I meet business owners, but things don’t work out well. Afterward, when I’m back in the car, I say to myself, ‘I should have said this’ or
‘I could have done that.’ I never know what to say when I’m actually in the situation! Being like this is killing me financially.”
In a one-on-one session with Amy, we used the latest insights and techniques from neuroscience to help her with the issue. We discovered she had an inner conflict: One part of her knows that she could be a great salesperson and has everything she needs to be highly successful; but she also had another part of her that said, “Hey, who are you to be doing this? You weren’t really trained properly in sales, you don’t have the right education, and you certainly have no mastery over the topic.” Amy had two conflicting parts in her mind: One said, “You can be a great salesperson;” the other one said, “You don’t have what it takes.” This inner conflict was literally sabotaging her results.
The traditional method for helping her would have been a sales training. And yet sales trainings would have never realized the source of Amy’s behavior—her inner conflict. What sales trainings typically offer is something like this:
“So, you’re not getting the results you want when you go into situation x, y or z; okay, this is what you say and this is how you say it.”
However, sales coaching are not designed to determine or resolve an inner conflict. But by using powerful neuroscience methodologies, Amy was able to resolve her inner-conflict and make a lot of sales.
A few weeks later, I received a phone call from Amy where she reported, “Wow, Umar, you won’t believe what’s happening. I started calling prospects Monday morning; I don’t know what happened really—but the right words just fell out of my mouth! I got one appointment and then I got another and another. That week I got 17 appointments. I’ve never had this kind of success before.”
Once Amy resolved her inner conflict her results improved immediately. I didn’t teach her a thing about what to say in these situations. Neuroscience helps us focus on the driving issue that is causing the inner-conflict and how to resolve it. Resolving Amy’s inner conflict allowed her to deliver phenomenal results. Therefore, the third proven idea relies on the understanding that inner conflict stops us from taking action. Once we resolve an inner-conflict we see an immediate improvement in results.

Boost your productivity by 150% without breaking a sweat
Just imagine what the impact would be on your professional life if you could do 12 hours worth of work in an 8 hour day. Most of us work really hard in our jobs but are we being effective? The sad truth for most of us is NO! Everyone knows the cliché’ work smarter not harder. Once you can harness the power of your attention span your productivity will sky-rocket.
Tumblr media
Most of us work with an illusion of being focused on a task for 3 – 5 hours in a stretch. We start off with a lot of will power and determination. But the truth is that each of us has a particular attention span. If we haul ourselves to work beyond that, our performance goes down. But there is a solution! You can begin by finding out your own attention span. Start out by being highly focused on a task for 15 minutes without any distractions. Check your intensity at the end of those15 minutes. If your attention level is as good as it was when you started, increase your next work session by 5 minutes. Keep increasing that time till you discover that your level of focus and intensity is faltering. This is how you discover your attention span where you are at peak performance.
Now that you know your attention span you can work flat-out for that period of time then take a 5 min break. You could use this break for something entertaining or getting a cup of coffee. You could even do another work related task like returning your calls, answering emails or taking some notes. This break recharges your mind so when you come back to the project at hand highly energized and focused.  Once you start using this technique you will boost your productivity by 150%.
This is an important step towards bringing a positive change in your professional life. Understand your attention span. Be highly productive for that period of time. Do something different for a bit to recharge yourself, and then come back to your project. This way you can cultivate more productivity out of your day. Not only will your performance go through the roof, you will have more energy after the work day is done.  Work smarter not harder will not be a cliché’ anymore, it will be your work mantra!

Supercharge Your sales team with Neuroscience Based Sales Training
This is a problem that sales managers have been trying to solve since the dawn of business. You can almost imagine a merchant circa 1300 lamenting to a friend, "What stops my traders from calling on the bigger kingdoms and getting higher prices is beyond me!" This exact conversation is going on right now in the offices of sales managers and company presidents all around the globe. The commodity may have changed but the essence of the conversation is the same. What stops my salespeople from attaining the results I know they are capable of?
According to David Stein, the CEO of ES research group, an analyst firm focused on the sales training industry, "American businesses spend over $7B a year in sales training and yet the failure rate is over 80%." ES Research's data shows that sales training has a motivational effect that fades with time. Stein explains, "Most salespeople revert back to their original production level within 80 days unless there is some sort of intervention that reinforces the training."
There are many approaches to solving this problem, most of which don't work:
Reward success: Vacations, money, and public recognition work for some. For others there is little or no motivational value. Beyond that, there is ample research that says rewards start losing their effectiveness the more you use them.
Punish failure: This can be a great motivator for certain people, but overall it has a detrimental effect on the morale of the sales organization. And once again its effectiveness tapers off with repeated use.
Upgrade selling skills: The sales manager or a hired gun comes in and teaches the sales team sales skills that they usually already know. On occasion something new is delivered that makes a difference. Sales Coaching does deliver a boost in sales. Unfortunately, sales usually slide back to the normal level all too quickly.
Motivation: An impassioned speech from the CEO or a flavor of the month speaker can get the entire sales team fired up and ready to take on the world. Salespeople can usually maintain the fervor for days, sometimes for weeks, but eventually their fantasy collides with the reality. And the motivation fizzles out.
External Motivation is Short-lived - Internal Motivation is Permanent
One of the key elements of sales training is its motivational effect. There are two types of motivation; external motivation, which is transitory, and internal motivation, which stays with you no matter what. Unfortunately, sales training delivers external motivation. It's no wonder that the "high" from a great sales trainer often fizzles out quickly. Furthermore, relying on external motivation means businesses constantly have to invest in ongoing sales training just to keep pace.
The key driver that determines sales success
Most sales professionals intrinsically know there has to be something more than traditional sales training. If we knew what the missing element was, we could transform training from just a motivational experience with short-term gains into one that provides a permanent change that delivers improved results.
Salespeople as a group are notoriously difficult to study because there is such a wide array of sales methodologies. It's like comparing apples and oranges. Even if a company standardizes on a particular sales methodology, an objective study is still challenging because the individual salespeople feel more comfortable reverting back to their native sales techniques. This creates a mishmash of techniques within a company.

5 Best ways to Create Effective Sales Script
The fastest way to grow your revenue is to land more appointments with highly qualified prospects that have the need, urgency, and budget to buy your product or service.
A killer sales script is an essential element of any successful appointment setting strategy.
Once you get that sales script done right, it will allow your business to be scalable so you can hire more salespeople. The script will get new salespeople up and profitable very quickly. If they run into problems you can coach them on how to use the script more effectively.
Tumblr media
These are the five key elements to writing a good sales script.
1. Grab Their Attention - Pattern Interrupt
You need to grab the attention of your prospect in the first few seconds or the call will result in a hang-up. Using a pattern interrupt is a powerful way to do just that. People are busy and they see sales calls as a nuisance. As soon as they hear, “Hi. My name is Jane, I’m from XYZ” they feel a compelling urge to hang up and get back to their work.
A pattern interrupt is a question or a statement that’s going to stop them dead in their tracks. Pattern interrupts are designed so prospects want to hear what you have to say.
On one of my calling campaigns, I used a recording of a crying baby. After 2 seconds of hearing a baby cry, I would say, "Do your salespeople start to cry when you ask them to make cold calls?" This always resulted in the prospect laughing and commiserating about their sales team. This gives you an opportunity to start a conversation that follows your sales script.
2. Calling Scripts Suck!
Sales people hate calling scripts because they are scared they are going to sound scripted. The prospect will think, “This dude is not even talking to me he is reading a script.”
To make your script sound natural, use a digital recorder and read your sales script to a colleague who is pretending to be a prospect.  Together listen to the recording and make the necessary changes to the script to make it flow better. Rinse and repeat until you have a highly effective script.
3. Are You Listening?
Experts in communications tell us most people are too busy in their own thoughts to truly listen to others. You know what it feels like when someone is not paying attention to you. Would you want to do business with someone like that?
As a salesperson, we need to be better listeners. Here is a powerful technique that will make you a world class listener. When the other person is talking repeat what they are saying inside your head. This way you hear they say it. You have to understand it and repeat it. This strategy gets you to pay real attention to what being said. Finally, as you say it inside your head you get to hear it one more time.
To test this out turn on the news on the radio or TV.  Listen to whats being said and repeat it inside your head. In a few minutes, you will be able to do this activity effortlessly.
This technique makes listening part of your sales script. Your prospects can feel that connection when you are listening to them. Listening builds trust making is safer for them to do business with you.
4. A Living Breathing Document
Treat your sales script as a living, breathing document. What this means is you are going to write it. Then make it better before you put it into action. Once you start using it you will make adjustments to make it even better. This is an ongoing activity to ensure you have a script that is always improving.
Use the scientific method to continually improve the script. Break your script into sections (opening, stage one, stage two, the closing). Always be asking questions like “Is our opening working well?” Or why is John struggling with the third section of our script? This on-going probing ensures you have a script that closes more deals.
5. Hide behind A Mask
Have you ever noticed that when people wear a mask at a masquerade ball or Halloween party it gives them permission to be bolder? It's the same person but they can take braver actions.
In Carol Burnette's biography, she mentioned the Harvey Koran could not dance to save his life. But if the character in a script was a dancer he danced beautifully.
If you feel self-conscious about making cold calls imaging you are wearing the mask of someone you know who is bolder. This mind-hack will improve your performance immediately because the mask gives you the power to do so.
A well-written and delivered sales script is the best way to get more appointments, close more deals, and to increase the revenue for your organization.
