I realize it's not the most important thing but I find it incredible that a Senior Director at my organization does the following two things - without fail - in every single meeting I am on with him: first, begins talking while on mute ("...Oh sorry, I was on mute."). Second, presents the wrong version of his screen so that it does that infinity mirror thing.
The consistency is actually admirable.
