Things that make me sad:

Wondering if Melina would have survived her illness if she’d visited the Golden Garden. Her condition sounds very similar to Arianna’s, as Little Melina (Nina) says, “Father brought me here (to the island). He thought the air would be good for me.” Unlike Arianna, however, Melina seems more eager to go outside (walking on the beach, standing on the balcony) and be with her friend (Janice) despite her illness.   

She died like half a year before Layton and Co discovered the garden. 

It also makes me wonder if Arianna would’ve lived past her early twenties without the garden
