gdh character (and lore) idea:
a level who enjoys exposing drama and controversy. think someone who goes out to great lengths to expose hack-verified levels, or levels with secret ways, or levels with shady creators, stuff like that.
except they don't just expose controversy, they create it. at some point (or maybe from the start), they find levels who are the smallest bit suspicious and go after them. they twist things to show that every level is controversial. every level is wrong.
then they get accused of being controversial themselves.
maybe their verifier ends up being shown as a hacker. maybe their creator did something wrong in the real world.
but it would hurt more if it was something the level had done themselves.
maybe their constant accusations were wrong. maybe their taste for drama was getting called out. or maybe...their challenges (in their domain, this IS a level!) are unfair to players. their challenges cause too many player attempts to die in places that could have been optimized or improved. in other words,
they end attempts unfairly. they're an unfair level.
that would be SO fun to explore. how does it feel going from the accuser to the accused? do they believe they actually are unfair? are their challenges ACTUALLY unfair? and on a deeper level, do they paint other levels as controversial to distract from their own errors? is that why they believe that every level is wrong?

I should begin drip feeding Kyub lore. Uh. Lemme just copy+paste something I wrote in discord. lol
Said task was to somehow get fame by cheating.
Due to multidimensional shenanigans, Kyub is cursed to repeat 10+ years of its dasher career over and over until it finishes a very specific task.
At first it tried to just. showcase levels honestly. Post tutorials for certain bots, how to bot certain levels, etc. etc.
But soon it'd figure out that the person who gave the task specifically wanted it to, y'know, cheat maliciously. Get to the top by lying.
Which it would accept IF it didn't already have history with being falsely accused. I won't fully elaborate on this one, but know that in every single loop, Kyub is betrayed by a close friend and it always ends up being outcasted for supposedly cheating on a few difficult (list) levels.
With that in mind, it simply refuses to do anything that'd justify those false accusations. It already hates having to feel guilty for something it didn't do. It absolutely doesn't want something to legitimately feel guilty over.
And then it sorta just. Chills for the next few hundred loops. The task giver is 100% sure Kyub would cave in eventually, but Kyub keeps going. Mostly out of pure spite at that point.
So once they figure out that this little fucker will NOT do shit, they messed with its code and poured in as many debuffs as they possibly could into it, and held it at (figurative) gunpoint to get to work.
