I hate ana. I've never liked it. I don't do well being hungry bcs I'm bored, all the time. And there's no euphoria in hunger for me
Overexercising though? LOVE LOVE LOVE LET ME WALK ALL DAY AND RUN AND BE IN PAIN BUT I GET TO EAT WHATEVER I WANT. AND it's good for my mental health. Sun, warmth, fresh air, birds and stuff. Got shin splits and couldn't sleep because of the pain, don't even care bcs it went away eventually
P*rging? Half the time, hate it. But when it's just right? I feel euphoric. I feel great and fresh and full of energy despite the fact that my legs are shaking so much I can't stand. Sometimes you just have the smoothest of expriences and feel on top of the world
That's not to say EDs don't suck. They do. They ruin lives. But God am I enjoying my life being ruined right now

Had a bit of food with milk in it. Proceeded to thr0w up in my mouth and have acid reflex, for literal hours, on top of nausea. Finally p*rged after over 8 hours, but the hours of acid reflux plus heaving straight stomach acid for like 15 minutes, mean that i feel like absolute shit. Everything hurts and although i do feel better, despite the new pain, I'm so tired

No more cheese 😔😔😔 ate some today and body said 'I can't take this anymore'. 'New year, new me' but all I have to look forward to is no more gluten or lactose ever again. Like, ok, yes, my opportunities to binge are incredibly diminished now, and I'm so much more likely to hit deficits. But cheese 😔😔😔
Low day. Idk how tomorrow will go, but will aim for omad, probably rice with chicken for dinner. Feeling peckish but otherwise ok. Ta x

I actually got a shoulder tattoo a few weeks ago. I'm ~70kg. My ass DID go down to 46kg at some point so, it's like a very delayed reward. But the delay is 3 years lmao

Binge + argument = 45hr fast
Intake for yesterday was 2300, net around the same. Today's intake/net was 885. Some toast, and some veg pasta, and some crisps (worth it). So, to pay back calorie debt, and because I'm upset... Fasting tomorrow, and eating my first meal late on the Thursday. Idk if i can actually do a 45hr fast, even 36hr ones used to be tough for me, but we'll find out. Stay safe x
