How do you know the difference between actual concern vs a women being jealous of you and your relationship
Hey Sissy Poohđ
Honestly. Donât discuss your relationship with anyone bc most women are jealous. If you ever have a concern, find an honorable woman in your life who has happily been married for at least 20 years to talk to. But someone whose relationship you would like to emulate. For example, my close girlfriends know the barebones of my marriage. They know his name, who he is and that their sissy Pooh is happy. Sometimes Iâll mention if weâre going on a trip or how much I love that he supports me in all my endeavors, but when youâre in a happy relationship, if you keep talking about it, itâll sound like bragging, especially if you are the only one in your social circle that is in a serious relationship. But I have one older friend, more like a mother-figure that literally gives âmeâ in about 25 years. I met her and her husband in church and they were the first people I introduced my husband to bc I felt like it was important for us to see a healthy black couple who had been married for almost 30 years who live a lifestyle similar to what we would like to in the future. But sheâs like a second mother, not a girlfriend. So I donât tell her a lot of stuff either. I will say that they told us two things after God help a marriage, privacy and wanting it to work. Donât blabber too much. Exclusivity and mystery is always best.

What are some of your dealbreakers in a relationship? Have you ever taken someone back after breaking them ? What is some advice you would give young women while dating what are some red flags to look for
Hey Sissy Pooh đ
Iâm going break your question down into parts to make sure I answer it in its entirety.
Dealbreakers: Personally, that depends on whatâs important to you. I wanted someone who was a Christian, someone who believes in traditional roles between a wife and husband, someone who is kind and generous, amongst other things. But you have to find out what is valuable and important to you to figure out what is a dealbreaker.
Getting back together?: I did that with one ex. But I knew it was wrong. So the final time I broke it off - I went cold turkey. No calls, no sleep overs, no texts, etc. And Iâm glad I did, bc when I broke up with him the first time, it was for legitimate reasons. He wasnât changing but my heart couldnât let him go at first - or at least I thought it couldnât. But I feel like weâre grown and no one should have to say more than once that theyâre done. If youâre done, be done and move on.
Advice for dating: Even if you like someone after a first date - donât have sex with someone who is not officially your boyfriend. Casual sex is not real - it makes you look easy and youâll just feel like a hooker afterwards bc he will leave. No real man wants a woman who isnât exclusive. Also, again, even if you like someone, donât picture that man as your husband after a first date - even if itâs good. I think a lot of girls end up in relationships theyâre not suppose to be in bc the guy seems âgreatâ or âhusband-materialâ, then get love bombed into relationships where they completely dismissed red flags bc they were in lala land.
Red flags: Again, itâs important to really sit down and think about your âlikesâ and âdislikesâ. For me, it was someone who was unsure, someone who couldnât make clear decisions, someone who was cheap or didnât like the fact that I like nice things.
Hope this helps my love đ
