Transformers ONE X Nimona AU

This is an AU with my two FAVORITE ANIMATED MOVIES!!!, the first being Nimona and the second being Transformers ONE (which I watch recently and loved It) and the two movies reminded me of each other (one betraying the other and lying assholes of leader that made SHIT choses) so I came up with this Idea to put the two movies together:

PS. I know some people ship Orion Pax and D-16 together but in this AU I made it be a cousin relationship between Ambrosuis (A gay demisexual (my HC) man) and Eleanor (A lesbian demisexual woman) DO NOT SHIP THEM TOGETHER FOR THE LOVE OF LIFE PLEASE THEY ARE FUCKING COUSINS !!!, and I wanted to see my OC in all her villainy glory.

Anyway here is the cast :

Ambrosuis Goldenloin : Orion Pax/Optimus Prime

Eleanor Terrestreus/Icaba OC : D-16/Megatron (this is my OC who is Ambrosuis' adopted cousin, the Director's adopted daughter, is blind in her right eye, has dyslexia, and she is a human/basilisk hybrid)

Ballister Boldheart : Elita-1 (both smart and badass)

Nimona : B-127/B/Bumblebee (both fun and cause destruction)

The Director : Sentinel Prime (hate these two with a burning passion)

Garth Blackblood OC : Airachnid (wanted to add him in more so I chose this character)

Queen Valerin : Alpha Tron (both get killed/hurt by someone they thought they could trust)

Artemis OC : Megatronis Prime (makes sense because Valerin and Artemis are friends and allies)(this is my shapeshifter OC who is transgender (m+f)

Gloreth : Zeta Prime (in this Gloreth and Ambrosuis are not related in this AU sorry about that)

Todd Sureblade : Darkwing (because I can and they are the same dumb shitheads)

Echidna OC : Starscream (this is my OC who is the Basilisk leader)

Andraphius OC : Soundwave

Saniya OC : Shockwave (this is my OC who is the Harpy leader)

so in the kingdom the Pegasi, Unicorns, and Kirin can become knights because they have magic, the earth ponies, okapi's and zebra's are just regular citizens, Alicorns are the royal leaders (obviously), and others that are not ponies are considered monsters outside the wall, and hybrids are not rare but common mostly. so here is what I think the cast would be.

Spin OC : Zebra, batpony, changeling hybrid (this is my OC who is Eleanor and Mivsy's second born son that has not elbow joints and has AuDHD)

Dart OC : Zebra, batpony, changeling hybrid (this is my OC who is Eleanor and Mivsy's third born daughter that has no tail joints and is mute/primitive (but can make squawking, and barking noises))

I happy the your nephew saw this and enjoyed it

some kids need to know about the people who are treated like out cast in the world, like LGBTQ people, people of colour, Nerodivergent people, etc.

And this movie made a huge impact on me and my family in a good way, and as a person that feels like I don't belong any because I am autistic I love every single moment of this movie, and if my grandparents or family see this I might come out to them

but it is a powerful story either way 1000/1000

something really cool happened today that i wanted to share:

my nephew is 9 years old, and a stereotypical little boy. he likes dinosaurs, minecraft, and ninjas.

today i walked in on him excitedly watching Nimona with my dad. (minor spoiler warning!)

i had never heard of it, but i sat down and watched some of it, just to see why he was so happy.

he started narrating it, anticipating parts of it, almost as if he’d seen it before. he had.

we didn’t get to finish it, but i watched it on my own, because it looked fun and i wanted to see how it ended.

and i loved it. it was a fun, exciting, fantastical adventure about the importance of acceptance people who are different to us.

and it had a very clear queer subplot.

one that my nephew hadn’t mentioned at all in his explanation of the film. his summary was “it’s about a monster who helps a knight that was framed for killing the queen”.

and honestly yeah, that is what the film was about.

before sharing it with us, he had watched it all, engrossed himself in the story, took it in entirely, and the part he cared about most was whether Nimona got her acceptance. he wasn’t indoctrinated, or confused, or questioning anything about himself.

he didn’t bat an eyelid over a gay love confession. he just enjoyed the film, raved about it, made my 60 year old dad watch the movie about the monster who didn’t fit in.

he’s still the same little boy who’s been asking us how to get a girlfriend.

the only thing a movie centred around queer and queer-coded characters taught my nephew was that those who are different to him are not monsters. that’s it.

and that dragons are really cool.
