Dear tumblr,
Could we maybe get a tab that would show us post (in chronological order) ONLY by the people we follow? I feel like that would be a very useful feature. The current “following” page is trash. Doesn’t matter how much I adjust settings, it does not show post as they’re posted or from every person I follow. It’s whatever the fuck shit algorithm picks and it’s stupid. It could at least show post from the people I engage with most, but nope. I gotta go full on Facebook circa 2009 stalker mode just to keep up with everyone’s stuff.
Actually, on second thought. Could we just not with AI and algorithms on Tumblr. Let’s just full on balls to the walls lean into the unruliness that is Tumblr. We don’t need no algorithm, let the motherfucker burn!

the pillars of successful weight loss are (whether you like it or not)
movement (taking the stairs instead of the elevator, walking to the store instead of taking a bus, stretching in the morning, at home joga/pilates/exercises/dance sessions with yt videos)
hydration (a glass of water in the morning before anything else, warm tea in autumn/winter, water with inclusions like cucumber or lemon or mint, electrolytes, bringing a bottle of water wherever you go, set a timer once an hour if you have to just drink your fluids)
good, consistent, everyday routines (good night sleep, not pulling allnighters, somewhat consistent going to bed and waking up times, getting your body to settle into a rhythm, giving it a consistent base level of activity like working out every day or walking somewhere eg school or walking a dog)
clear goal (look for inspiration, have something you want to run towards, make vision boards or lists or affirmations - whatever will help you keep your eyes on the prize)
ability to forgive yourself and move on (it is what it is, if you trip and fall keep on going, you trip and fall in the place you are not the place you were a year/a month/a week ago, you already made progress and the trip and fall does not send you back to the start, you just have to get up and continue as if nothing happened, as much as this is about control no one can control everything all the time, some things just happen and you have to let them happen, you can't control the happening but you can control how you react to it)
do you see how i didn't bring up food once? there's more to it than calories, focus on the bigger picture or you won't ever move forward

☆ 10-REASONS THE SCALE WENT UP ☆
1. You exercised late or before going to bed. Muscles accumulate fluids!
2. You haven't take a shit for 3 plus days... go potty girlie.
3. Your periods. Some people can gain up to 4kg or about 7lbs when on their periods and some people gain it before periods and some people during periods. Its bloatation! Will pass!
4. You ate heavy meal before bed. Even carb rich meal before bed can show up on a scale in the morning but guess what girl, its bloatation too!
5. Your diet isnt good for your body. Constant constipation and bloatation is a sign of not fit diet. If for example you only eat rise and yoghurt you will be bloated. Focus on protein, fiber and carbs! That's what i call ☆the holy trio ☆.
6. You don't sleep enough. Believe me or not, sleeping well makes weight loss five times easier. I dont know the science behind this but I know that well rested body is not afraid of losing weight.
7. You're stressed to the max. When our bodies are constantly in a fight or flight state it sticks on everything you eat.
8. You don't move at all. Movement is very important when you feel bloated and im not talking about exercising just walking or dancing or something.
9. You weighed yourself before going potty. Take a shit and piss before weighing yourself.
10. If you're a vagg owner, it can be whatever. Dont overthink it. Having xx chromosomes is fucking terrible, your body is never at one weight and it's normal and trust me: people can't tell if today you weighed little more than yesterday.
