Thank you for remembering my RT💗 (such unattentive OC-mother I am, ashamed xd) I wasn't quite active in fandom, though I check dash and tags from time to time 👀 Idk if it polite to tag some people we didn't interact with but probably know of each other existence? So- @cawyden-gaming's Venria was probably one of the first OCs I discovered after coming into RT fandom. I liked the fact that she remained kind-hearted and empathetic after all the trials that befell her but at the same time gained mental strength to become a decent Lord Captain. @steamedrolls03's Ceseline is such an astonishing lady, Lord-Inquisitor is very lucky man to caught her attention. @iloveoutlinesiswear's Karoleen, making me feel warm and soft emotions every time I read about her ❤️ @raszard's lil guy Garvet - I've read comics about his and Yirliet's adventures on Reddit before going to Tumblr, wish them very happy and very long future together! @lordcaptains's Orica - really enjoed short stories about her, not sure how to describe it but they always nail exactly to the point.

I’ll start. I would love to highlight @swordbisexual’s Enid Von Valancius nee Stubbs.

She’s a banging hot red-headed crime lord with all the swagger and charm of a Peaky Blinders character. Shes funny and a little vulgar with these beautiful hints of vulnerability that make your heart ache a little. A+ characterization, she feels really and truly connected to the setting.

Santianal's pride (the planet in the system with the stolen sun where you go down to fight Drukhari) has remnants of a larger area/encounters in the localization file - and also, some Heinrix related dialog.

One dialog file is called "EatMedusaFruit" - and has RT + retinue encounter a strange Medusa

"The dead body of the host is twitching convulsively, but the creature does not seem to be in a hurry to let it go. The parasite's meaty body is covered with strange swollen growths that vaguely resemble succulent fruit. You haven't noticed them before.

The growth makes a squelching sound as it separates from the creature's little body. The place where it used to be quickly fills with new flesh as if the tuber wasn't there. The fruit pulses in your hands like a small bearing heart."

"You bring the parasite's appendage close to your face and sense an unusual smell, attractive and repulsive at the same time. The fruit feels ripe under your fingers..."

Heinrix: "Rogue Trader, by the Emperor... What are you doing? Take this filth away from your face."

Heinrix: "Enough!"

2. Encountering a cult who eats dead people (Crimson Prophet)

RT: "What is going on here? What feast are you talking about?"

Crimson Prophet: "Serving the Immortal One and partaking of His flesh." The old man points at the two new acolytes who have just tasted the bloody sacrifice. "Only the Emperor's blessing will let us survive the horrors that have befallen Santiel's Pride. The dead star, the depredation by xenos, the biting cold. The Emperor protects us as long as our faith remains strong and our blood sacrifices continue."

Heinrix: "Global disasters often produce necrophage cults such as this. It is unfortunate what a desperate man can be reduced to after being cut off from the Imperium... But it would be best to set the anthropological observations aside in favour of practical considerations, such as ridding your world of this filth."

RT: "Very well, I will join your feast."

Heinrix: "Rogue Trader, the sacred Warrant grants you many privileges. But this... I hope it was a tasteless joke, for your own sake."

So this is just another case where Heinrix is trying to keep RT safe (just by being in the party, doesn't even need to be romanced) - just like in Commorragh when you free Cassia, or helping psyker RT/Idira on Rykad Minoris, or healing + helping RT in the DLC (twice) / or on Kiava Gamma, with the Halo device...

Decided to pay respect for my first Rogue Trader, Xandra, by making proper image of her and practice concept along the way. (also discovered I wrote her name wrong first time lol) You could've seen she wears a different dress on some early drawing - I changeed it for better value balance on the image.
