Just a little PSA for all our mental health (and chronic pain*) spoonies out there! A lot of doctors neglect to mention this little side effect, which means a lot of us are suffering extra from the heat without knowing why.
*Many psych meds are used to treat chronic pain as well, if you didn’t know!

okay not to get all sappy and shit but i love when i get to watch people recover from an ED, including myself.
cause tonight i was like “man i’m craving ___” so i went and got it, then felt happy instead of guilty. but three years ago i would’ve ridiculed myself for even getting a craving.
anyways this is your sign that even though the recovery journey may look long, daunting, or even impossible: it’s always worth it in the end.
i hope to god this ends up on the right side of tumblr.

I lied.
The first boss is kicking my fucking ass.
Idk if I should've gone into the DLC on my original save file or not?? Friend is saying she could only beat the dlc by changing the difficulty. I'm seeing a few people have issues with the difficulty spike online too.
I wanted to go in with the golden lie but once again that's my original run and I know I would be worse if I did this in NG+, I do have a save prior to NG+ tho so I might look into that. I was running my old reliable weapon combo but urgh. Idk. I switched to technique from my strength build when I KNOW I always love my strength builds in soul likes.
Plus??? I really feel like P is running slower than normal?? Idk if it's story wise because of the snow or my refresh rate on the TV is bad, I moved downstairs because the heat was too bad to be using the better upstairs TV.
I can also just be an old fart and this DLC is super hard.
And the game isn't the most popular so Im flying blind which is fine but holy shit this guy hits like a truck. I had issues on the elephant amalgamation...
