Learning lucid dreaming to reach the void state
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The existence of a brain as powerful as ours opens the door to infinite possibilities. The human mind is extraordinarily complex; we have yet to fully understand its capabilities, and every day we witness brilliant minds and creations.
Dreams take us to an even more astonishing aspect of our minds, offering a vast range of possibilities. In dreams, you can be whoever or whatever you want, experiencing the limits of your imagination, leading us to lucid dreams.
Lucid dreaming is the closest thing to scientific "transcendence." When you develop and refine the ability to have lucid dreams, the possibilities become endless. As someone with experience in lucid dreaming, I can say it’s an extraordinary feeling.
To achieve the ability to lucid dream, there are various methods, but it all begins with questioning reality. "What proves I’m not dreaming right now?" or "Could this be a dream?" are ways to train your brain. It doesn't happen overnight, but the moment you rationally question whether you're dreaming, you’ve already gained awareness. That’s a significant step. From there, you’ll start noticing oddities within the dream or sensations that attempt to simulate real life but verge on strangeness.
Once you achieve awareness within a dream, staying in it becomes another challenge. Your brain will try to wake you up because you’re venturing into territory it hasn’t "simulated." You’ll need to be firm in staying within the dream while remaining conscious. It’s normal to feel your body in bed, but don’t give up — you’re still in the dream. Since you're in a drowsy state, there’s a good chance you’ll enter a trance that allows you to stay a bit longer. Luck also plays a role, and you’ll need focus if you want to transition from the current dream to a desired reality.
The void state can be reached through lucid dreaming, and from there, anything is possible. Your mind is incredible, and you can use it however you want — it just takes practice. You’re in control, so don’t let yourself think otherwise. You can do it.
Nothing can stop you.

Mas quem me ensina? Quem me ensina a me despedir sem medo, a me deixar em paz?

Finally peace.
When you embrace the void, it rewards you with peace. An inner peace. It's as if all the doubts in your life don't need an answer, because you finally understand that none of this needs to be rushed, that it doesn't matter enough to disturb you or deprive you of sleep. You finally snuggle into the void - but you don't stop living.
The bond with the void is something special. Looking up at the sky brings you closer to comfort, brings back memories of what you didn't experience and an immense nostalgia. Longing for home. As if what you were looking for to fill the gap in your existence was there. Nothing else afflicts you, your existence is here, but your soul is already traveling through universes and possibilities. The void has no time, no form. It is the same today and will be the same tomorrow and that's comforting.
You may be thinking "What is this? A cult of the void? A religion?", feel free to think that. But that's the truth that I carry with me and I want to express it. The universe connects us and we are all dust of the same expanse, so call it what you want, religion, philosophy, shifting, lifestyle. We are all gods of our own lives and now you have control of it, of your own life.
Make the choice.

Void
When I was younger, I was afraid of the void. Like that silly fear of the dark. Now, the void has embraced me and I understand that what was uncertain and brought fear, now is comfort and absolute certainty, that nothing really matters. We are everything that is meant to be. And I am there. I am in everything, everywhere all at once. I can feel all sensations and lives. Happiness and sadness, death and life, as one. An explosion of everything and nothing, as if everything and nothing were achievable and of course it sounds a bit crazy, but I live everyone's life, I know everything and everything that is to happen. I know where we go wrong, where we get it right and at what point everyone will disappear. I feel the emptiness that scares so many and the uncertainty of what will come next.
If I could, I would put my hand on each one's shoulder - and that would result in me putting my hand on mine - saying "Keep going, stop, whatever it is, because in the end, everything is empty, nothing really matters." Many would be horrified, their limiting beliefs would make them panic. “What do you mean nothing matters?” “What do I live for then?” I would smile, it is natural for them to look for a goal, a greater good, because from the moment someone who needs something to stand on their own feet discovers this secret, life would have no meaning. “There is no point in living.” Of course there is! Live for yourself, for those you love and for the things you want to achieve. If in the end there is emptiness and not a divine being giving you a reward, what difference does it make? Emptiness is comfort, it is the only certainty.
Emptiness is a comforting certainty. Feeling that your existence will fade away and that you will become one with the void, leaving only your history in the universe, is poetic. Even if you disappear, your flesh disintegrates, your soul disappears and unites with the void, there will still be something, a piece of you forever in the universe. Everyone will die on Earth, the Sun will swallow the planet and everything we know today will disappear, but there will still be that dust, that atom that was once you. When you die, the void will embrace your soul and body, transforming you into an eternal being. Eternally empty.
Just imagine? You die, your soul will be freed from this limiting body and all thoughts will disappear, all problems will be nothing, the void will take care of every detail to keep you eternally empty with it and finally the peace you sought so much will be there, in the comfort of darkness. Without fear of reward, without fear of punishment, just the comforting void.
Becoming nothing. Without thoughts. Just emptiness. Void.
