One of the features at the Castle Hill job is a pizza oven stand made from recycled bricks.
The owners found some original “ convict “ bricks on the property that were incorporated into the pizza oven stand.

Beginning of 2024 NuVision Building engaged a new first year carpentry apprentice, Ethan.
He is working hard and learning and listening to our experienced carpenters Ryan and Bryce.
Here, Ryan is explaining floor joist systems to Ethan on our Castle Hill job. The NVB team completed the ground floor framing , floor joist and flooring and then moved onto first floor framing.
We are pleased to say Ethan returned in 2025, so , NuVision can’t be too bad to work for.

Happy belated New Year.
A previous client of NuVision Building has a lovely 5 acres in Arcadia and was in need of some special gates.
We sourced some recycled red ironbark and the NuVision team did a great job of building and installing these custom gates just prior to an open garden event late in 2024.
They really do complement the fantastic garden surrounds.

The Castle Hill site is a battle axe block with very tight access. Dave from Cranetech and his city crane dubbed “ The Rat “ managed to squeeze in to help install structural steel.

Demolition completed at the Castle Hill job after Easter.
Excavation started and of course the weather changed. That was back in June/July. We worked our way through that and it’s been very productive since.
More to come on this extensive renovation.

NuVision Building is very excited to be chosen as the building team to transform this early 1990s home into a modern dwelling for a family of five in Castle Hill
It is located on a beautiful, picturesque, bushy block of land.
It’s little wonder why the clients would rather renovate and extend than move.
We are well under way ( I’m just very behind on the updates ). Stay tuned.
