The Alliance has grown to 14 member organizations from different campuses in Washington and Oregon. And on 2003 "the Alliance" has been renamed to be called Northwest Filipino American Student Alliance (NWFASA).

Why hello there NWFASA!
Today we bring you good news, and that news is...*drum roll*...you can now register for Fil-O!!!  For those of you who may not know, Fil-O is short for Filipino Olympics, a very suiting name for such an event.  Every year, numerous NWFASA orgs travel to an agreed upon location and compete against one another through a day of mini games in order to win the coveted trophy, all in good fun of course.  The location itself usually changes each year, and this time it will be at Washington State University on Saturday October 6th from the hours of 12pm-5pm.  Fees will be $3 per participant and $10 per org.
This event is definitely a great way to kick off the new school year and also represent your orgs within NWFASA.  If you're interested in participating, please fill out the registration form located here.  Likewise, if games aren't for you but you would still like to help out, please fill out the volunteer form located here.  Whichever path you choose, your attendance at Fil-O is highly recommended, it's an experience to be had.
See you at the games! -Your NWFASA Exec. Board
