yes!! okay so this thing turned into part of my new wc rewrite reaaally quickly (blame it on the audhd-) but. yes! been thinking about this. at first the cats don’t even know that dove’s the new prophecy cat—she just looks strikingly similar to hollyleaf & and since hollyleaf’s just died, she gets the prefix holly in her honor. i’m not sure about her warrior name... i’m not sure about hollyleaf’s full name either tbh bc in this au/rewrite she’s a healer mentored by ashfur (who’s a healer too) who might call her -leaf after leafpool (or maybe someone else?) but i honestly doubt it. so she’s probably not called -leaf. leaving me thinking that dove might actually be called hollyleaf at first, but i feel like i’d just be confusing too many people now. i might name her hollydove at first? and since the suffix -dove isn’t at all related to hollyleaf, she chooses it as her next prefix? or she’s named hollywing & only changes her prefix to dove? or she chooses a completely new name bc she gets a different suffix? hm. what i do know is that she chooses the name dovewing for herself in the end, no matter what her original suffix is, and that she gets the prefix holly as a kit.

hollyleaf dies in the tunnels, but manages to get out as a ghost + gets reborn as dovewing because holly did get the prophecy’s power but needs to be alive for it to work. so dove has her powers too. she is born looking pretty much exactly like holly, but while the prophecy is fulfilled her vitiligo kicks in. a bunch of moons later she’s almost entirely white with black spots still shimmering through. it’s a symbol for her growth and her becoming her own person... even if a little of the black will always stay. she still did get holly’s powers after all.

So Bramblestar was possessed by Ashfur in order to win over Squirrelflight and Bramblestar's spirit is trapped in the Dark Forest. Ashfur kidnaps Squirrelflight by dragging her to the Dark Forest through the Moonpool. Ashfur also shut off StarClan from the living clans somehow, so that's why StarClan can't communicate with the clans. Bristlefrost drowns killing Ashfur's spirit when she sacrifices herself for Shadowsight. She is double-dead like Spottedleaf. Also Bristlefrost and Rootspring had a romance together and Rootspring is sad she died. Rootspring also has earth sensing powers in addition ti his ghost powers, so he searches the earth for any trace of her and finds her dying dream of them being mates with 3 babies.

Willowshine was killed by Ashfur and used in his ghost army in the Dark Forest. In the 8th arc, Frostpaw was made Mothwing's apprentice after Willowshine. Mistystar died and then Reedwhisker died before he got 9 lives, which mean that the two med cats were in charge of RiverClan. There is currently a mystery going on to find out who killed Reedwhisker and who the true leader of RiverClan should be.

i just realised i forgot the color of the insides of his ears on the left... oh well. anyways i had a ton of fun with this and i’m pretty proud of it tbh,, idk i really like the colors n his face/hair/head. also imo it actually looks like him. like this isn’t exactly how i picture her yadda yadda but it’s fun complicated symbolism version of how it looks in my head?

guys the fact that the ninja are all mentors and parents in dragons rising is so . specifically for us who grew up with them when the ninja themselves were young and stupid and being mentored... and now its like what the hell why are they teaching the children they've grown up so much and i love them..

like guys we grew up alongside them. we've watched them go from silly teens to like heroes just as they've watched us go from little kids to whole ass people living in society oh my gof these lego people are ruining my life

weowie guys guess what ? i am still alive and still obsessed with clangen. i made some new ocs and coded them into clangen :3 i also made art of 6 of them bc. they’re the most dysfunctional family to ever exist and yeah

hound & cherry are so in love and dating. the three kits are biologically hound & mink’s, and they’re kinda co-parenting with cherry doing her best to be a mom for them too but... it’s complicated. none are really good at being parents anyway. hound’s expectations are way too high and she puts all of her kits under performance pressure, cherry was raised by the clan after being abandoned and has no clue how to parent, and mink is nice and all, but that’s it, really. they’re a disaster, but somehow make it work.

my other ocs in this clan are, in that order: heroncatcher (tom), the deputy & mate of sweetorchid (molly), the mediator, poppyfern (non-binary), the healer, heartblaze (non-binary), a warrior, and gayheart (tom), another warrior.

mink & cherry are both warriors too, and while beaver would’ve preferred to become a healer, he and his two siblings both became warriors. owl turned out to be a trans tom too :3

also, here’s the kitties all grown up:

mink has a rainbow collar now & cherry’s eyesight is getting worse, but otherwise there weren’t any physical changes.

i have too many clans on clangen but. omg. shrubclan. no clue what these idiots are doing but they keep losing their tails & legs. i’m 4 years (48 moons) in, at nearly 50 members, half of which are apps or kits. i have four cats who lost a leg, and six that lost a tail. two of which lost both.

to be fair shrubclan has gone maybe 5 moons with enough healers they’re always deprived of them but still. 10 amputations... in 4 years... that’s more than one per 6 moons.......

more clangen brainrot,,

two more of my favs are warrior turned healer tadpolecurl & his dead bf rainchaser (who’s the son of halfstar, btw)(they’re older than in the pics now lol)

rain died while saving tadpole from a fire, and ever since his death, he’s been ‘haunting’/visiting tadpole as a ghost. tadpole can see and talk to other ghosts too, and it fucked with him for moons bc lost starclan/dsrk forest/ghost cats kept talking to and following him when realising he understands them in hopes of getting help finding sc/df/their final resting place (again). a few moons after rain’s death (who he only got together with after he became a ghost—bc neither were bold enough to confess earlier. rain deliberately wanders the earth to be with his mate, instead of going to starclan), about half a year, he decides on becoming a healer instead bc sc cats are talking to him all the time anyway and while he’s a great fighter, he’s not sure if battle really is where his heart lays.

so, tadpole’s a healer now. he’s happier, too. the ghosts visiting him are less of a chore now that he’s visiting sc every moon anyway—they’ve always been a routine, but they’re more pleasant now! plus, while he’s figured how to guide lost ghosts back to where they came from as just an app anyway, it’s easier for him now, and he feels less guilty for basically invading sc.

he’s my lore-heaviest cat atm 😭 but i’m slowly trying to make up more lore & plots, and it’s getting better so!!

anyways i love tadpole and his ghost bf rain. i think tadpole will eventually start being against sc (probs bc smth happens to rain, whatever that is. he won’t die-die but maybe they punish him idk. or a fucked up prophecy??) bc i love him and drama is fun <3

sharing my clangen comfort straights with all of you bc they are amazing

acornleaf & carpspike!! carp’s the current leader halfstar’s single dad and acorn is a single mother to the deputy cliffbug & the warrior birdwhisper. they both have a ton of grandkits & carp decided to take in a bunch of orphaned kits at a really high age lol. i think acorn might’ve had another litter when she was still a warrior but i kinda forgot- not really sure abt it,,

look at them!! that’s their stats right after becoming mates adhjfhf <3 they’ve been besties ever since i started this file too aa

cute interactions... there also was one abt acorn laughing at carp’s bad jokes for way too long but i forgot to ss it. conclusion is they are amazing okay i hope i can draw them soon and i hope they never die (they’re both like 140 moons old already tho ): )

also. acornleaf and her daughter-in-law heatherwave are important to me too. they love each other they’re so sweet TT
