I did a zine for make a terrible comic day! I really needed to express that first page...

[ID: a small, six page zine in black, white and grey. Text is written in sharpie and all illustrations are cartoony. Each page has a title and a corresponding image, aside from the cover and middle pages.

The cover: "I'm afraid of"

Page one: "Vulnerability": two stick figures sit at a table, the left one almost entirely off the page. the page is filled with speech with repeated phrases of "I just think, um," and "I guess I feel, I mean, you know, I, uh..." never reaching the actual thought trying to be expressed.

Page two: "that freak from Hellraiser": the title is on one side of a puzzle box, with a smaller puzzle box labelled "puzzle box" over one corner. Below is the flesh scorpion demon from Hellraiser emerging from its inescapable tunnel, both of them labelled as such.

Page three and four: A two page spread of a dark scribbled space. There is no illustration on this page. The title is "Sexual violence" with a subtitle "(I won't illustrate this)".

Page five: "a no-win scenario": A screaming woman has her hands held out by two guards, her hands sizzled and burnt. She is labelled "that woman from line of duty getting her hands burned in prison with no recourse". This label extends across to page six.

Page six: "hyper realistic wax figures and animatronics of people": four small, thin, mostly featureless humanoid shapes have eyes staring out at the viewer.

Back page: "and...doing things badly where people can see it.": a thought bubble at the bottom of the page reads: "This isn't even a comic..."
