Hey, if you don't mind me asking. What's Spine??

Spine is a skeletal animation program! it’s a form of puppeted 2D animation that uses bones/weighting. here’s the Che’nya rig I did with it:

this is a super super simple rig because I was trying to imitate the twst style (his hair was originally broken up into way more pieces, until I realized they kind of...just don’t animate most of the hair...). you can do some fun stuff with it though! IK and IK/FK mixing is a godsend, it makes life so much easier. and there is just something so satisfying about doing the foot IK bounce
