I'd be hurt if you didn't miss me. -smirks- And I'm sure there are a lot of things you haven't had in a while since you were separated from Prometheus. -eyebrow wiggle-

-flops back down and looks at her- Strange…but good. -chuckles- I have to get used to sleeping on my own now. Dying healed me of my mental scars, so I have that going. How are you?

Thero's eyes lit up at the sight of the baby. "Oh my goodness!" She grinned and gently touched his cheek with her finger. "Hi there, handsome!" She giggled and then looked back up to Eos. "Eos, he's beautiful."

“Thero?” Eos approached the nymph with Ari in her arms, rather than in his sling. She’d wanted him as close as possible these days. But today was a day to be happy again. And she thought this might help share a little joy with Ares’ mother. “Thero, there’s a little one here who hasn’t properly met his grandmother but is keen to,” she smiled bringing Ari closer.

Much better than I was a little while ago. -smiles softly- I made a bunch of foods with strawberries in them while you were gone for when you came back. I made sure no one ate them. Just in case. -brushes some of his curls from his face- I missed you so much, Ares...

Good morning. -kisses his forehead and sits on the edge of his bed- How do you feel?

She held him tightly and cried into his shoulder. "I-It better not happen again. I can't go through that twice when I barely made it out the dirst time..."

Ares walked into Gabriel’s nest quietly and saw all that was there. Gabe said that Thero was still in here, so he wanted to go find her and tell her he was okay so she didn’t have to be depressed any longer. He found her and soon enough he started walking towards her with care, so he wouldn’t mess up the nest. 

“Mother?”

Thero quickly picked her head up. "A-Ares?" The nymph jumped up and turned around and immediately ran to him, wrapping her arms around him. "My baby... My baby, you're alright..."

Ares walked into Gabriel’s nest quietly and saw all that was there. Gabe said that Thero was still in here, so he wanted to go find her and tell her he was okay so she didn’t have to be depressed any longer. He found her and soon enough he started walking towards her with care, so he wouldn’t mess up the nest. 

“Mother?”

She nodded. "Alright... I swear I'm trying, Gabe." Thero sighed and took her hand. Too scatter brained to say much else.

“Yes, yes I know. I’m not going to stop worrying until he comes back, Gabe. Though, cuddling in your nest would definitely help some.”

“I told you so, Mama, now come cuddle with me in my nest.  I have a corner that has most of his clothes and we’ll cuddle there.  It smells like him.”

"I want nothing more than for him to come home safe. I'd give anything just to have him here right now..." She leaned against him. "Did Chronos say when he'd be back?"

“So he’s alright? He’s going to be alright? Oh Prometheus— I’m so happy…”
